Me, Myself and Marinette

"I don't know Marinette, I'm not sure this is a good idea."

"Come on, Tikki, my experiments haven't all been complete failures, plus I'll be Multimouse so you can help me if there are any issues."

The small red kwami didn't look convinced of Marinette's plan. Since becoming the Guardian she had come up with some strange ideas, but this was by far the most dangerous.

"If I can just get the power to hold a little out of transformation then it'll give me a slight advantage."

Marinette added another item into the mix and waited for the 'puff' she'd expected only for it not to arrive. She took the lack of explosion as a good sign and continued on with the mix. Was she following the grimoire correctly? Maybe? But there was nothing wrong with a little poetic license every now and then was there?

"Marinette, I'm really not sure."

"It's just for a day or two. If this works I can get some sleep, work on the grimoire and go to collège without missing anything. Once we combine back together it'll be like I've done all those things. I'll be fresh and ready to roll."

A thought during the night had sent her into a tailspin. If you could use 'multitude' as her power up and be able to take some of it through into her 'normal' life, maybe she could actually start getting things done instead of running out of time. After all, three Marinette's were better than one.

Continuing to add things to the mix, she stirred erratically, sending the potion over the sides of her makeshift cauldron (a bucket) as she became more and more excited about the prospect. Three Marinettes...wow! She could spend time looking through the grimoire and hopefully making some progress, the other could sleep, and then, finally, she could send one off to collège, it was a win-win situation if you asked her.

With one final pinch of basil, it was complete...well at least she hoped.

Adding it to her cheese, she watched as the colour turned from bright yellow to a rather strange grey colour. It didn't look appealing but she was going to trust Lumiere 'try the grey stuff it's delicious, don't believe me ask the dishes.' After all, when had Disney ever let her down in the past? She shrugged. Nope. Never.

Making her way over to the Miracle Box, she pressed the code to open the correct section, taking the necklace from its hidey hole and placing it around her neck. Here goes nothing.

"Mullo, get squeaky."

As her clothing changed into the tight super costume of Multimouse, Marinette couldn't hold back the excitement. What could possibly go wrong with this?

"Don't you think you should at least call Alya? Maybe she could help you with this? Or talk you out of it?"

"Tikki, it's just like 24 hours, it'll be fine."

"And if there's an akuma attack?" Her little red companion said.

"Then we have additional back up." She moved around a little more, checking everything was where she needed it. "Right, now I just need a little bit of Ladybug luck."

"Tikki, Mullo, unify."

The red and black meshed into the grey and pink creating an outfit she hadn't worn for a very long time. She quickly have herself a look in the mirror with a little exhaled laugh, before unhooking her yo-yo and opening the top.

"Come on," she whispered, rummaging around, "I just need a little Ladybug luck." With her tongue sticking out the corner of her mouth, her hand fell deeper and deeper down into the depths of the yo-yo, until suddenly she found something. Pulling it out, she now held two Lucky crackers in her hand. Excellent.

"Tikki, Mullo, separate."

Flying out her earrings, Tikki dropped into the palms of Multimouse's hands, a macaron handed over to her as she was placed down on her special cushion.

Once Tikki was settled she moved onto the next part of her plan, adding the cheese to the crackers and eating it. Oh well, here goes nothing.

The taste was pleasantly cheesy; not overly fermented and not boring, and managing to be eaten in one swift movement without the need of too much water to wash it down.

"Multitude."

Suddenly Multimouse became three, each looking at each other with the same expression of exhilaration.

"Do you think it worked? Oh no, what if it hasn't and we're just hallucinating." Marinette number 2 said. (Who for the sake of this fic we'll call Mari) her hands began to flap in front of her face and a bright red hue took over. "What if we die?" It seemed Mari had gained all of Marinette's insecurities.

"What does it look like, dumbass?" Marinette number 3 (who we'll name Nettie) seemed to get Marinette's annoyed side, oh bother!

It had seemed the cheese had split her personality as much as it had split her. So now there was the out of control worried, and, though still up for discussion, the out of control maniac.

"Girls, we need to detransform to see if this sticks, do you want to do it separately or say it all together." Marinette asked.

"This is too much," cried Mari. "I can't...I can't..." oh great. She was hyperventilating. Wrapping an arm around her shoulders, Marinette attempted to calm the weak version of herself down. There was no way she was sending this one to collège; the girl was a walking disaster; and that's saying something considering the predicaments 'normal' Marinette can get into.

"All together on the count of three...one..."

"Three," Nettie (obviously encompassing Marinette's impatient side) butted in and sped up the need to detransform, not that it made any difference.

The other two followed lead, all transforming back into their civilian form however something hadn't quite gone to plan. Where Nettie had been left with Multimouses' space buns, Marinette was now modelling a rather interesting tail and Mariwas still wearing the mask. Now there was a side effect she'd never considered. Also, apart from Marinette, both new versions of herself were stark naked.

Marinette stood staring at the two of her counterparts and evaluated the situation. She supposed the mask would be a dead give away so maybe it would be best Mari caught up on the sleep. She, herself, with the tail would look a little out of place in collège so that just left Nettie, and to be honest, Marinette had to admit she looked quite cute.

So it was sorted.

Nettie would go to collège — clothing imminent.

Mari would sleep — in pajamas.

...and Marinette would work on the grimoire.

What could possibly go wrong?

•••••

"You're kidding right? I am not wearing that!" Nettie was having serious issues with Marinette's wardrobe, vetoing everything she'd pulled out.

"Well, I think you've now seen everything I own," Marinette sighed, sitting down on her chaise, knees turned in and hands hanging in between.

"What do you think, Mari?" They both looked towards the third Marinette, only to find her taking her part literally and already being fast asleep on Marinette's bed.

"She agrees with me," Nettie responded. She walked over the piles of clothes whilst toeing them with her naked foot. "Honestly, Marinette, for a fashion designer most of your clothing sucks! The pink cut offs and white tee are so last year."

She continued rummaging around the room looking for something half decent to wear. Marinette might be happy with the lack of suitable clothing but there was no chance Nettie was heading to collège dressed like that. Not when Adrien was around...no wonder the guy had never gone for her.

Finally, landing her hands on something, Nettie pulled it from the drawer with a hurrah! A pink skater skirt with a thick waistband. Just the job.

"You're not wearing that." Marinette snatched the skirt from Nettie's hands and held it to her chest. Nettie stretched back, her hands searching to pull it back. Marinette moved away a little more. "That's my skirt for mine and Adrien's third date at a cute café by the River Seine."

Nettie raised an eyebrow. "Believe me, if we don't sort this clothing issue out there won't be a first date with Adrien."

Marinette looked at the skirt considering what to do. If she allowed Nettie to wear this, she would have to create something new for herself and Adrien's third date at a cute café by the River Seine. She'd had this planned for almost a year.

She looked down again at the skirt before looking up to Nettie. "Fine," she said, handing the garment over to a smug looking version of herself.

"You've made the right choice, Marinette." Moving around the room once more and heading to her closet, Nettie finished piecing together the outfit to win her the guy. François DuPont had no idea what was about to hit them.

•••••

Adrien had been planning this for weeks. He would talk into the classroom, go straight to Marinette and ask her to go for ice cream...simple really. Well it would be if Marinette ever arrived at school on time.

He sat at his desk, a knee bouncing up and down as he waited for Marinette to appear. If she didn't arrive soon he was quite sure he was going to lose his nerve and blurt of something stupid; maybe ending up asking her for ice cubes instead of ice cream. He breathed out and lowered his head. He could do this, Marinette was one of his best friends. He just needed her to know he wanted to be more than just friends; that, like many before him, he had also fallen head over heels for Marinette Dupain-Cheng.

He Took his phone from his pocket and looked at the time.

8:26

She had four minutes to make it here and he had four minutes to prepare himself.

Come on Agreste, you're a supermodel and superhero, you can do this. Just ask the most beautiful girl you know out on a date. No biggie!

His thoughts were interrupted by chaos in the classroom. Lifting his head he noticed a group around the doorway, not only from this class but also from others too. Remaining seated, he stretched his neck attempting to see what everyone was going cuckoo about. Unfortunately, Kim, Nino and Juleka were blocking the way, only allowing him to see the top of someone's head. A head which looked to have two raven space buns on top of it, almost like Multimouse.

Adrien laughed to himself, there was no way Marinette had the mouse Miraculous again; Ladybug had made it clear there was no way she was allowed that Miraculous again, not after revealing herself to him. Yet, almost everyone else was now known and they still had their Miraculous', maybe he'd speak to Ladybug at some point to get Marinette's Miraculous back. He'd love to work with her.

He trailed his eyes down towards the ground, catching a glimpse of high, black ankle boots. Yup, definitely not Marinette, she'd break her ankle in boots that high.

"Woah!"

"You look amazing, girl!"

"Buttercup won't know what's hit him."

Buttercup! His head shot up again to look at the doorway, the crowd suddenly parting like the Red Sea and showing her off in all her fine glory. Marinette Dupain-Cheng, looking different and amazing, and he thought he was going to pass out!

Her outfit was divine. She was wearing a perfect pink high waisted skater skirt with a white crop top allowing him to see a slither of bare flesh as she walked towards him, confident regardless of the heel she was wearing. Her outfit was complete with a black biker jacket and her space buns, and he'd never been more taken by her.

As she headed closer, he scrambled to stand almost falling over in the process. "Marinette," he sighed out. His voice breathy and sounded not at all like his own.

She gave him a smile that sent him weak at the knees and he was quite sure he was in heaven.

"Hey hot stuff." She continued forward and perched herself on the corner of the desk. Who was this girl and what had she done with Marinette?

The room had fallen silent around them as everyone stopped to watch the interaction, or to see if Marinette had slipped an extra something in her coffee that morning.

"Hey," he breathed out dreamily. He shook his head trying to keep himself together. He couldn't let this opportunity slip out of his grasp, not when she had just called him 'hot stuff' ...wait...what?

"You smell good today," she said, stretching a hand out to grab the side of his open over shirt. With a quick tug, he found himself tripping forward, his hands landing either side of her on the desk.

Feeling her breath on his face from their close contact, he almost passed out as she tilted her head to breathe in his scent from his neck, her nose slightly skimming his neck. His eyes closing as he tried to slow his heart rate down, he was most certainly entering fat burn territory.

"It's – my..."

"I know exactly what it is, Buttercup. I spray my pillow with it at home every night then imagine I'm hugging you."

Buttercup! She called me, Buttercup! That must mean...but then...oh my god!

Once again attempting to calm his heart, he took a few slow, deep breaths.

Come on, Adrien, think like Chat Noir! Give a flirty come back...

How about I come and hug the pillow and spread the scent myself?

How about you hug me instead?

The real Adrien would be better than a perfume on a pillow, don't you think?

"I suppose it's better than my BO." That was not what he wanted to say. If the ground was ever going to open and swallow someone, now would be the ideal time to come and take him, he'd even self sacrifice himself to Hades, no biggie.

She giggled, Marinette actually giggled, before letting go of his over shirt and straightening it back down; giving his chest a couple of taps before resting back on her arms, her knee brushing his waist as she slid one leg over the other, her skirt lifting so show a little thigh.

Woah! Was it hot in here or was it just her?

She laughed again. "You're funny, Adrien." Damn, was he thinking out loud?

He pushed himself to stand, Nino coming beside him and tapping him on the shoulder. "Smooth, dude." His friend announced, laughter following the words as he slid into his desk seat.

Adrien watched his friend settle in, before turning his attention back to Marinette.

She tilted her head to one side and gave him that killer smile once more. "Fancy helping a girl up to her desk?" She stretched a hand out towards him, his own hand shaking as it moved towards hers.

"What is going on here?" Chloé Bourgeois pushed through the crowd still watching Adrien and Marinette's interaction, her eyes settling on where Adrien had just reached out to take Marinette's hand. "What is the meaning of this? And what are you wearing?"

Chloé grabbed Adrien and Marinette's wrists pulling them apart as she turned, hands on hips to face Marinette.

"Even when you try to look fashionable, you still look ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!" Her finger pointed at Marinette, inches from stabbing her in the chest.

"Chloé, leave her alone!"

"I don't think so, Adrikins! Who does she think she is?"

"Enough!" Adrien hissed, reaching to Marinette once more and feeling the pulse of electricity moving through his spine as their hands connected. He'd never felt so energised. He pulled her off the desk and onto her feet, preparing for her to fall, he held onto her waist. "Are you okay?" he asked.

"Perfect." She smiled, allowing him to lead her to the desk behind.

Chloé screamed. "No!"

Ignoring the chaos of his once friend, he kept his attention firmly on Marinette, his confidence finally making an appearance. "Would you like to get ice cream with me later?"

Yes! He thought. Nailed it!

"I'd love to, Adrien."

His face almost broke in half with how wide he was smiling. He had a date with Marinette, a date where she was wearing the most wonderful outfit and seemed highly confident. Maybe, if he was lucky enough he'd get a kiss out of this.

Making his way back to his own seat, he missed the moment the purple butterfly flew through the window and made its way onto Chloé's sunglasses, a Chloé who was pretty much steaming at the ears.

•••••

Marinette flicked through the pages once more before sighing and closing the book. This wasn't a good idea. She should have listened to Tikki and stopped; but nope! She went through with it and now she'd unleashed the side of herself in collège which was uncontrollable. Maybe she should have sent Mari instead, though the scaredy-cat had been snoring merrily for over three hours now.

Though Nettie wasn't exactly identical to Marinette when it came to her personality, she had to admit her 'other part' did look good as she left for school that morning. Maybe she was right and she needed to mix up the outfits when it came to Adrien. She just hoped that the girl hadn't put her in any compromising positions today.

A sudden blast of her alarm began to blare out of her phone.

"Akuma," she sighed, "great."

The sudden noise of screaming came from outside and Marinette scurried quickly up her ladder and onto her bed, almost treading on snoring Mari in the process. Making her way onto the balcony, she could see the Collège was emptying out into the streets. Teenagers screaming and running in different directions as thorny vines took over the walls, doors and windows of the building; restrictions for those wanting to get in and those remaining inside to get out.

"Tikki?" Marinette questioned, looking around for her little kwami.

"Marinette, before you transform what we going to do about your –"

"Spots on."

She never gave her kwami time to respond, instead she transformed and launched herself into the sky and over towards François DuPont, praying that this didn't have anything to do with Nettie.

Finding a gap, she swung herself through the window to come face to face with...

"Multimouse! You're here! Great! And Adrien." It seems Nettie hadn't waited around for a signal from, well, herself to transform.

"We need to get Adrien out of here." Multimouse said, scooping the blond model into her arms and heading for the doorway.

"Actually," Adrien exclaimed, "how about you two go and do what you need to do and I'll wait right here."

Multimouse let out a snort. "I don't think so. Not with Chloé after you."

"Chloé's after him?" Ladybug said, stepping in front of the door and stopping her 'triplet' from exiting. "Why?"

"I kind of asked Marinette Dupain-Cheng out on a date," Adrien replied, stretching to rub the back of his head.

"You did what?" Ladybug squealed, Multimouse looking at her with her eyebrows wiggling.

"You heard him, he asked Marinette out, and from what I've heard the two were almost going at it on the school desk." Multimouse couldn't have looked more pleased with herself, and Ladybug felt sick! She looked to her counterpart and eyed her over, the deathly stare asking what the hell she'd been up to! This plan was backfiring big time.

"Wh-what did M-Marinette say?" Ladybug asked.

Adrien tried to scramble out of Multimouse's arms only to be pulled back tighter. "Girls, I know you're both interested in this but don't you need to go after the Akuma. So if you can just put me down, I'll hide out here until it's safe."

"Fine, I need a word with Multimouse anyway." Ladybug spoke her other alter egos name with such venom making Adrien jump out of Multimouse's arms and recoil in shock.

"Stay here Adrien, we'll be right back." Multimouse stepped up to him and placed a kiss against his cheek, Ladybug grabbing her arm and spinning her around before preparing to exit the room.

Before leaving, a shocked gasp sounded from Adrien turning both girls back to him. "L-L-Ladybug, you – um – your..." Adrien turned around making motions towards her backside causing Ladybug to roll her eyes. Why were all the guys she liked such big flirts? He'd just asked Marinette out, yet he was motioning to her butt! Maybe she'd been wrong about him all this time.

"Look, Adrien," Ladybug stepped forward towards him, "you just asked Marinette out, I don't think it's right that suddenly you start hitting on a superhero."

He went to speak up only to be stopped in his tracks by Ladybug holding up her hands.

"I'm very grateful you like my assets, but please, just because of who I am doesn't mean you can go around flirting with me."

"No, Ladybug, I don't think you –"

"We've got to go," she said, turning back to her counterpart who was also staring at her ass. "Geez, what is it with you two?" Rolling her eyes, she stormed out the room and in search of Chloé, Multimouse hot on her tail.

•••••

Adrien had seen a hell of a lot of weird things over his time as a superhero. He'd seen pigeon men, monsters, knights, a giant safe, dammit, he'd even seen a perfect Senti replica of Ladybug, but this one took the biscuit.

Ladybug had a tail.

But it wasn't just any tail, it was a jump rope — just like Multimouse's.

Now that could have just been a coincidence, hell, it could have been a new look she'd seen on the mouse holder and wanted to give it a try. But why would she need a jump rope and a yo-yo? Apart from the added extra of the cylinder, they were the same kind of weapon.

Maybe she wanted to have two ropes?

Maybe she wanted a whip like Indiana Jones?

Or maybe she was Marinette, and the personality change this morning didn't come from just a change in clothing but also an experiment gone wrong as she messed around with the Grimoir? He'd had chemistry with Marinette, and partnered with her in the past, he knew exactly how her experiments went down — or sometimes blew up?

Her reactions too, everything just screamed once again that Marinette was Ladybug and Multimouse. Woah! This was a lot. He needed to sit down. As he crouched towards his seat he stood back up, because right now he wasn't needed as Adrien Agreste, he was needed as Chat Noir, yes Chat Noir, not Catwalker, or Aspik, but Chat...Noir. He laughed maniacally to himself, they went through a lot to keep their identities safe only for a tell 'tail' to spoil it.

Standing up, he released Plagg from within his shirt, the kwami giving him a look. Said look causing another round of crazy chortling to come from Adrien's mouth.

"What a tall tail, this is eh?" he said to his kwami, Plagg looking at him as though he needed sectioning.

"Tail puns, really?"

"I've got a belt load. Claws out." Laughing once again, Chat Noir grabbed his own tail and hugged it to his face. Could this day actually get any better? With a quick, loved up sigh, he let go of his own and made his way out the door and to his girls...girl?...Lady?...Princess? He'd figure that out later.

Bounding out the doorway, he headed in the direction of two (one) voices, bickering at each other. If they kept this up Chloé would find them in mere moments.

•••••

"I can't believe you did that!" Ladybug hissed, Multimouse folding her arms across her chest in defiance.

"Well, you weren't doing anything about it! You should have seen his face though. He was a heartbeat away from drooling." Multimouse laughed.

"Don't you dare talk about him that way," Ladybug retorted, Multimouse rolling her eyes back.

"Talk about who?" A new voice spun their attention round to the other end of the corridor, Chat Noir leaning unphased against his staff.

"No one," Ladybug said at the same time as her other part dropped her in it.

"Her crush."

As if in slow motion, the baton slid out, taking Chat Noir with it and ending with him clattering against the floor. "Y-y-your crush?" He muttered, using his baton to help him stand back up.

"Let's just fight this akuma and be done with it," Ladybug said, preparing to spin her yo-yo and take off once more when a crash was heard down below.

"I'm here," a pigtailed girl yawned, stretching her arms over her head and sporting a pink and grey mask...oh crap! No, no, no! Mari retreat, retreat!

"Well isn't this tail getting weirder and weirder?" Chat Noir was looking down at the terrified version of Marinette attempting to walk down the steps into the Collège's forecourt. Ladybug still trying to understand how the hell she got in here? Maybe this one had the brains, because like hell did Nettie!

He looked between Ladybug and Multimouse before looking back down at Marinette, who was now squealing and army crawling across the concrete compound.

"Anything you mice want to tell me?"

"I agree," Ladybug responded. "Marinette Dupain-Cheng, I gave my trust into you again and this is what you do?" Ladybug went to stand by her partner, arms crossing over her chest and eyes burning holes into Nettie.

"Don't you dare push the blame on me, oh great Guardian!" Nettie said, riley.

An angry growl left Ladybug's mouth as she stared back at her other self. "I knew I shouldn't have sent you here."

"At least I've got you a date with Adrien!"

'A little help please.'

"I could have got one on my own thank you very much, and who's to say I still wanted to date him anyway!" Ladybug's arms were flinging around as she argued with herself.

"Um – as interesting as this conversation is, I think we need to..." Chat's attempt at calming the girls and bringing them back to focus was refuted as both girls turned to him and told him to 'shut up'.

'Arrgghhh, someone help me please.'

"Oh so now you don't want to date Adrien? Let me guess, you're finally interested in Kitty?" Multimouse said, pointing to the guy in question.

"And so what if I am! It's my life!"

'Chaton, please, anyone?'

"Our life, you stuttering idiot!"

"How dare you!"

As Ladybug stalked forward ready to punch herself in the face, Chat managed to dive in and grab her around the waist moving her away and spinning her rather aggressively towards where akumatised Chloé was flinging Mari around the atrium. She sighed, and grabbed her yo-yo. "Fine, we save your weird twin and then we're finishing this conversation."

Ladybug and Chat Noir jumped down from the railings onto the ground, Multimouse following a little after. "At least I would have remembered I had a goddamn tail!"

•••••

With the joint effort of the three of them, it took mere minutes to defeat the Akuma. Obviously having more than one Marinette was the key to success, because not only had Ladybug been incredible but Multimouse had brought the goods too. He'd never felt more proud, or excited! He had three Ladies here! Three! He couldn't feel more smug.

Chat Noir headed over to Mari as she was being called and scooped the nervous wreck of a girl into his arms, happy to feel her relax as her head met his shoulder.

"You always make me feel safe," she whispered to him, his heart ready to burst from excitement, love and anticipation. What she said was true. He knew that as he was dealing with the most vulnerable side of Marinette, the side that was full of fear and panic.

"It makes me very happy to hear that I do." He placed a kiss onto the top of her head, marvelling at how beautiful she looked with her hair down before turning to Multimouse and Ladybug. Hair down, pigtails, space buns...she was gorgeous with any style, and he hoped and prayed that after this rather awkward conversation they were about to have, maybe she could be his. "Let's take you home little Mouse."

She snuggled into him tighter as he launched up into the sky and over towards the Tom and Sabine Patisserie. Landing on the rooftop whilst no one was watching, he headed for the skylight and dropped down onto her bed; laying Mari gently under the covers, he pulled them around her body and tucked her in, dropping a kiss to her forehead once more.

Making his way down to the main part of Marinette's room he began to wander around. The place was a mess. What the hell had she been trying to do? The argumentative voices of Ladybug and Multimouse came into full volume as they dropped into the room beside him.

"I've got a date with Adrien and I'm going!" Nettie said, the defiance in her voice one of Ladybug.

"And I've told you, you're not, I'm moving on, remember."

That stabbed him in the gut. He tried to think back to their conversation in the corridor, was he mentioned as Chat Noir or was he just making himself believe something as wonderful as that could happen to soften the blow of Adrien being pushed to one side.

"That's fine," Multimouse said, dropping her transformation and moving to Marinette's closet. "I'll date Adrien, you can date the cat. If he still wants you that is? I'm sure it's quite questionable at the moment."

"Marinette, of course I still want you." Chat moved over to Ladybug and grabbed her hands in his own, swamping them with the size and holding her tightly.

"Marinette's over there." She nodded her head in the direction of Nettie only for Chat to laugh and let out a sigh.

"The jigs up, Marinette. I know it's you."

"Nope. No Siry."

"Oh come on, Ladybug, he's got super hearing he would have heard the conversation we were having, and even if he was being the gentleman we know he is and switched off, your tail kind of gives it away."

Ladybug looked behind her and squeaked. There it was, the pink jump rope attached around her hips. "Well...shit!" she sighed. "Tikki, spots off."

The red kwami flew out of Marinette's earrings and directly into her holder's face. It seemed even with the lack of sweetness the kwami had something to get off her chest.

"See!" she screeched. "I told you it was a bad idea."

"How is this bad?" Nettie asked as she walked over to stand beside her identical twin/sister/thing; the only difference being one had a tail, the other space buns. "We defeated the villain ridiculously quick and I scored us a date with Adrien, forget the fact Chat knows who we are now and I'd say it was a pretty decent idea."

"I've told you," Marinette said, her voice mortified. "I'm not sure I want to date Adrien anymore." She nodded her head to the side indicating Chat Noir and spoke of the side of her mouth. "There's him too."

"Um – Marinette, super hearing remember." He pointed to his ears as she face palmed herself and fell into her desk chair.

"I'm a disaster, a complete disaster."

Chat made his way to her and pulled her hands away from her face. "I like Nettie's idea, for today at least. Let her go on the date with Adrien, and you go on a date with me."

"I'm not playing games with either of you, Kitty," she stroked a hand over his cheek. "I love you both too much for that," she whispered, his heart soaring at her words.

She loved him!

Honestly, this day was going down as the best day of his life!

"I love you too, and so does Adrien."

"How do you know?" Marinette asked.

"Claws in, because I know his heart inside and out." A two way gasp was punctuated by a snore as a green flash took over Chat Noir and left Adrien crouching in front of Marinette.

"Am I dreaming?" she asked, using her hands to feel every detail of his face.

"God I hope not, because that means I am too."

His hand came up to her face, wiping away tears she didn't know she was releasing.

"I hate myself right now," she sniffed, moving her hands into his hair.

"Why?" he asked. His eyebrows creased down as he studied her face.

She fisted her hand and wiped under her nose. "Keeping the 'no reveal' rule."

"We both needed to grow, Marinette, now's the right time for us. We need to believe that." Slowly moving forward, Marinette met him halfway, pressing her lips against his in the sweetest kiss he thought he'd ever have.

A sniff was heard from the corner, both forgetting the presence of a third person in the room and pulling apart to look at her. "I'm sorry," Nettie said through a snotty sniff, "just caught up in the emotions."

Adrien and Marinette laughed, once again being interrupted by a snore from above.

"Do I still get my date?" Adrien asked, standing up and offering a hand to Marinette.

She squeaked, looking behind him to Nettie. The other girl rolling her eyes.

"Just go Marinette," she said, delightedly. "You deserve it."

Running over to the other her, she wrapped Nettie in a tight hug. "Thank you for everything."

"I'm just part of you. You had it in you all along."

The two were joined by a third set of arms wrapping around them, hugging them tightly as Adrien put himself into the mix.

They all broke away and Adrien offered out his hand once more. "Ready, M'Lady?"

She turned back to him, her smile blinding as she slipped her hand into his. "Always."

BONUS

Adrien: "How long are they around for? The other Marinette's?"

Marinette: "About 24 hours."

Adrien: "So if I kissed them all would that count as kissing 3 different girls?"

Marinette: "Kitty, stop!"

Adrien: "Actually 5, no wait, 4. Marinette, Mari, Nettie, Multimouse...I can't say Ladybug because we've already kissed, so does that mean I've already kissed Marinette too?"

Marinette: "Adrien, if you want this date to continue, I beg you to stop!"

Adrien: "Okay, okay. But what about you? Technically if you kiss me, you've kissed Adrien, Chat Noir, Aspik and Catwalker."

*Marinette freezes*

Marinette: "Catwalker? What the hell, Adrien?"
