Silent tears hold the loudest pain so sometimes it is better to break down in tears and show some emotions than to keep it all inside and not tell a single soul.Sometimes a good cry can cure what a good laugh can't.Crying doesn't  indicate that you're weak.Since birth, it has always been a sign that you're alive.
