So yeah, uhm I'm kinda upset. I figured out like a few months ago that youtube's new policy will effect one of the communities that I'm very active in, the Littlest Pet Shop community.

And we'll, to be completely honest the community was already half-dead but, we aren't going to talk about that. So pretty much all that's gonna happen is:

-Creators won't be able to be verified. (Which means no thumbnails etc.)

-The comment section won't exist.

-You won't be able to like a video.

-Notifications wont be available on the "kid" channels.

That's all the info that I really know, there was one point where I was thinking of just leaving that community entirely. When I made a video on my channel about it, this one girl told me that I shouldn't quit and there was a petition. She said something like, "If we make the goal, they'll have to listen to us!" Or something like that.

The problem is, that's not how petitions work. It usually is something like, if they reach the number of signatures, they would hope that the person/thing that the petition is directed toward, would notice, and maybe change their mind.

One more thing about this that really irritates me is that YouTube is practically tearing communities apart, leaving some creators job-less, and just other things that reallyyy piss me off.

And for those of you who don't know the reason why YouTube is doing this new policy, well here's it in a nutshell;
YouTube needed/wanted to make a side hustle, by selling kids (12 or below) information. Because they did that, they are getting sued a HUGE amount of money. And so, YouTube is doing this to "make things better."

We have until 2020 to be free.

Yeah, we only have November and December before most of the communities are gone/destroyed.

Sorry if I was a bit dramatic, I'm just really mad that YouTube is making this choice. They could of done other things to solve the problem, but I personally don't like the CEO of YouTube currently.

Why?

Because I liked Scare Pewdiepie.

Anyways.
