Karma's POV

What was happening??? Everyone was falling like flies before anyone could say anything!

"What the He--" I tried to protest. Sadly, I too was shot with.... whatever they were using. Did I.... just loose?

I awoke in.... I don't even know. The walls were completely white. There was light coming from somewhere, yet there were no lights... The only thing, besides me, in the "room" was a mirror. Something in it caught my eyes. Still groggy, I made my way towards the mirror. My eyes filled with shock at what I saw.

"N-no...." I stuttered. This can't be happening! I worked so hard to hide it...

New Hybrid: Karma Akabane

Type: Brazilian Wandering Spider (Most deadliest spider in the world) (6th deadliest animal in the world)

Looks: has two extra eyes, though Karma hides them behind his bangs. Four giant spider legs are attached to his sides. He has fangs with extremely dangerous poison.

Habits: Wanders (duh XD), is better at ambush and direct attacks, will eat raw insects, spiders, amphibians, reptiles, and mice because of the spider in him, aggressive (though mostly in defense), will only bite with poison when "hunting" or in self-defense.

Warning: He is a hybrid of the deadliest spider in the world. Though there is an antidote, the amount of poison he can make is unknown. Do not take him lightly.

This can't be happening... They found me... How could this happen?

Thousands of thoughts like that spun in my head. All I wanted was to be normal... and they, whoever they were, ruined it. I crawled into a ball.

"Huh... why am I crying?" I whispered to myself, wiping away the tears.

I stayed in the ball for what felt like hours. Eventually I stopped crying. I didn't notice when a door opened and someone stepped through.

"Karma Akabane, please follow me." He demanded. Slightly surprised, two of my spider legs shot up into my defensive/warning position.

"Why should I?" I hissed. He took a step back which made me smirk slightly.

Then, with a newfound confidence, he started to smile. "How about you can have these when we get back?" The man held up a box of live mice. Four, I believe. Plump.... and juicy...

"Fine," I spat, silently cursing myself. I got up, using my spider legs instead of human ones to support my body and walk. I exited after the man, and he lead me to another room. This one had luxurious seating. The walls had paintings of... hybrids??? There were doors all around the room, leading to the white rooms like I was in.

"Stay here while I get the others," the man said.

"Others?" I asked, but he already left. I scanned the chairs. Though they had all shapes and sizes, none could fit my "extra" legs. Sighing, I stayed in the same position, but crossed my human legs.

"K-Karma???" a shocked voice came from behind me. I turned my head towards it. My face was filled with the same shock as he displayed.

"Nagisa???"

New Hybrid: Nagisa Shiota

Type: Carpet Viper (seventh deadliest animal in the world) (deadliest snake in Africa)

Looks: Patches of the skin are scales like the snake, caramel/gold eyes with black, silted pupils, large fangs with extremely dangerous poison

Habits: Like the viper, when threatened, Nagisa will rub his scales together making a sizzling-like sound, is quite fierce, will eat raw insects, spiders, amphibians, reptiles (even snakes), small mammals, and birds, high blooodlust

Warning: There is still lots unknown about him. Be extremely careful not to anger him. He strikes in places that are harder to distribute antivenom, and is extremely dangerous. Do not take lightly.

I wasn't exactly shocked by the fact that he was a hybrid, I was more by the part he was a snake hybrid.

"So.... Hi?" Nagisa said, trying to get over the awkwardness.

"Hi," I replied. I then turned around fully. Nagisa smiled and held out his hand.

"Nagisa Shiota, hybrid type: Carpet Vipor," he smiled bigger, re-introducing himself. I did't even notice his fangs. Slightly blushing-- wait, WHY AM I BLUSHING???-- I took his hand and shook it.

"Karma Akabane, hybrid type: Brazilian Wandering Spider," I laughed.

"What?" Nagisa asked, genuinely confused.

"It is just that you are the first person, hybrid for that matter, that didn't get scared when learning what I was," I said, my laughing stopped. Nagisa giggled-- so cute- WHAT AM I SAYING?--

"Same for me," he said.

We talked for a bit as the group got bigger.

(I will put the names and what hybrids they are later (Imma lazy XP))

We almost forgot where we were. That was, until a strange man came in.

"Quiet down. I know you are all wandering why you were brought here, and why you were... "awakened"." He stopped there for  second, multiple animal sounds filling the room. "Sadly, even I know nothing about it. But, what I can do is tell you what you are supposed to do while you are here. There are multiple cameras hidden in this building. You are to live here while we tape everything for scientific reasons." There was an uproar of questions, but the man just left, never changing his expression.

"We are never getting out of here... are we?" Nagisa whispered to himself. I wanted to comfort him, but everything was sliding off me. I needed some time to absorb what the heck was happening. I made my way to the door that had my name on it, and fell asleep in the white room.

A/N: Sorry I haven't updated any of my books in so long! I had mono, so the time when I was awake, I was either watching anime or reading fanfiction XD
