"Guys it was really fun but now I'll have to leave, family emergency. But you guys continue with the long drive. " Misha said as we got out of the restaurant after dinner.

"Then, let's head back home Randhir. " I suggested and he crossed his arms.

"Don't you trust me enough to go on a long drive with me alone? " He asked and my eyes widened.

"Right now, you are someone I trust the most Randhir, along side Misha. " I told him and he smiled.

"Then we'll go for a long drive, eat ice cream and I'll show you my favorite place. " He said with a little excitement.

"Okay. " I told him smiling and we looked at Misha who was smiling brightly.

"I'll see you guys. " She gave me a tight hug and a quick hug to Randhir before leaving the two of us.

"Let's go. "  He said and as we were about to go to the parking lot, our steps came to a halt seeing Ayaan and Sunaina walking towards the entrance of the hotel.

They were still to notice us and I looked at Randhir to find him looking at me already.

"Race till car? " He asked causing me to frown.

"Thank God I'm not wearing heels. " I told him with a smirk and a smile came on his lips.

"3,2,1,Run." He yelled and we literally began running.

I couldn't control my laughter seeing other people's reaction to this. They were looking at us as if we have grown two heads and it was hilarious.

Randhir was in the lead so I stopped looking around and focused solely on running and increased my speed.

I was just behind him when his feet stumbled on a pebble and he lost his balance but before he could fall I held his hand.

He turned to look at me and our eyes locked for a moment before we heard the most annoying voice ever.

"Randhir. " Ayaan walked towards us.

"So you've been here for the whole week. " He said looking at me and I looked at Randhir.

"You okay? " I asked Randhir and he gave me a nod before smiling.

"Thank you for being there and not letting me fall. " He thanked me and I gave him a genuine smile.

"Thank you for being there and not letting me fall. " I thanked him back and his smile grew.

"Wow. What do I see here! " I heard Ayaan saying but didn't look at him.

"I'm still competing. " I told Randhir leaving his hand and his eyes widened as I began running again.

I heard footsteps behind and I was sure it was him, so I increased my speed.

"You cannot win! " He said and he came beside me.

"You do not challenge Sanyukta Agrawal. " I told him narrowing my eyes.

And we both reached together.

"Why didn't you speed up? " I asked Randhir since I know he could have ran faster.

"My feet hurts due to that pebble. " He said pointing at his feet.

"Is it that bad? " I asked frowning and he shook his head.

"Not that bad, but it still hurts a bit. " He told me and I gave him a nod.

"Will you be able to drive? " I asked and he gave me a nod.

"Yeah, I'm fine. " He told me and I gave him a nod.

"Where are you two going? " Why on earth is this As$ still here?

"Doesn't really concerns you Ayaan, go your girlfriend must be waiting for you. " Randhir said but Ayaan kept on looking at me.

"Who cares about the girlfriend Randhir? " I taunted Ayaan without looking at him and instead looked at Randhir.

"Everybody should. " Randhir said and I gave him a bitter smile.

"Everybody is not you." I told him and he smiled.

"Woah! What is going on? Sanyukta, look at me when you are talking to me. I know you haven't gotten over me yet, and there's nothing between you and Randhir, you are just trying to make me jealous. So stop this act of yours because I've got you." He said and I held my jeans tightly, hurting my thigh in the process.

I'm ready to face him yet. No I'm not. I felt Randhir holding my hand, causing me to loose my grip on the jeans.

I looked at him and he shook his head asking me not to hurt myself, so I left my jeans completely.

"I want ice cream. " I told Randhir and he smiled.

"I'll see you Ayaan. " He told Ayaan before giving him a bro hug and opening the door of his car for me.

I got in and he closed the door with a smile.

I saw Ayaan keeping his hand on Randhir's shoulder. He said something to Randhir to which he shook his head and went towards the driver's side and got inside the car.

As soon as we came out of the parking area, in the main road, I asked Randhir the question that was bothering me.

"What was he saying? " I asked and he looked at me for a moment before looking back towards the road.

"He was asking me whether there is something going on between us. " He told me and I leaned backwards.

"And what did you say? " I asked and he sighed.

"I told him that there's nothing and it would never happen. " He told me and I nodded before looking outside the window.

"He's your best friend and you are here, with me. " I mumbled looking at him and he shrugged.

"Even you are my friend and it's not like I don't be with him anymore. It's just that, even if you guys are not together, I cannot leave you both and especially when you both are going through tough times. " He told me and I gave him a small smile.

" Thank you once again. " I thanked him and he shrugged.

"But I want to correct you here. " I said and he frowned.

"It's only me who's going through tough times, he has already got a new girlfriend. He is absolutely fine." I said  looking out of the window.

"That's not the case Sanyukta, even he is suffering. I have never seen him cry for a girl before, trust me. " My eyes widened at his words.

"He was crying, for me ?" I asked in disbelief and he nodded.

"I won't say if he loves you or just needs you, but he surely can't be without you. He is with Sunaina just to make you feel jealous. He thinks this will get you running back to him." I was shocked at his words, Ayaan can't be without me? Really? Then why on earth did he cheated on me thrice?

"If he can't be without me then why did he do all this? " I asked Randhir.

"He was high on Bhaang Sanyukta and so was Kiya. I'm not justifying their actions or trying to defend them but if not Ayaan,  at least listen to Kiya once. " He said and I looked away.

No, I wasn't ready to face her, I cannot.

"Take your time, but please at least consider my words. Kiya is dying of guilt Sanyukta." He said and I turned on the radio to stop him from saying anything further.

That passionate, sparkly kiss that me and Randhir shared that day was long forgotten until now as 'Bheege hoth tere' began playing on the radio, leaving both of us awkward.

I named this Me & Him because I had nothing else in mind. Help me get a good name for this one, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!
