"You slapped me? For this guy, you slapped me? " Ayaan held my arms tightly causing me to wince in pain.

"Leave her Ayaan. " Randhir came forward and held his wrist.

"You leave us alone. She's my girlfriend and we can sort things out, I won't let you take advantage. " Ayaan spat infuriating me.

"Leave my hand and how dare you talk to Randhir like that? " I yelled at Ayaan trying to free my arms from his grip.

"Babe, you are too naive to understand his tactics, he's just trying to steal you from me but I won't let this happen. You are mine and he needs to understand this. " Ayaan said leaving my arms and cupping my cheeks instead.

"Are you drunk? " I asked as he brought his face close to mine.

He looked shocked at my question and moved a bit away.

"I um, I'm sorry Babe I was just. " He said looking down causing me to narrow my eyes.

"Leave me. " I demanded trying to take his hands off my face.

"Babe I swear I'll never drink again only if you..." He trailed off causing me to narrow my eyes.

"I what? " I asked and he gulped before looking straight into my eyes.

"You, come back to me. " He whispered and as an instinct I pushed him away causing him to stumble.

"F*ck off!" I told him and he again walked closer.

"Sanyukta please, you know that was a mistake. You are the only one I love, please don't do this to me Babe, please, please, it's difficult, really difficult to even breathe without you. I can't, I really can't Babe please. " He begged getting on his knees in front of me and I felt my heart melting a little.

No no no Sanyukta! Don't fall for this again, no! You know he's a cheater, he's a liar, don't fall for all this.

My brain was yelling at me but my heart was mum for the first time. I closed my eyes, trying to listen to my heart but it was still quite.

Should I give Ayaan one last chance?

"Sanyukta. " I heard Randhir whisper and looked at him.

I looked at his eyes and saw disapproval getting my answer immediately.

"No. " I whispered looking at Randhir and his facial muscles relaxed.

" Sanyukta. " Ayaan whispered and I looked at him to find him still on his knees.

"Get up and leave, it's getting late. " I told him sternly and he got up.

"I know you are mad at me but just give me one last chance to make it up for you, for us, please. " He pleaded causing me to look at him in disbelief.

"You think I'm mad at you? Seriously Ayaan? No, I'm not. You want to know what I feel Ayaan? I'll tell you, I'm broken, you have broken me, completely shattered but you know what, it's not even your fault.

I was a stupid girl who forgave you every freaking time you broke my heart, every time you hurt me, but not anymore. I'm not falling for this act of yours again, we've had enough, I'm hungry now, so leave. " I told him sternly and he looked taken aback.

"But—" "I said leave! " I didn't let him speak and Randhir took a step towards him.

"I won't let you drive in this condition, I'm dropping you home. " He said causing me to frown. How can he be like this? So forgiving. Just a few minutes back Ayaan was insulting him and here he is taking care of him.

"I don't need your help. " Ayaan glared at Randhir who sighed in response.

"Shut up and come with me. " Randhir took Ayaan with him outside the main gate and looked at me.

"See you. " He said and I gave him a nod before he took Ayaan with himself in his car and Ayaan obediently followed.

I really can't believe this. How? Their friendship is literally something else and I'm afraid I'm coming between them. No no, I can't let their friendship ruin like this. Though Ayaan is the worst boyfriend ever but I know what a great friend he is, I've seen how important Randhir is for Ayaan and vice versa, I can't let their friendship suffer because of my equations with them. That'll be the worst thing ever.

What should I do now? Should I maintain distance from Randhir? But how will I do that? Who else will I go to then? God! Should I talk to Randhir about this? But I know he will ask me to not think about all this, talking to him about this is of no use.

Then, what should I do?

I think I should take help from my girls, yeah that's a good idea. And if not they, then who else will help me?

Getting inside, I ordered food for myself first and then called the girls who were apparently busy and didn't pick up the call.

Urg!

Taking out a packet of chips, I began eating, waiting for my food to arrive and girls to call me back, which they did after an hour, when my food came as well.

"That's really a problem. " Misha mumbled after I told them everything.

"I know right. " I told her munching my food.

"Stay away from Randhir. " Kiya said causing me to frown.

"Huh? " I asked in confusion.

"Yeah, I mean that's the only thing you can do to save their friendship. You should not come between them. " I was heart broken by her words. REALLY.

"My heart just broke. " I told her pouting.

"See Sanyukta, I didn't mean it like that, it's just that —" "Oh shut up Kiya. " Misha interrupted.

"Sanyukta it really doesn't matter you see, the equation you have with Randhir or Ayaan is not equivalent to the equation they have. And the biggest proof of this statement is today's incident. They fought, but at the end of the day stood together, and knowing Randhir, I'm sure they'll be fine so stop over thinking and enjoy your food. " I was relieved at Misha's words.

" May be I wanted to hear just this. " I told her gratefully.

"I know how amazing I'm but anyways thanks. " I chuckled at Misha's words.

"Okay if that's what you think is right. " Kiya said causing me to smile.

"Thanks girls, I don't know what I would have done without you two. " I told them happily.

"And Randhir, don't forget him. " Misha said causing me to chuckle.

"Yeah right, he's the magician of my life who sets everything right, how can I forget him. " I said grinning.
