December! Best time of the year. Our Sandlot's draped in snow, but that didn't stop us from playing.

I walked to the Sandlot with Squints and Angie. They were such a bitchin' couple.

"You guys make me feel bad!" I said.

"How?" Angie asked.

"I'm lonely! And Squints has a girlfriend! And I don't have a boyfriend!" I said dramatically.

Angie laughed. "No idea how. Maybe try and start things with Benny." She said.

"Tried that." I said.

"Twice." Squints said.

"Yeah, thanks." I said blankly.

"Third times a charm." She said.

"No. He has to come to me. He has to break up with the fake blonde." I said.
"You know he's too nice to do that." Angie said. I rolled my eyes.

"They could get in fights." Squints shrugged.

"They could." I said. Then we arrived at the Sandlot.

No Kelly Anne. Whoo hoo!

I cherish the days she's gone. Benny came up to me and hugged me.

"Whats this for?" I asked.

"I broke up with Kelly Anne!" He said.

"Yes!" I yelled.

"So, be with me." He said.

"Benny-" I was cut off.

"I miss you Alana. You make me so happy. So I got you this." He said. Gave me a necklace.

"Benny. I missed you too. Of course I'll be with you." I said. He picked me up and spun me around.

"Aww." Angie, Olana and Mary said.

"Bleh!" The guys said. I laughed.

"Play ball!" Ham yelled. Kelly Anne stormed to the Sandlot.

"What the hell is she doing here Benny?" Ham asked.

"I came to get him back." She said. He rolled his eyes.

"You can't. I love Alana." He said.

"For now." She said. I gripped onto Benny. This girl was a little scary.

"Whatever Lancaster. Just go re-dye your hair or something." I said.

"I'm a natural blonde!" She said.

"Uh huh. Sure." Olana said.

"Shut it Olana. I wasn't talking to you!" She said.

"Well, mess with them, mess with all of us." She said.

"Yeah Yeah all of us." Yeah Yeah said.

"Watch your back Alana. Benny will be mine again." She said then left.

"What the hell just happened?" I asked.

"I don't Lans. But we got ya." Mary said.

"Thanks. But I doubt she'll do anything. What could she do?" I asked. I knew exactly what she could do, but this time I was stronger.

"Nothing. But re-dye her hair!" Squints said. We laughed. We joked about her hair a lot.

Later Benny, Scotty, Ham, Yeah Yeah and I walked home. We walked into our houses.
