Cross's P. O. V

Luna: Come on Cross!

Cross: What the hell are we going anyway? *annoyed*

Luna: To my dorm! Let's play a game with my crew members!

Cross: No.

Luna: You really lack fun. You don't want fun don't you?

Cross: *sigh* I'm fine going into your dorm. But I'm not playing any games with you and your crew members.

Luna: You killjoy...

Cross: Whatever. *looks at his phone*

Inside Luna's dorm...

Luna: Hello guys! Here's my friend Cross! Come in! *looks outside the door*

Cross: *goes in the room* Hello. *waves his hand*

Luna: Here's my crew members Cross! Please be nice to them. As you are with me.

Cross: I won't assure that. I get easily annoyed.

Luna: Anyway! What can we play today?

Terrence: Let's start simple. Some video games. You still I have that console with you right Luna?

Luna: Yeah, I still have it. What games do you wanna play?

I sit down on Luna's bed. Not wanting any of that. I walk my talk. If I don't wanna do something, I won't do it. So, have fun with that.

Luna: Are you not gonna play Cross?

Aqua: He's fine not playing!

Luna: Okay... If you say so. *turns on the console*

Some time later...

They played some games... And those 4 are very competitive. Some even got angry at each other. Not gonna say who though. But after all the anger, they're still friends. That's what matters. But I guess they didn't had fun. That's a no-no in my book.

Cross: *still staring at them with a emotionless face* ...

Coralis: *looks back at Cross* You still don't wanna play?

Cross: I'm not good at that game. I'll play something else than that.

Coralis: *whispers something to Luna* ...

I don't know what the hell are they whispering. Probably gossiping about me. I'm used to this. I'm not gonna react unaccordingly.

Luna: *blushes* N-n-n-no! Shut up will you?

Coralis: *giggling* You're losing now.

Luna: Noooooooooo! *loses 1st place*

Terrence: There we go. I've been losing 3 games in a row.

Luna: You! *tackles Coralis*

Well, they're fighting over... Something. I couldn't care less.

Luna: Come on Cross! Let's play a new game!

Cross: What is it?

I feel like something bad is gonna happen... Is it a weird game? Please no, oh god, please no.

Luna: Truth or Dare!

FU- God freaking dammit. I should excuse this. I might be getting into a set-up...

Cross: No. That's way too dangerous of a game.

Luna: But you said you're playing the next game?

Coralis: Yeah. You said that.

Terrence: You're wasting time here if you're not playing. Come on. It won't hurt.

Goddamn peer pressure. Ugh, FINE.

Cross: Ughh... Fine. *gets off the bed and sits on the floor*

All of us 5 are sitting on the floor. Circle formation. And at the center, a glass bottle. Oh my God... I'm so getting set up. I'll just plan this out for a bit.

Luna: *looks at Cross* ... *notices his expression*

Oh no, she's looking at me. I'll look at her back. So she can look away from me. She's observing me. I know it.

Cross: Something wrong Luna? *looks at Luna's azure eyes*

Luna: *looks away with embarrassment* N-nothing.

Cross: Huh. Okay. (Good. That worked.)

The game finally starts with Luna still looking at me periodically. What's up with Luna today?

The bottle spins... And the back of the bottle turns to Aqua and the cap points to Terrence? I think that's their names? So Aqua gets to ask Terrence: Truth or Dare?

Aqua: Truth or Dare?

Terrence: Truth.

Aqua: Do you admit of taking my egg sandwiches at 12:30 PM?

I looked at my phone and checked on the time.

Cross: ... 2:14 PM...

Oh, pretty recent. Okay. Pretty tame questions. But I have experience playing this game... Even Brooks knows if he plays this games he knows that the questions get more messed up from here.

Terrence: No I didn't. I was at the bathroom when you came in.

Aqua: Maybe you ate the sandwiches on the bathroom. Hmm?

Terrence: Those aren't expensive anyway. Why are you getting angry over that? You just wasted your turn.

Aqua: You won't get away with this.

The bottle spins again. And... Back of the bottle points to me and it points to Luna. Oh no. Oh nooo...

What in the flying angel should I ask?

Cross: Truth or Dare? *keys in on Luna*

Luna's P. O. V

He's gazing on me... I can't focus!!!

Luna: *blushing slightly* ... *looks on her left*

Why are you looking at me so intensely?

Luna: D-dare... *with slight hesitation*

Cross: *looks around the room* ...

He's looking around for something for me to do. There's so much in the room. I can't think of all of the possibilities.

What is it gonna be?

Cross: Drink that glass of orange juice.

Luna: Really? *surprised*

Cross: You heard me.

Aqua: *getting angry* ... (You....)

I stood up and grabbed the glass of orange juice and drank it all. That was refreshing. I guess he's warming up to this game. But I gotta ask.

Luna: Is it your first time playing this game by any chance? *sits back down on the floor*

Cross: No. I have played this before. Back in my human life.

Luna: Oh, thanks for answering. I thought you're gonna ignore me again.

Cross: I was about to. *holds the bottle and spins it*

And... Oh God. It's the other way around now. Luna asking me.

Cross: Damn it.

Luna: Truth or Dare?

Cross: Hm... Truth.

Luna: *smiles* Okay... Have any Inklings took a keen interest in you?

Cross: Huh? *confused*

Cross's P. O. V

I know she's using subtext. She has a meaning behind those words. I'll just respond with a neutral tone.

Cross: No. I don't think so...

Luna: *nods* Okay. Okay. *spins the bottle again*

To save time, the first name I'm gonna say is the asker. And the second is the "victim".

And it lands on Aqua and me? Again?

Aqua: Okay. Truth or Dare?

Cross: Truth.

Aqua: *smirks* Hm...

I have been feeling bad vibes from him even before this game started. He's reeling up a hard question isn't he?

Aqua: Do you plan to have a romantic relationship?

Cross: Uh...

Luna: *listening intently* ... (What's his view on it?)

This is a hard question. Living in a world where I'm the last few humans left and I'm surrounded with Inklings. So. In any case, I'm finding a relationship with an Inkling. I don't feel right about this. But then again, taking risks is want being a human is.

Cross: ...Maybe... Maybe...

Luna: (Come on! A "maybe" isn't enough.) *looks at Coralis* ...

I just gave a half-assed answer. I'm not super sure about what I feel on the subject...

Luna's P. O. V

Luna: *looks down in sadness* ...

Coralis: *whispers to Luna* ...

Thank you, Coralis. I'm so grateful that I have a friend that can always cheer me up.

Aqua: Okay. *spins the bottle*

Cross's P. O. V

WHY THE FUUUU- IT'S ME ONCE AGAIN! THIS CRAP IS RIGGED! Ahem. It's Coralis asking ME. For the 3RD TIME.

Coralis: Truth or Dare?

Cross: Dare. For a change.

Coralis: *smiling at Luna* ... (I'm so sorry what I'm about to do to you, Luna. But I have to do it.)

I'm getting victimized hard here. I'm getting tortured.

Coralis: I dare you to hold Luna's cheek for 15 seconds!

Luna: W-WHAT? NO! *blushing*

Coralis: He chose Dare. That's the thing he chose.

Cross: *groans* ... *removes his mask*

Coralis P. O. V

I hope you're gonna enjoy this Luna. You're doing a bad job of hiding your feelings. While you can easily read people, I can read you like a book also.

Coralis: *smiling* ...

Terrence: Yes... *takes out his camera*

I look at Aqua and he has his head down... I wonder why. I'll ask him later.

Cross's P. O. V

I leaned over to the to Luna across from me. And I held her left cheek.

Cross: I hope you don't mind.

Luna: *blushing to the breaking point* ...

Cross: Look at me, Luna.

Luna: *slowly turns her head towards Cross* W-w-w-what?

Cross: Are you sick? Your face is heating up. *tilts head* *in a soft tone*

I did not want it to say it with a caring tone.

Luna: *squeals mentally* *falls on her back* ... (He's too cute!)

Coralis: The 15 seconds is up! Oh cod, Luna are you okay? *checks on Luna*

Cross: *wears back his mask* *and goes back to his spot* Done.

Terrence: This is gonna be good... *saves the video*

As he said that, I glared so intensely at this guy who's thinking he can around this video around. And the atmosphere of the room became threatening.

Cross: Don't you dare... Or else I'll take my time taking you out. *eyes glowing*

Terrence: *startled* O-okay. Fine.

Coralis: Lemme see! *goes to Terrence*

As those two are looking at the video, I looked at Luna. Who was still on the ground. Breathing heavily. I get it. It was an embarrassing dare. So if the dare was that, the next ones are gonna be so messed up.

Cross: Are you actually okay Luna?

Luna: *gets back up* Yeah... I'm good. (No good. I can't get it off my mind now. Why Coralis? Why?)

Aqua: *depressed* ...

Cross: *looks at Aqua* Dude, are you okay?

Aqua: Don't talk to me. *stands up and leaves the dorm* *hides his face*

Luna: Aqua! *stands up and follows him*

Cross: Guys.

Terrence: What?

Cross: Did I do something that made that guy leave the room?

Coralis: The thing is, Aqua is the only guy in our crew that's not our friend. He got into the group because of his skills.

Cross: So?

Terrence: She got in of the group because he insisted to join. And because he took an interest in Luna. I mean, if you have the most beautiful Agent in the organization, people are going to find a way to get close to her.

Cross: Oh... Explains why that when I'm with Luna, I always see people following us behind me.

Coralis: Yeah. Pretty creepy right?

Cross: Can't argue with that.

Cross: Hold on. I'll follow them. *stands up and leaves the dorm to follow the two*

I ran and I asked some of the Inklings around the dorm if they found them running and stuff. And they all pointed to me going to the balcony of the huge headquarters. So I ran as fast I can to there. And I found them... Finally.

At the F. A. O Headquarters Balcony...

Luna: What's with you today?

Aqua: *silent* *leans over the edge* ...

Cross: Luna.

Luna: Oh, why are you here Cross?

Cross: Leave him for a bit. I'll talk this out. So you don't have to.

Luna: I'm sorry for the bother. *walks up to Cross*

Cross: Look, it's not your fault. Call off the game. Find something better to do.

Luna: I have an idea. I'll tell them first though.

Cross: Go on.

Luna: Okay... *goes inside of the headquarters*

Aqua: Why are you here? *in a spiteful tone*

Cross: I want this to all even out. I want to understand everything. What's going on?

Aqua: You wouldn't get it. You just wouldn't.

Cross: Then I want to understand.

Aqua: What do you have that I don't? *murmurs* *puts his head down*

I heard that. What does he mean? Remember what he said earlier. He probably likes Luna. Wait, he does like Luna. Why would he run out of the room in sadness? I'm such an idiot at times.

Aqua: Why she has to fall for you? Out of all things... *whispers to himself*

Cross: Just say it to my face already.

Aqua: She li- *gets interrupted*

Luna: We're back!

Terrence: *goes to Aqua* Bro, are you okay?

Cross: *walks back to Luna* ...

Luna: Did you find out the problem?

Cross: You guys were too quick. I didn't get anything from him. But I hope your fellow crew members can calm him down. He's very stressed.

Luna: I'll do what I can.

Cross: So. What's the idea? For the next thing, what we're gonna do?

Luna: Let's go to an amusement park!

Cross: Oh. Okay. Let's go then.

Luna: Wait, you're actually coming?

Cross: Problem?

Luna: Geez, you didn't have to respond to me like that.

Cross: I apologize.

Coralis: The car is ready Luna. Should I get it?

Luna: Yeah. I'll drive.

Cross: Objection. I wanna drive.

Luna: Why? *confused*

Cross: I insist.

Luna: Okay... (Why is he acting like this? Something might have happened.)

There we go. I can avoid them for a bit. I have so much in my mind that needs so much thinking. I'm so profoundly confused.

At the parking lot...

We got to their car with was customized. Their car looks more like a street racer type of car than an F. A. O car.

Cross: Where's the amusement park?

Coralis: It's 5 kilometers west from here.

Cross: Inkish, please?

Coralis: Just here you go. *gives the phone to Cross*

Cross: Okay... I see. *looks at the phone* I'll just borrow this for a bit.

Everyone is in the car finally Aqua is still shaken up but I think Terrence has done a good job of calming him down.

Cross: Which idea is the amusement park?

Luna: Me! *speaks up*

Cross: Oh, go figure. But why an amusement park?

Luna: They have a promo that if 5+ people go in they have 400 coins off.

Cross: So basically that.

Luna: Not just that! There's a fireworks display at 8:30 PM!

Cross: That's interesting.

Luna: Yeah! You should just go now.

Cross: Okay. *starts the engine*

Damn. This engine sound is pretty cool. It's a bit of a roar when it starts.

Luna: If you're curious about the car, this is Coralis's personal car.

Cross: You're into cars? *looks at Coralis behind him*

Coralis: Yeah. It stems from my father being a street racer back in the day.

Cross: Must be a pretty fun time.

Coralis: Yeah... He's pretty old now. And he gave me a car to customize.

Cross: *nods* That's nice. Anyway. Let's go. *drives out of the parking lot*

We drove out to the main road and went west. The atmosphere of the car was very silent and everyone except Aqua is fiddling with his phone. But since they're doing something else, I can think about what he said to me earlier.

Aqua: You wouldn't get it. You just wouldn't.

Wouldn't get what? I'm still annoyed by him being so vague earlier.

Luna: Cross?

Cross: *snaps out of his trance* Huh? *looks at Luna*

Luna: How old are you? I haven't asked you for all this time.

Cross: I'm 19. Going on twenty. In a few months... Yours?

Luna: I'm 17. My birthday is gonna be in May though.

Cross: Oh. That's cool. Am I invited?

Luna: Of course! Why would you think that I won't invite you?

Cross: I don't know. I just felt like asking. I can't text and drive right? And... *looks at the GPS on Coralis's phone* We're still far away.

Luna: Okay. I'll be your chat person until we get there.

Cross: *snickers a little bit* "Chat person"...

Luna: *surprised by the slight emotion* ...

Luna's P. O. V

He sure hides his emotions really hard. I'm glad that I made him at least show his emotions a little bit. Or should I say I got lucky... I can't tell.

Cross: You should sleep now. Long traffic ahead.

Luna: O- *yawns* kay... *starts to sleep*

I can't wait until we get there...

At the Amusement Park...

Cross's P. O. V

Sheesh... We're finally here. I should wake them all up now. Damn. Now I regret driving this car since I stayed up late yesterday.

Cross: People wake up!

They all opened their eyes and then a unified yawn just occurred. It really sounded like an orchestra or a choir but it was noisy as hell...

Cross: Are you all ready for the amusement park?

The Wolves: Yeah... *in a sluggish tone*

Cross: Well then, get out of the car it's gonna be hard to find a parking space for this.

Everybody left the car and I went straight to the parking spot that was open earlier. And it was still open. How lucky.

10 minutes later...

Cross: I've parked the car, are you done buying the tickets?

Luna: Yeah! Let's go!

Coralis: Let us have fun everyone!

Luna: Especially you! *points at Cross*

Cross: I'll try. I'm probably too tall for the rides.

And Luna walked inside the amusement park and we all followed suit. I guess the fun begins I guess...

I looked around and I can literally see over the Inkling crowd. Why are the Inklings in this park are so small? I'm gonna get attention, no doubt through the course of this "fun" we're having...

Cross: Do you think I'm way too tall? I can see over people. I'm a giant in this crowd.

Luna: It's fine. Just don't do anything weird.

Cross: That doesn't help me right now...

But I shrugged it off and we went on the rides. Well, we didn't even plan to take pictures. The guys just want to have fun. And I won't stop them from doing so. You'll have to have joy so you can fight off sadness.

Coralis: Look at that! *points at the Ferris wheel*

Cross: I suggest coming back for that before the fireworks starts.

Luna: Good idea! Let's check out the other rides! Do you guys want to go to the roller coaster?

Cross: I have nightmares of that ride. So I'll pass.

Luna: Really? Why?

Cross: We have no time to tell stories while we're in an amusement park.

Luna: Okay... Look over there! Take a picture with me here Aqua!

Aqua: *looking down* ...

Terrence: Yo. *nudges Aqua*

Aqua: Huh?

Terrence: Luna said to take a picture of her.

Aqua: Me?

Terrence: Yes!

Aqua: Okay... *takes out his camera*

He seems he's still sad from earlier. I'll probably stay away from Luna and give him a chance or something. But again, I couldn't care less.

Cross: Coralis.

Coralis: *looks up at Cross* Huh?

Cross: She's calling you. *points at Luna*

Coralis: Oh, thanks for notifying. *goes to Luna*

I wonder what their true feelings are like... I feel something is off with the group. But I just can't assume that early.

Cross: *looks around* ... *goes to a popcorn stand*

Worker: Hello! Would you like... *looks up at Cross* (He's a giant!)

Cross: I would like popcorn, please.

Worker: O-okay... *gets some popcorn*

Cross: Wait, I'll take 5 orders of popcorn.

Worker: *nods hesitantly* ... (Is he eating it all?!)

Why is he taking long? It's pretty basic to scoop out some popcorn. Cod, so slow.

After 2 years of me waiting I finally got the popcorn and I paid the guy and left with the five popcorn. The question is, where the hell are they?

Cross: Luna!

Luna: I see him! *from the distance* Cross!

The group came running at me and a look of nervousness on their faces. I think they thought I got lost.

Cross: Here's some popcorn. I have for all of us 5. *passes the popcorn to Luna and to the others*

Terrence: Thanks.

Luna: Thank you! *starts eating the popcorn immediately*

Coralis: Many thanks!

Aqua: *nods in agreement* ...

Now that we're together, we can finally go around the park and ride the attractions.

3 hours later... 8:20 PM...

We really had fun. Not gonna lie. Even for a reserved person like me, I had fun once in a while. I hope that our group plans for something like this in the future. But now the fireworks are gonna start a little later. Luna took too long buying milk tea. Goddamn millennials.

Cross: So. Let's get back to the Ferris wheel. So we can get the best view.

Luna: Let's go! *runs ahead*

Cross: Is she always like this? *looks at Coralis*

Coralis: Yeah. She's pretty noisy.

Cross: Damn. I'm impressed that you still stay with her even with that.

Coralis: Don't say it like that. She has always been a nice person.

Cross: I know.

We all went to the Ferris wheel and Luna was again, missing.

Cross: Go on first guys. Don't wait for me and her. I'll try my best to find her.

They all nodded and went on their way. Where the hell is she? The fireworks are gonna start now!

Cross: *getting irritated by Luna* Where in the flying hell is she?

I'm getting impatient. The whole purpose of this trip is gonna be wasted if she doesn't show up.

Luna: Cross! *runs to him*

Cross: Where the hell did you go?

Luna: Nothing! *in a nervous tone*

Cross: You're bad at hiding things. Spill it.

Luna: Nothing, I tell you!

Cross: *groans* Okay, anyway. Let's get to the Ferris wheel.

Luna: Where are the others?

Cross: I said they would go first since I had to find you.

Luna: Ohhh... (Yes! That worked!)

Cross: Come on. Let's go.

We went on the Ferris wheel and I looked a the time. 8:28 PM... Just in the nick of time... Now we wait. But wait, we're the only two here in this carriage. Jesus. I guess I can live with this. I'm sure she won't do anything.

Luna: Cross...

Cross: What? (As soon as I say that, I'm already getting asked already.)

Luna: *blushing* *hesitantly gives a chocolate bar to Cross* Take it!

Cross: *surprised* Oh, thanks. Why though? *takes the chocolate* *removes his mask*

Luna: *blushing even harder* I-it's...

Then the Ferris wheel stopped abruptly and the carriage is shaking and we shook like hell. And Luna lost her footing and fell on me...

Luna: *blushing* ... *staring at Cross's eyes*
(I can't move my body!)

S-she's close to my face! Goddamn, it Cross calm yourself down right now!

Luna: *her face getting closer to Cross* ...

"I guess in any case, I'm finding a relationship with an Inkling..."

Why is her face not stopping from getting closer?! Is she trying what I think she's trying? Uh-oh. I don't think I can get out of this one.

Cross: *cheeks ever-so-slightly turning red* ...

Luna: Thank you. For saving my life, and making my life so much more fun.

I... Guess I can't back out now...

And we're interrupted by the first firework exploding in the air. And it really took us by surprise. It was very loud. But we snapped out of the trance and Luna immediately went back to her spot.

Luna's P. O. V

What... Did I just do...? Oh my cod Luna! I'm such an idiot! Now Cross will think of me as very weird.

Luna: *shaking her head vigorously* ...

Cross: Look at the fireworks Luna. *faces the direction of the fireworks*

Luna: *looks at the fireworks* ... *mesmerized*

It's beautiful... Wow... It reminds of something...

Luna: What are those?

???: Fireworks. They happen very rarely these days...

Luna: Don't worry! Luna will help you get out of this place!

???: *smiles* I'm sure you will. Just work hard, and you'll earn what you want.

Cross: Thanks for inviting me along. *smiles*

Luna: *blushes* Y-you're welcome.

Cross's P. O. V

After a little bit, the firework display is finished and the Ferris wheel started spinning again. And we all got down of the attraction. And we are met by the other 3 that wasn't with us.

Luna: *runs to Coralis and hugs her* ...

Well, I guess she misses her company. But as for the chocolate I received...

Cross: *looks at the chocolate bar* ...

I guess I'll eat it in the car.

Cross: Guys, let's go home, shall we? I'm really tired.

Luna: Okay then!

We got back to the car and we're about to leave the place. I might come back here... In different company... But I don't know if the guys have time for that kind of stuff.

But what the hell just happens earlier... Hold on, before we go, I'll check what date is it?

Cross: *looks at his phone* ...

What?! February 14? So it's Valentine's Day?! How did I not know that? Did I just pull a "Brooks"?

A-kun: If you read the last year's Valentine's Day Special you would know what he's talking about.

Damn, anyway. Let's just go home. I'm so exhausted...

Back to the present day...

Brooks: Wow... That also happened to you huh.

Cross: So. Wanna talk about our feelings?

Brooks: Then where should we start? *chuckles*

A-kun: And...! Good! Done! Buddai! It took me a little while to finish the second part but 2 days from now (maybe longer) the next canon Chapter is gonna be released! I'm just still shell-shocked that our WiFi is permanently cut. But I'm back to writing. I'll try my very best to find ways to get some internet connection.
