Quirk explanation: he's able to charm a person into doing whatever he wants his beauty is apart of his quirk he has a beautiful face that draws his victims

Backstory: Venus's mother was a prostitute with a beauty quirk that drew in her customers, he was the product of rape. His mother was forced to give birth and raise him since she didn't have enough money for an abortion nor the documents to and she feared of him going to police to arrest her. She constantly called him a mistake she abused him since her pregnancy messed up her body so she didn't have as many customers as before. He was a beautiful boy but covered in scars. At one point one of his mother's customers saw him and nearly raped the poor boy if he didn't use his quirk to make the man let him go. When he was eleven he snapped, at night while she was asleep he killed his mother ignoring her screams for mercy. He became a Villian killed and attacked dozens of people making him one of the most wanted villains in Japan. Until he was 20 he joined the League Of Villians.
