It was just me and Brom left. He beckoned me over and said he had something to give me. He gave me a dragon egg. Eragon came back just when it hatched. The dragon was pure white so I called her Pearl. I am now a Dragon Rider. Eragon congratulated me. Then, he took me for a ride on Saphira. I made sure I held on tight. I could see everything. I could see what flying was like for Saphira. Suddenly, I lost my grip and fell. Eragon told Saphira to dive. He caught me just as I was about to hit the ground. I thanked him and gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. He started to blush and started to lose his grip on Saphira but I grabbed him just when he was about to fall.
