I woke up to the sound of everyone screaming. The whole room was in chaos, and apparently, me and Sophie are the only ones who are thinking straight.
“What happened? Why were you all screaming? What’s going on?” I ask no one in particular.
“Th- the Neverseen- they…” Biana starts. She looks really pale, and she can’t even get a full sentence out.
“The Neverseen?! What did they do?”
“What’s going on?” Della asks, bursting into the room. She sees Fitz, huddled in a ball in a corner, and goes to sit next to him. Alden steps into the room, and when he sees that everyone who knows what happened is freaking out, we start going around to everybody, just trying to calm them down.
“Hey, it’s ok. The Neverseen aren’t here. They won’t hurt you. I’m right here.” I say to Biana. She takes a few deep breaths, and even though she still looks a little panicked, she’s able to sit in her spot while I go to help Maruca calm down.
“Ok, what happened?” Alden asks when everybody is sitting on the ground.
“The Neverseen sent us a dream.” Biana says, shakily.
“They said that they know we’re all together, and that they’ll attack soon.” Marella says, wide eyed. Her shoulder lights on fire, and Linh puts it out.
“You guys aren’t safe here.” Alden says.
“We can go to my house.” Dex volunteers. “My mom made sure that the security is great.” Dex’s mom, Juline, is  a part of the Black Swan’s Collective, so great security measures would make sense, so that if the Neverseen ever found out her identity, she would be safe, along with the rest of the family.
“That’s a plan. Sophie, notify Mr. Forkle.” Alden says. I have to admire how he can stay so level headed under so much pressure. We leap to Rimeshire, to a very panicked Juline. After Alden somewhat explains the situation, she agrees that this was probably among the better places to come. Then I think of something that feels like a blow to the stomach.
“What  if they’re tracking us?” I say. “They said that they know we’re all together, and what if that’s because they have trackers on all of us?” Della turns pale and hails Master Cadence to see if she can get us some reveldust.
“Let me get this straight.”Mr. Forkle says after he arrives. “The Neverssen sent all of you except Sophie and Lori a dream message saying that they would attack soon,and also happened to mention that they knew you were all together.”
“Sounds about right.” Maruca says. Everyone who got the message still looks really shaken up. Sophie gets a hail on her imparter from Edaline. She goes out of the room to answer it. “You kids. Always something going on. It actually makes sense that you and Sophie didn’t get it.” he says, looking at me. “Sophie has an impenetrable mind, and I don’t think they know about you being here. We’ve done a good job of keeping it quiet.”Just then Sophie runs out looking pale.
“They have Keefe!”

I did say that it's getting darker. And this isn't even the worst of it.
