"Oh good you woke up just in time for the execution"

~Present~

Hearing that sentence struck fear in me. what about Scarlet, I promised her I wouldn't leave her side and now look at me, locked up like an animal.

The marine on my left grabbed my arm and forced me to my knees. Cuffs on, head down I walked outside and to the execution stand. I smiled and prepared myself for death, kneeling down on the wood. As they were about to bring the swords down on my neck a loud gunshot was heard. I looked up and saw a man in a black hoodie with a blue mask. He snapped the cuffs off and I ripped off the muzzle.

A man a few years older than me wearing a black hood and a dark blue mask began attacking the marines that were chasing me. I began running away but there were too many surrounding me I began to attack back, I managed to clear a path for myself to get through but I was attacked from behind. The last few word I heard were "just leave her there."

-time skip-

I woke up in an unknown area, I had a headache and I felt blood on my head. I Could Hear The Faint voices of Zoro and Scarlet, I managed to stand and slowly made my way down to the docks. But I was too late they had already left, I tried to get their attention by jumping and shouting but they were too far away, they couldn't hear me... I walked away with my head down my hair blocking my face and the bloody tears.

After building a shelter i set out to hunt for food, I grabbed my sword and headed out to the forest to look for some deers, while walking through the trees I heard what sounded like crying, I walked toward the sound and saw a teenage girl curled into a ball.

"are you okay?" I spoke softly as to not scare her, when she looked up I could see cuts and bruises on her face and arms, I crouched next to her to treat her wounds?

"who are you?" she mumbled.

"I only want to help you, what happened?" I asked while bandaging her wounds.

"My mother, I ran here to get away from her." That one sentence broke my heart, I put my hand in my pocket and pulled out the last of the food I had and split it with her, she had about 2 thirds and I only had 1 third, she needs it more.

"how old are you and what is your name?". I asked while taking a bite from my food.

"my name is Violet I'm 13. My family have been abusive since I was a kid when they noticed I wasn't human, I'm a.... Werewolf." I smiled knowing I wasn't the only werewolf around

"I'm sky, I'm 17, and I'm also a werewolf." I smiled. I took her hand and started heading to the shelter I'd made. I let her use my jumper as a blanket, "stay with me, I'll keep you safe." and I let her sleep.

-the next morning-

I woke up early to hunt for more food for me and Violet, after bringing back some fish and meat from the village I cooked it, Violet woke up just after the food was ready.

"Here's some breakfast eat up because we're gonna be on a boat for a few hours." I finished mine and started packing away the stuff. "Do you want to go home and get some stuff?"

"Yes please but can you come with me please, I don't want to go alone." she asked, I smiles and nodded my head. I only now noticed her purple and red hair. She led me to a smallish building and climbed a tree next to an open window and jumped in. I followed her and helped her pack her very little amount of clothes and belongings.

After this we set off to the Docks. While passing the main village I noticed a puddle of blood and the drowned guards sitting in it and the last I knew I was being lifted up by someone and Violet shouting my name.
