In Qinghe Market, at night.

"Didn't it say, they are going to Shudong?" asked a younger disciple.

"Yeah, maybe we are going to watch different timeline again." said his friend.

"I will kill you if a-niang finds out that we sneaked out again."

"Here comes Jiang Cheng's threat." laughed Wei Wuxian.

"Oh shut up." said Jiang Cheng.

Two men, one wearing purple and black robes while the other one is wearing black and red robes are walking along the street. One in scowling, the other one is smiling.

"They sneaked out again." said MianMian in amusement.

"Now what will happen? Surely, Madam Yu knows that they sneaked out. She is watching with us." said Jin Zixuan while laughing along with his friend, Nie Huaisang.

Finally he have people who he can call his friend that comes in an unexpected way.

Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian was avoiding Madan Yu's  glare.

"We sneaked out for a lot of times already and your mother never finds out, besides you can't kill your own brother." Wei Wuxian said while smiling.

The juniors looked down hearing that.

"She finds out though." said Jiang Yanli with a chuckle.

Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian gulped nervously.

"Shut up. Why didn't you tell me beforehand that Huaisang sends you a letter regarding this?" asked Jiang Cheng.

"Whether I tell you or not, you're still coming with me. And also, you didn't tell me about the letters that your secret lover sends to you." answered Wei Wuxian.

Jiang Cheng send him a glare saying, "That's why it's a secret because I don't want to tell anyone."

"You really don't have plans to tell me." said Wei Wuxian with a pout.

"I don't know. Besides, I can't trust you with secrets with that loud mouth of yours." said Jiang Cheng.

"At least, I know now." said Wei Wuxian.

"I'm going first. You wait for Huaisang here on your own, I don't want to see you flirting with every girls you see." he added before he stormed off.

"You're abandoning me." said Wei Wuxian dramatically.

"Who wants to be with you when you're flirting. That's good so that you can do whatever you want." said Jiang Cheng.

"Shijie, ChengCheng is abandoning a young Wei Wuxian." Wei Wuxian whined making Jiang Yanli let out a chuckle.

"A-cheng, you shouldn't abandon our three years old XianXian." said Jiang Yanli while Wei Wuxian nodded his head, wiping his imaginary tears.

Jiang Cheng was speechless and Wei Wuxian gave him a smug look.

Jiang Cheng was busy looking at the stalls when something caught his attention. It was a silver hairpin that is decorated with purple lotus and pearls.

"Oh that." said Jingyi while looking at his father.

"Wait wait wait, that hairpin looks familiar." said Wei Wuxian.

"I never saw that." said Jiang Cheng.

"Xiongzhang." said Lan Wangji making the two turned to look at Lan Xichen who is confused.

"Do you like it, Young Master? I am sure that this pin will look good on your partner." the lady said with a smile.

Jiang Cheng was flustered but he still nodded his head with a slight smile plastered on his lips.

After he bought it, he continue to stroll around the market and buy himself some foods and also for his brother and friend.

"He bought it." said Nie Huaisang.

"I know now!" exclaimed Wei Wuxian.

He smiled cheekily to his brother who is frowning.

"Isn't that hairpin the same to the hairpin that brother-in-law used when future me was brought by Lan Zhan in Cloud Recesses." he said.

"What?" asked Jiang Cheng.

"I noticed it because he is wearing that pin. So it is a gift from my brother." he teased making Jiang Cheng's face flushed red.

"Wei-daijiu is right." beamed Jingyi.

"Oh Wanyin." said Lan Xichen while smiling brightly at the man who glared at him which make him adorable because of his red cheeks.

"That damn Wei Wuxian, if he didn't drag me out then maybe I am eating dinner made by a-jie by now." he said while frowning at the foods he bought.

"Cursing me yet worried that I might get hungry." said Wei Wuxian with a smile.

"A-cheng loves you so much, a-xian." said Jiang Yanli while also teasing the said man.

Jiang Cheng gave her a betrayed look.

He was cursing the man in his head when suddenly someone pulled him.

"What the f*ck?!" he cursed but he only heard a low chuckle above his head and a jasmine scent mixed with sandalwood enveloped him.

"My brother-in-law is there too." beamed Wei Wuxian as he is getting excited for what is going to happen.

"We're going to watch the live relationship of my parents." said Jingyi excitedly.

"They look so cute." squealed the female cultivators.

He looked up only to see the smiling face of Zewu-jun.

"Hello to you too, Wanyin." said Lan Xichen.

"What are you doing here?" Jiang Cheng asked with a frown.

"To have a date with you." said Wei Wuxian with a laugh.

"Shut up." Jiang Cheng muttered.

"We're going to have a date, Wanyin." Lan Xichen beamed.

Jiang Cheng face was now turning crimson in color.

"I'm here to see you. I was in the Nie Sect talking about some sect issues with Mingjue-xiong when he suddenly said that Huaisang sneaked out before dinner knowing that he will meet his friends." Lan Xichen answered.

"So Huaisang is already here. Where is he?" he asked.

"Huaisang!" exclaimed Nie Mingjue while glaring at his younger brother.

"They're are sneaking out again." said Jin Zixuan.

"Wanna join us next time, Jin-xiong?" asked Nue Huaisang, ignoring his brother's glares.

"I didn't saw him. Besides, you're the one I'm looking for." Lan Xichen said making the man blushed crimson red.

"Shut up." Jiang Cheng frowned and hit the man's arm with force.

Lan Xichen chuckled and kissed his forehead, "But it's true, Wanyin."

"Aiyaa! That's so sweet." squealed MianMian together with Jiang Yanli and other females.

"Lan Zhan, I'm jealous." said Wei Wuxian.

"Proof that a-die is a romantic person." said Jingyi.

Jiang Cheng was blushing so hard making Wei Wuxian and Nie Huaisang teased him more.

"I said shut up." said Jiang Cheng while trying to break the hugged but Lan Xichen only tighten his hold.

"Can I have a man like this." said a female cultivator.

"ChengCheng is getting flustered." teased Wei Wuxian.

"Shut up." said Jiang Cheng.

"It is my first time seeing a-cheng turning into a tomato." teased Jiang Yanli.

"Not you too, a-jie." said Jiang Cheng a small pout.

After a minute, Lan Xichen finally released him and held his hand and they decided to stroll around together, buying foods and chatting about their life away from each other. They arrived at the bridge where the moon shines brightly. The place was still bustling with many people strolling around.

"They really have a date." said Nie Huaisang.

"They look cute together. They don't even mind the people around them. They're busy in their own little world." said Jiang Yanli with a smile.

"My a-cheng found his happiness." she said, happy for her little brother.

"Why didn't you tell me that you're coming here the last time you send me a letter which is just yesterday?" asked Lan Xichen in calm voice.

"Wei Wuxian just dragged me here tonight and I don't know about his plans." answered Jiang Cheng.

"Do they send letters to each other everyday?" asked Jin Zixuan.

"No, twice a week." answered Jingyi.

"All those letters they send to each other are kept that even until now my parents still have it." he added.

"They treasured each other so much." said MianMian.

"And oh this is for you." he took out a long box from his pouch and shoved it on Lan Xichen's chest, his face flustered.

"I love my little brother's reaction." said Wei Wuxian.

"How cute? My Wanyin is giving me gifts." said Lan Xichen.

"Please, not you too." said Jiang Cheng but Lan Xichen just smiled at him.

"What is it?" Lan Xichen asked but Jiang Cheng just frowned at him and turned around, refusing to see the man's face.

Lan Xichen chuckled as he slowly opened the box. He smiled so bright seeing what's inside while teasing his lover.

"Wanyin gave me a hairpin. It's lovely as my lotus." he said making Jiang Cheng's face more redder than before.

"My lotus! Arghh I can't!" squealed the females.

"It suit my brother so much." said Jiang Yanli.

"I'm jealous of my brother's relationship." said Wei Wuxian.

Jiang Cheng gave him a smug look.

Lan Zhan promised himself to be like his brother when it comes to his relationship.

He took it and try to put in his hair but he struggled and Jiang Cheng only watched him with a furrowed brows.

"Don't tell me you don't know how to use it." he said and Lan Xichen just gave him a smile.

"Let me do it." he said as he took the pin from the man's hand and put it on his hair gently with a small smile in his lips.

"Never knew my brother could be this sweet and gentle." teased Wei Wuxian.

"Thank you, Wanyin." said Lan Xichen holding the man's hand.

After that, Lan Xichen hugged him from behind and looked at the moon with a smile.

"I love you, Wanyin." he said making the man looked at him with a flushed face.

"Aaaahhhh!" squealed the female cultivators while the men are blushing red.

"Mn, I love my Wanyin." said Lan Xichen making Jiang Cheng more red.

Qingheng-jun and Lan Qiren was happy for them while the latter refused to show it on his face.

Jiang Fengmian was smiling at them while Madam Yu was glaring at Lan Xichen.

"Try to hurt my son's feelings and Zidian will zap your back a thousand times." she said.

"Add to that, the Lan sect will also give him some lashes." said Qingheng-jun.

"I will never do that." said Lan Xichen while showing them their intertwined hands.

Lan Xichen slowly leaned closer while Jiang Cheng closed his eyes.

"Way to ruin it, Wei-xiong." said Nie Huaisang in disappointment.

"Why now? Why do you choose to screamed your brother's name now?" asked the female cultivators.

Wei Wuxian was cursing his future self.

He immediately stood away from Lan Xichen while looking around but he cannot see his brother.

"Jiang Cheng! Help!" accompanied by a barks of dogs.

"Oh!" muttered Jiang Yanli who immediately look at Wei Wuxian who is turning pale.

"D-dogs." said Wei Wuxian.

"You're forgiven, Wei-xiong." said Nie Huaisang.

"We still have a lot of chance to see them kiss." said the female cultivators, apologetically.

Wei Wuxian just smiled at them because he is shivering while Lan Wangji was holding him tightly.

He immediately run to the direction of the voice with Lan Xichen following him.

He arrived at the scene where Wei Wuxian is standing on top of a table while holding a stick, Nie Huaisang was standing a few meters away from Wei Wuxian who is also shivering while hiding behind a pillar.

"Lan Zhan." muttered Wei Wuxian.

"I'm here Wei Ying." said Lan Wangji.

"Those dogs looks so scary." said Jin Zixuan.

Jiang Cheng almost laughed but stop himself seeing that Wei Wuxian was almost crying. He shooed the three large dogs away making Wei Wuxian breathed a sigh of relief.

"They're gone now, a-xian." said Jiang Yanli.

"ChengCheng is the best." said Wei Wuxian.

"Those monsters are bad timing. They even disturb my brother's date." he added making Jiang Cheng roll his eyes on him.

"How did you crossed path with those dogs?" he asked.

"I was just strolling around with Nie-xiong while holding this stick when suddenly this dogs showed up in front of us growling like we even offended them." Wei Wuxian answered while hugging Jiang Cheng like his depended on it.

"Why are holding stick when strolling around?" asked Jiang Cheng.

"Not my fault. Those monsters could've just leave me alone. I will never do anything to them." said Wei Wuxian.

"Of course you offended them. Those dogs might be abused by many people so seeing that you're holding a stick, they decided to attack first to defend themselves." said Jiang Cheng.

"I will never attack them." said Wei Wuxian while tugging at Jiang Cheng's robes.

"Now their roles are reversed. Jiang Cheng is now acting like an older brother while Wei Wuxian is the younger one." said Jin Zixuan with a laugh.

"They're always like that especially when it comes to that situation." said Jiang Yanli.

"Xichen-ge." said Nie Huaisang and Jiang Cheng immediately turned around to look at the man who is smiling at them.

"Huaisang, are you okay? By any chance, were you attacked by the dogs as well?" asked Lan Xichen.

"No, they only run after Wei-xiong." answered Nie Huaisang.

"Now my future self knows who is your secret lover." laughed Wei Wuxian.

"I don't think so." said Jiang Cheng.

Wei Wuxian just pouted at him.

"Zewu-jun, why are you here?" asked Wei Wuxian, embarrassment is shown to his face.

"I was strolling around the market when I saw Jiang-gongzi. We have some talk when we heard you screamed his name so I followed him here." answered Lan Xichen with a smile.

"Jiang-gongzi? Where is the Wanyin now?" asked Lan Xichen.

"Remember, their relationship is secret." said Jin Zixuan.

"It feels so wrong to hear him called his wife like that." said a female cultivator.

"When did I become a wife? My gender never changed." said Jiang Cheng.

"Clearly you're the wife. You bear a child for him, don't you remember?" asked the cultivator.

Jiang Cheng gave her a glare with his face flushed.

"Oh is that so, then why don't you join us. We are going to continue on strolling around and buy some foods as well." said Wei Wuxian.

"Or flirting." said Jiang Cheng while taking some foods out of his pouch and gave to his brother and Huaisang.

"He still remember that you're hungry." said MianMian.

"Of course, ChengCheng here is always worried about my health." said Wei Wuxian proudly.

"Oh my sweet little a-cheng." said Jiang Yanli.

"I'm nor little." Jiang Cheng argued.

"Yeah, you're not little anymore since you're already dating." said Jiang Yanli with a tease.

"A-jie." he whined while getting flustered.

Wei Wuxian smacked his head before taking the food not seeing a glare send to him by Lan Xichen.

"Oh my brother-in-law is mad at me." said Wei Wuxian.

"Never hurt a Lan's lover in front of them, they are known to be overprotective of them." said Lan Qiren.

"How do you know? You don't even have a lover?" asked Wei Wuxian.

Lan Qiren send him a glare while the trio laughed at him including Jin Zixuan (should I say quadro since Jin Zixuan is basically part of their group now?)

Nie Huaisang was confused seeing the look that the man gave to his friend. Feeling that Nie Huaisang was looking at him, Lan Xichen turned to him and gave him a smile.

"The time that Nie-jiujiu found out about their relationship." said Jingyi.

"Glad to know that, then." said Nie Huaisang happily.

"You can't really hide something from him." said Zizhen.

Wei Wuxian dragged Jiang Cheng and Nie Huaisang while Lan Xichen was following them from behind.

After an hour of strolling around, Nie Huaisang decided to go back since it was already late at night and only few people are left in the market.

When Wei Wuxian was busy saying goodbye to Nie Huaisang, Lan Xichen quickly hugged Jiang Cheng from behind and gave him a quick kiss in the forehead.

"Is kissing my brother's forehead is my brother-in-law's habit?" asked Wei Wuxian.

"Yeah, and also holding a-niang's waist and back hugging him." said Jingyi proudly.

"Who wouldn't get obsessed on Jiang-xiong's tiny waist?" asked Nie Huaisang with a laugh.

"My waist is not that small." said Jiang Cheng.

"Tell that to a donkey, ChengCheng." said Wei Wuxian making Jiang Cheng glare at him.

"I'll be leaving too, Wei-gongzi. You two should take care and be careful on your way home." he said and bow before leaving.

Wei Wuxian gave Jiang Cheng a look but the man only scowled at him and turned to go back to Yunmeng.

"Tell me, they I finally found out their relationship?" asked Wei Wuxian to the juniors.

"No, you don't." answered Jin Ling.

"You only found out about it after the whole truth was revealed." he added making Wei Wuxian pout and Jiang Cheng laughed.

"I said so." Jiang Cheng said.
