Emma's POV
"Stewart," I start. "That was one very well thought out prank!"
He laughs. "Yeah, well Jess was the one who wanted to do something to surprise you guys. I followed along. And honestly, I didn't really plan anything else for this March break for us besides the prank. Your friend Jess told me that I could take credit for the creation and planning of the prank, but I wanted to be honest with you. And quite honestly, it would be hard to believe that I was the one who would create a prank that hardly affects you or me!"
I laugh again at that one, tossing my head back in efforts to stop laughing. The two of us keep on walking, and I rest me head on his shoulder as we walk along.
It's a bright morning. The weather is a little misty, and it is humid, but I find its still a great time to take a walk.
We don't know where we're going. As long as we're going somewhere together, it's fine with the both of us. (But honestly, my mother is going to kill me if I leave concord without her knowing it; not that that's what we're planning)
We keep walking in silence now that the giggling has died down. And it's not the type of silence where two people are just awkward next to each other not knowing what to do or make out of the situation. It's the type of silence out of love and respect for the other. And I love it. I adore this moment. And I'll cherish these moments for all the times that I could capture them. They don't last forever. So I live and learn to love.

A/N: hey guys! I apologize for the late chapter. I just got out of my writing slump yesterday and I'm pleased to tell you all that more updates will be coming soon in terms of my stories on Wattpad! So that's that.
On a related note, I wanted to remind my Alteration fans that I'm not planning on changing the current schedule for its updates anytime soon. So it'll remain as every Friday at 6pm eastern until I wish to change it, and changing the schedule isn't something that will be happening any time soon.
