I don't know why and how I got into this mess in the first place...

Its not my fault though, its the fault of whoever gave me Chloe to take care of today. This would be my mother.

Let me tell you guys how it went into play...

So mom had just told me that it was my turn to take care of my sister Chloe when she was heading out of town for the day.

I decided that since today was so sunny, I could take her to the park. This is obviously a win win situation; Chloe gets to spend time in the great outdoors and I get to kick a ball around. We head there early in the morning.

At the park, I sit my sister down in the soft patch of grass I like to sit in whenever I come to the park to relax. I kick the ball I brought along. Chloe really likes this, and she claps her hands and laughs. I love seeing Chloe laugh. And apparently so does the guy in the suit sitting on the bench behind us. He laughs with a goofy grin on his face. Soon, he gets up, takes his briefcase from between his feet, and starts walking towards me. At first I'm thinking that he wants to say how cute my sister is, but when he reaches into his pocket and hands me a business card, I start to think differently.

"Is this your little sister?" He asks, with a deep voice.

"Um, yes?" I reply cautiously.

"You don't seem too sure of yourself. Let's try this again. Is this little girl your sister?"

This time it works a little better. "Yes. This is Chloe, and I'm Cassidy."

The man looks over his shades and nods thoughtfully. "Alright. I'm Ivan and I'm a photographer for children. I've watched your Chloe and I think she is quite suitable to be the next big thing."

He looks at me for a response, but when I don't say anything, he continues.

"This, of course, would give you a little spending money. So everything would work in your favor. So what do you say? Your sister can be a star!"

"A star!!!" Chloe repeats cheerfully. I'm pretty sure she's oblivious of where this is going.

I look at him and tell him, "I'll have to think about it... Ill call this number when I make a decision."

He nods again. "Yes, ma'am." And he turns to leave. It looks like I've got some serious thinking to be done.

Modeling has always been something I've been against. I just don't get fashion like other girls do, especially my mom, who has been a model herself, and Megan, who practically lives for fashion. I however, live for hockey. I want Chloe to be a jock, like me, unlike my older sister Courtney.

Thats why I have no idea if I should let Chloe into this. I know for a fact that mom would love this opportunity for her daughter, so talking to her for advice is out of the question. Courtney would also be like that, she is a carbon copy of mom.

Talking to Stanley might help, or maybe not, since he would think the opposite of mom and courtney.

Then theres the money. I do need some spare cash. Would I really sacrifice keeping my sister a jock, or her chances of being one?

I dont know what I should do.
