hi, yes, it's me again, i know, this was fast!

anyways, credit to my bestie Bea for the idea, and for her input.

Premise

The  a fleet of three pirate ships that rule the seas together. Its head ship, L'Shipburg, has been taken over by an evil, ill-intentioned man named Dream. He has blackmailed, tricked, gaslit, abused, and manipulated the fleet into staying with him and now rules with an iron grip.

Below are listed the ship positions.

Captain
Each ship has one. Watches over everything and has control over every part of the ship. The captain of the main ship controls the fleet.

Quartermaster
Handles punishments and discipline. Is also generally in charge of training and battles. Tends to fulfill more of the battlemaster role on ships like Boatem and the Icicle where crew relations are strong.

Sailing Master
In charge of everything to do with how the ship functions on the sea.

Medic
Literally exactly what it sounds like.

Carpenter
Does repairs to the ship, usually someone who knows ships well, isn't always a "typical sailor."

First Mate
The mates on a ship are the ones who run around in the rigging, handling sail lines and ropes on the ship. They are typically very agile and fit. The first mate has the special secondary tasks of being the lookout and also in charge of the other two mates. They report directly to the sailing master.

Second & Third Mates 
Handles sails along with the first mate.

Others are typical pirates/sailors.
