NO ONE'S POV:

(Kate returns to her mom's place & tells that Clint & Y/N are done with her. Also, that she's not a superhero. She tells her mom that they found some incriminating stuff about Jack & tells her to look into it. We see Kazi clean Maya's wounds. Cut to Kate walking into her burnt apartment where she notices the back window is gone.)

Yelena: Kate Bishop.

(Kate throws a bottle of hot sauce at Yelena.)

Yelena: I made macaroni if you want some.

Kate: I'm sorry. What?

Yelena: Well, I was starving and you took forever. So I wanted to make food. Plus, possibly throw off my scent.

Kate: From (Y/N)?

Yelena: Yes, Kate Bishop! You're so smart.

(She walks toward a table.)

Kate: What do you want?

Yelena: Relax, Kate Bishop. I just want to talk, okay?

(She places the macaroni on the table.)

Yelena: Are you really not hungry? That fight was so long. It's really tasty. Really tasty.

(She walks towards a kitchen counter.)

Kate: I know what boxed mac and cheese tastes like. I know it's...It's delicious.

Yelena: [groans] Forks. Forks. No.

(She holds up a fork.)

Yelena: You have one fork?

Kate: I'm one person.

Yelena: That's so weird. Kate, this is not cutlery. This is not cutlery.

Kate: I am not gonna sit and have dinner with you...

Kate: ...after you tried to kill me and then broke into my house.

Yelena: I did not try to kill you. A, I put you on a wire to remove an obstacle. And B, I did not break anything. I am way too talented than that. And C, stop being so defensive. Okay? You're so hostile. I'm not going to hurt you. I promise. I don't have any weapons on me. Okay, I take that back. I don't have any weapons currently in my hands.

Yelena: Okay. That's a lie also. I don't have any weapons inside my hands. See? Something truthful.

(She sits down.)

Yelena: Come on, take a fork. Eat. Eat. Please, my daddy says it's good for you. [sighs] You're probably thinking, "What? This is crazy. I'm going to have dinner with the enemy? And she made some really good smelling macaroni." But in all honesty, if I wanted to kill you--

Kate: You would have already.

Yelena: Right as you open the door.

Kate: Yeah, I probably wouldn't have time to shut it.

Yelena: No. [chuckles] No.

Kate: I'd have been dead. Okay.

(Cut to Clint & Y/N walking down a sidewalk, on their way to Grills' apartment where Y/N stops walking.)

(Y/N): Clint?

Clint: What?

(Y/N): That Widow we were fighting.

Clint: What about her?

(Y/N): [sighs] That was my sister-in-law.

Clint: Yelena?

(Y/N): That's the one.

Clint: Can you track her?

(Y/N): [sniffs] No. I've lost her scent. I'll call her her. I doubt she'll answer. Then I'll fill Natasha in on this. Maybe she can talk some sense into her.

Clint: Yeah. Okay.

(Y/N leaves Clint to go back to his hotel & call Yelena. Cut to Kate & Yelena eating macaroni.)

Yelena: Are you done?

Kate: Yeah.

Yelena: I go?

Kate: Sure, can.

Yelena: I could put hot sauce on it?

Kate: Hmm.

(She takes the bowl & pours hot sauce into it.)

Yelena: Ah, I love hot sauce. Yes.

Kate: So what do you want?

Yelena: Well, it's my first time in New York. Mmm-hmm. It's a business trip, so time is limited. But I do want to see some things. I want to see, uh, the Empire State Building, the new and improved Statue of Liberty, the Rockefeller Center.

Kate: [chuckles] Very funny.

Yelena: What, it's not good?

Kate: Oh. No, they're-they're great. Yeah, you...I mean, you've gotta see the tree.

Yelena: [gasps] Mmm. Exactly. See? I love American Christmases. The tree, the presents, the super-powered reindeer, Rudolph.

Kate: Mmm-hmm. Rudolph. Heh.

Yelena: He is so weird. [chuckles] Have you ever eaten reindeer?

Kate: Cannot say I've had the pleasure. No.

Yelena: It's...[laughs] No, it is not pleasure. [chuckles] No, it's, um, it's really tough. It's chewy. Mm, you have to braise it for a really long time. But, hey, Kate Bishop, you grew up here, right? You must have some recommendations for me.

Kate: Yeah...Um...[chuckles] Yeah, I-I have. Let's see. The High Line. High Line is great. Um...There's a Christmas market in Union Square. Um...I'm not quite sure those are the right fit for the blood-thristy vigilante type.

Yelena: [laughs] Blood-thristy vigilante. [chuckles] Sometimes you're funny, Kate Bishop.

Kate: Do you keep saying my whole name to point out that you know it?

Yelena: Yes. I know a lot about you.

(She mentions Kate's mother & where she lives, her deceased father, how she rushed into traffic to save a dog, which scored some points with her, & her GPA before Kate stops her.)

Kate: Thank you. Are you in New York to talk to Clint? Is that why you're here?

Yelena: No. No, no, no. I'm here to kill him.

Kate: (Y/N) may have something to say about that.

Yelena: I will say I was not expecting the dog to be with him. Must've hopped the fence. I have a question for you. What is it? Why do you risk your life for him, Clint Barton? I know why (Y/N)'s doing it. How has everybody forgiven him for his past?

Kate: He saved the world.

Yelena: No. My brother-in-law saved the world. (Y/N) Maximoff, he saved the world.

(Kate's not surprised.)

Yelena: Stop pretending like you're not surprised. It does not look cool.

Kate: You're (Y/N)'s sister-in-law? You're really Natasha's sister?

Yelena: Yes.

Kate: Wow. I did not see that coming. Thank God, I didn't kill you up there.

Yelena: [laughs boisterously] You kill me? Again, oh, Kate Bishop, you are so funny. That's hilarious. That one is the funniest.

Kate: Natasha and Clint are friends. Why are you after him?

Yelena: You are so fond of him. It tells me you don't really know who he is.

Kate: He came out here to protect me.

Yelena: No. He came here to protect his reputation. And, come to find out, he's brought (Y/N) into this when he should be busy being a good husband to my sister and a good father to my niece and nephew.

(She gets a phone call.)

Yelena: Oh. Speak of the devil.

(She shows Kate her phone.)

Yelena: I'll call him back.

(She turns off her phone.)

Yelena: Do you know how many people he killed? The trail of blood that follows him, it could wrap around the entire world.

Kate: Okay. Wow. That was very Russian.

Yelena: Hmm.

Kate: He's still an Avenger.

Yelena: What does that word even mean? Huh? That it holds so much power. You call him a hero no matter what he does?

Kate: It means that when you choose to spend your life trying to help people, there are going to be things that you lose. When you face the kind of threats that he has, there's going to be collateral damage.

Yelena: My sister could've died because of him. Thankfully, (Y/N) was there. But if he wasn't? The man my sister loves would be gone. Or, even worse, (Y/N) didn't jump after her? Would they be collateral damage? How long have you known Clint Barton?

Kate: About a week.

Yelena: It will not be difficult for me to complete this assignment. Even with (Y/N) here.

Kate: Wait a minute, somebody hired you to kill him? All I'll say is that if there is someone out there that is telling you that Clint is a bad guy, then maybe you should ask yourself what kind of person hired you. He is not perfect. Nobody's perfect. But he is good.

Yelena: However he convinced you about who he is or how many people think or call him a hero, truth is it doesn't matter. We are defined by what we do. Not by nice words. Like it or not, there is no escaping this. So...Where is he?

Kate: I don't know.

Yelena: Okay. [sniffles] Thank you for the girls' night, truly.

(She gets up & walks towards the hole where the window used to be.)

Yelena: Oh. And, Kate Bishop, do not get in my way again.

(She hopes down the window hole. We see Clint crash at Grills' apartment & Jack being arrested. Cut to Y/N making his way to Clint whilst talking to Natasha on the phone.)

(Y/N): Yeah, Yelena's trying to kill Clint.

Natasha: [groans] Some holiday season, huh?

(Y/N): Don't you worry. I'll stop her.

Natasha: I should call her.

(Y/N): She probably won't answer. I mean, she didn't answer for me. Besides, I'm already here and Clint's family may need you along with Laura and Daken.

Natasha: Let's hope the only thing they'll need us for is all Christmas related.

(Y/N): Yeah. Okay, I'll call you later.

Natasha: Killer?

(Y/N): Natasha?

Natasha: Don't try to kill each other, okay?

(Y/N): I'd heal but her on the other hand...

Natasha: You know what I mean.

(Y/N): I do.

Natasha: Now, call me later.

(She hangs up on him as he walks into Clint.)

Clint: Oh, (Y/N). Any luck with Yelena?

(Y/N): Well-

Clint: Tell me on the way. You wearing your suit under?

(Y/N): Always.

Clint: Fantastic. Follow me.

(He walks past Y/N. Y/N's about to follow him but catches a glimpse of the Battle of New York Memorial.)

(Y/N): Oh, man. I've got to remember to come back and check that for myself.

(We see Kate filling Clint & Y/N's voicemail boxes saying it's not over for her & talking about the other woman on the roof with them. Clint shoots an arrow through a Trust-A-Bro's van's windshield in front of Thomas & Ivan. The arrow contains a message telling Maya to meet him where she first met Ronin. Alone. Cut to Clint taking out the Ronin suit from a locker after talking to his wife.)

(Y/N): So, what do you think?

Clint: About what?

(He looks Y/N to see he's wearing the yellow & black suit he's been talking about.)

Clint: Yeah, yellow's definitely your color.

(Y/N): Heh. Lead the way.

Fat Man Auto Sales

(We see Maya waiting for Clint but she's not the only person waiting for him. The camera pans over to some Tracksuits among the cars & Kazi perched with a sniper rifle. As he scans for Clint, three claws slowly appear next to his face.)

Wolverine: I'm pretty sure the note said for her to come alone, bub.

Kazi: Wolverine, let's talk.

(Y/N elbows Kazi in the face.)

Kazi: [grunts]

(Knocking him out. Cut to Clint & Y/N taking out surrounding Tracksuits. Eventually Maya notices she's alone. She sees glimpses of Clint running among the cars so she pulls out her pistol & shoots at the glimpses. Eventually she ends up shooting Y/N in the forehead because he was sitting on the hood of one of the cars.)

Wolverine: *healing factor pushes out the bullet* [groans] A mask would've prevented that. Anyway, hello again.

Maya: ...

Wolverine: At a loss for words? Sorry, dad joke. I'm the "last resort." Here's the guy you're waiting for.

(Clint, dressed as Ronin, comes out of the shadows with his sword drawn. The two charge at each other & fight. Eventually it ends with Clint standing over Maya where he reveals that he's Ronin. Tells her that if her or anyone comes after his family it will be the last thing they do, that they're both weapons, & that the night he killed her father, he was tipped off by an informant that works for her boss. She doesn't believe him & ends up knocking him...)

Wolverine: Hey!

(She grabs his sword & is about to drive it into him but an arrow comes in & knocks the sword out of her hands. It's revealed that Kate shat the arrow giving Clint the chance to escape. Maya leaves as well. Cut to Clint, Y/N & Kate in an alley.)

Kate: I bet you're wondering how I found you two.

Clint: You tracked my phone again, didn't you?

Kate: Yeah.

(Y/N): Clever girl.

Clint: So this rescue mission, you got an escape plan?

(They walk up to an Uber.)

Uber Driver: Hey, are you Tabitha?

Kate: Yes.

Uber Driver: All right. Hop in.

(Y/N): Better than walking.

(Maya asks Kazi why he wasn't there the night her father was killed. Cut to Clint, Y/N & Kaye inside the Uber.)

Kate: Well, there's uh...one more thing we should worry about.

(Y/N): It just keeps piling on.

Clint: Yeah? What's that?

Kate: Um...Do you remember the girl from last night, the one in the mask? Um, I spoke to her.

(Y/N): You spoke to Yelena?

Kate: (Y/N) already told you?

Clint: Yes.

Kate: Should've assumed he'd do that.

(We see Yelena tailing Eleanor. Cut to the three of them enjoying breakfast with Grills in his apartment until Kate gets a text from Yelena. She tells Kate that her mom hired her to kill Clint.)

Kate: Look at this. Who's that with my mom?

Clint: Well, that's the guy I've been worried about this whole time.

Clint: Kingpin.

(Y/N): Who?
