With the situation handled jen and dan had to deal with the authorities, dan was apprehended briefly but thanks to dans family paying the bail and no one getting hurt he was back out in no time.

Soon Dans case rolled around and she nabbed her first win under GLK&H., an $85 million dollar settlement, enough for treatment , therapy and thankfully family counseling, it really helped that the jury could sympathize with his situation and could see the good in him like she could, and his clean record certainly didn't hurt.

she was once more in the news for diffusing the situation, there was even talks of her being the next big hero,  social media was showing nothing but support.

#SensationalShehulk was trending for  a few days, the comments she was getting were quite flattering but jen was just grateful she was  able to make a difference in and out of the courtroom.

It had certainly been an eventful couple of weeks but it was all worth it, and through it all, she found herself talking to y/n more ne more, they had gotten passed the getting to know each other stage and were now very comfortable speaking to each other, she'd even go as far as to say she could sense interest on his end.

I watched a new broadcast earlier, it had to do with a super human situation.

Jen braced herself and let him continue typing , this could have been anyone.

There was a woman who deescalated a situation, I didn't think to much of it, superhuman activity has been happening lately..but then the name jennifer walters was brought up along side a hero name, she-hulk.

"...crud." Jen said, she was hoping she could keep her anonymity a little longer.

"was that you?"

Jen began to think then started typing, choosing her words careful lying

"No , im sorry if im coming off intrusive, this is simply curiosity getting the better of me.

Jen was surprised he pulled back , she was expecting him to nudge her until she gave in but she didn't,  he may not know how much she appreciated that, she then thought back to some talks she's had with nikki and trish , who were wondering if he was ever gonna ask her on a date? Jen dropped her phone on her lap, she did it! She had a date! And she didn't even have to show her face first! She was filled with excitement bouncing in her seat.

" I have a date everyone!!!, ahhh!!!!!" Jen exclaimed to the camera excitedly, excited for what was to come.

(At Y/Ns Apartment)

Y/n looked at his phone "well..it appears I have a date..heh, mother would be pleased after so long."  Y/n thought with a smile  as he layed against his bed, but then he thought again.  " I'm going on a date....."

(Phone number Dialed, Riiiiiiiing...)

"Morning y/n, did the oven catch on fire again?" Tomas questioned jokingly over the phone

"No something else..." y/n trailed off " I have a dat-"

"KNOCK ! KNOCK! KNOCK!"

Y/n raises his eyebrow at the sudden knocking and saw Tomas had hang up, he stood up from his couch and opened the there, and there stood Tomas, with a large smile on his face on his face. " I've been waiting for this." Tomas said excitedly.

Tomas paced around in excitement. " this is really happening, my brother is really going on a date!."

Y/n shook his head with a smirk, watching his brother fail to contain his excitement as he refilled his cup of coffee. "  this is really nothing to get excited over,  we have been speaking for some time, it is only natural to meet each other in person."

"Oh cmon this is huge! We aren't talking about some fling or something for a mission, this is  a date grown from genuine interest." Tomas spoke with a bright smile leaning over the counter.

Y/n chuckles holding his cup. " can you help me or not?"

" that I can! talk to me bro, how can Tomas help?" Tomas asked ready to help any way he could.

Y/n looked at his coffee. " I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do on a date... father and mother  have never actually given advice on said subject."

Tomas raised an eyebrow. " but you have slept with women before, surely this wouldn't be too out there for you?"

Y/n chuckled. " making love and courting someone are too different things,  and I have never taken part in the latter until now."

Tomas smiles slyly: " so you do want this to grow into a relationship."

" I don't expect it too but...well, let us see what happens." Y/n said with a light smile, he would allow the chips to fall where they may and see what happens.

"That's what I'm talking about!" Tomas spoke clapping his hands. " now , first things first there's no science to this, just come as you are, like you would with anyone else."

Y/n nodded, that was natural.

" if there's anything you like, compliment her honestly, don't ever force it." Tomas advised.

"You are speaking as though you have been on several dates before nikki." Y/n spoke, surprised Tomas was firing advice so fast.

Tomas looked sheepish. " I may have tried dating years ago at the temple, and searched up YouTube videos..." Tomas said before waving it off. " but believe me, I wouldn't be telling you any of this if it wasn't sound."

Y/n nodded, Tomas has always had a good head on his shoulders so he knows he can trust his word on this.

" now you spoke about her having a sense of humor right?" Tomas asked curiously.

Y/n nodded with a smile. " yes , she's made silly jokes at my lack of knowledge in pop culture but they've always felt lighthearted and never a jab at my expense, she has a carefree spirit from what I can tell."

" that's great! a lively person to bring up that energy of yours." Tomas said brightly.

"What's wrong with my energy?" Y/n asked raising an eyebrow.

" oh nothing it's fine...if your doing yoga." Tomas jabs.

"Hey" y/n says not appreciating the jab.

"I'm sorry but you seriously need to liven up sometimes!." Tomas said defending himself. " sometimes I feel like I'm the rabbit and you're the turtle ."

"The turtle always won the race." Y/n defended finishing his coffee.

"But if the turtle has access to turbo he should take it." Tomas fired back.

"Alright, we are getting sidetracked , advice oh great date master." Y/n joked motioning Tomas over to the living room.

"Haha." Tomas sounded, amused as he took a seat. " alright, a gift, flowers, a nice gesture for a first date, I would say roses but I would hold off on that unless you already know her favorite flower."

"Understandable, what about clothing?" Y/n asked curiously, he wasn't exactly fashion forward but he wondered what might be best to wear at this restaurant.

Tomas smirked. " oh don't worry I got something planned for that."

Y/n raised his eyebrow at that, did he know this would happen in advance, he decided to wait and see.

GLK&H.

Jen was currently in Mr.Holloways office, having been called for an important matter.

"Ms.Walters first and foremost i would like to congratulate you on your first case, i never doubted you but its good to have further confirmation that the division is in good hands." Holden said with a smile smirk.

Jen smiled brightly.  " thank you sir,  im just glad  i was able to able to help dan out." She responded gratefully.

"Indeed." Holden spoke with nod. "Though  im sorry to say your next case may not be any easier."

Jen waved it off a bit. "if its a matter of difficulty  i assure you it wont be a problem." She said confidently.

Holden clasped his hands together and looked ant jen. " your next case is the parole of Emil Blonsky."

Jen froze,  no way, there was no way he said those words, she never thought she would ever have to hear those words here, emil blonksky , the man who tried to murder bruce back in Harlem New York years ago

The Abomination.

"he's known as the abomination..." Holden spoke as he grabbed a thick folder filled with paperwork. "He's currently serving out his sentence in a maximum security prison.."

"Im very familiar with with mr.blonsky sir." Jen spoke, the playfulness in her tone gone.

Holden nodded. " so you know there's alot of controversy surrounding his possible release, this is extremely high profile, the publicity alone is worth  GLK&H taking this on pro bono..." holden said as he was looking through the paperwork.

Jen shook her head she couldn't entertain the idea of this. "Sir im sorry but i can't represent the man who tried to murder my cousin."

Holden paused for a moment and looked at jen. "  yes i am aware but im afraid i can't just pass it over to someone else." Holden said as he pulled out a paper and placed it front of jen. " Mr.Blonsky is aware of your familial connection and has signed a conflict waiver, he would like to retain you specifically as his attorney."

"You have got to be kidding me." Jen thought in disbelief, " sir i would prefer to take any other case but this one."  Jen spoke almost pleading with the man.

Holden sighed. "Ms.Walters this can't go to anybody else, if you aren't willing to ..then the firm will have to reconsider your position." Holden spoke firmly

Jen sat back in her chair, uncertainty all over her face, helping out  the man who contributed to Bruce's personal hell or lose her job again, not a choice she needed today.

"At the very least you should meat with the client before you decide." Holden suggested.

Jen just held in a sigh and took the waiver.

D.O.D.C

Jen decided to heed her bosses suggestion and hitched a ride straight to D.O.D.C., department of damage control, the facility that held Emil.

She was walking up to the front gate when the Gaurd stopper her.

"Whoa, Whoa! Sorry ma'am no super powers inside." The Gaurd said not allowing her in until she powered down.

Jen sighed. "Great.." she muttered as she slowly turned to normal size, her tight suit now fitting her comfortably.

She was soon being led through the prison as she was being instructed.

"When you enter the visitors safe area do not move past the yellow line." The Guard told her firmly. " do not touch the glass separating  you and the prisoner, although we have taken every precaution, we cannot guarantee your safety."

"Would have been guaranteed if you let me stay green." Jen thought to herself as she walked.

"Do you accept these conditions?" The Guard asked.

"Yes" jen responded as they came to a stop.

The guard was handed a tablet with a pen. "Sign here" the guard said as he handed it to her. "In the event of injury  or death please indicate who we should notify."

"That bad huh?" Jen joked as she finishing signing but the guard were all business.

"Never let your guard down." The guard spoke as they finally stopped at  the final  door. " you may proceed."

Jen watched as  the door slowly opened, walking through, with a couple of guards heading inside as well prepared for anything.

Jen saw the highly secure cell, and there he was, shorter than she thought he was, but there was no mistaking it, that was him, the abomination, emil blonsky.

Emil finally turned around, looking her, before taking a breath. "Jennifer walters." The brit spoke.

Despite the separation between the two, jen really wishes she could hulk-up right now...
