I kinda have to like you | IronWidow siblings |

Sibling AU ( No romance)

Warning: sexual assault

Concept: Tony's never really been a great brother to his sister, but when she needs him, he'll be there.

If someone would have told Natasha that she would be adopted by one of the richest families in the world, she would have laughed right in your face. Nine-year-old, Natasha would have never imagined, that she would be living in the Stark mansion, but here she was. She was now fifteen, and has been living with the Starks for about five years.

Her bed room was bigger then most of the group homes she lived in growing up. America was much different then Russia, but she liked it. It would take time getting used to it, but that was okay. She was happy for a new beginning.

Natasha was adoptive by Maria and Howard Stark. They were nice to her, also asking her how she was, if she needed anything, and were all around great parents. She loved them. The problem was her new brother.

Tony Stark. He was a rebel, he did things his own way. He fought with his father a great number of times, and would leave home early and come home super late. He was arrogant because of his brains. He also had a particular dislike for Natasha.

She couldn't even recall if Tony and her have had an actual conversation. He kept his distance from her and pretended like she didn't exist. Which normally Natasha wouldn't have minded, but she liked living there, she didn't want to be sent back again, and she knew from experience that if the biological child didn't like you, you wouldn't be staying very long. So she would make it her personal mission to win over her new brother.

Today happened to be one of those days where Tony was not going anywhere, at least not until he picked a fight with his father. Natasha walked up to his room, which was on the opposite side of the house and knocked on the door.

"What do you want?" Tony asked impatiently once he opened the door. His room was a complete mess, music was blasting, and Tv was playing some old film, the 17 year old really wasn't the best at being organized.

"I wanted to see if you were busy."

"Why?"

"So we can hang out. We never really hang out."

"Listen red, I don't really have any interest in hanging out with you." He patted her head. "So why don't you run along and go see if my parents will do something with you."

"I can't, they are getting ready to leave, off to the airport." She said. "Remember they have a meeting at the pentagon before going to the Bahamas."

"Well then that sucks for you now doesn't it?" Tony didn't have any interest, as per usual, of hanging out with her. "Go find Jarvis, you know he and Ana just love you,"

"I don't want to hang out with them, all they ever want to do is have tea and talk."

"And what exactly is it that you want to do with me?" He questioned.

"I don't know, maybe we can-"

"Sounds boring," He commented not letting her finished. "Okay so good chat, now I have things to get back to, parties to plan. Did you know Christmas season is the best party time?" with that he shut the door in her face. Natasha sighed.

Natasha decided to leave him alone, maybe he's give them a chance to bond later. Until then she went to find her mother. Her mother, as per usual, was in the living room playing her piano, which she had taught Natasha how to play.

"Hello dear, how are you?"

"I'm okay, are you guys about to leave?" She asked.

"Yeah, are you sure you don't want to join us?"

"Mom I've told you, you and dad deserve some time alone. To relax." Maria smiled at him before nodding her head.

"Ahh there are my girls," Howard's booming voice rung throughout the room. Natasha looked over and smiled. "Hello Tash,"

"Good morning,"

"I am guessing he said no again?" Howard asked as he buttoned up her coat.

"Yeah, he wants nothing to do with me,"

"Nonsense, how can anyone not want to hang out with you. You are my daughter after all," He gave her a signature smirk.

"Don't worry dear, he will come around, I am sure of it." Maria said. "Jarvis, can you retrieve my son, it's time we said goodbye." Jarvis nodded and went to go get Tony. Howard mumbled something about Tony under his breathe.

"Hey kid," He told Natasha. "Keep him out of trouble. I don't want the house blown up."

"No problem, I promise your house will look exactly the same when you return."

"See I knew there was a reason we adopted you," He joked causing Maria to shake her head, the group let out a laugh. A moment later, Tony came walking in the room, looking as annoyed as ever.

"Oh I am sorry, am I interrupting a family moment? Please don't stop on my account"

"Tony be nice." Maria told him. "We are leaving."

"Do I get a time stamp? When will you be home."

"do me a favor don't burn the house down by Monday."

"Monday? Great, I will plan my toga party accordingly." He said. "Where are you going?" Natasha rolled her eyes because she had told him where they were going, but apparently he wasn't listening.

"You father is flying us to the Bahamas for a little get away."

"We might have to make a quick stop-" Howard was interrupted by his son.

"At the pentagon. Right?" So he was listening. "Don't worry your gonna love the holiday menu at the commissary."

"You know they say sarcasm is a metric for potential. If that's true, you;ll be a great man someday. I'll get the bags." Tony walked over and stood against the wall annoyed as his father left.

"He does miss you when you aren't here."

"Well he has an odd way of showing it." Tony said. His mother stood from the piano and smiled at Natasha before walking to her son.

"Good bye tony, I love you very much. Natasha, I love you too," Maria hug her two kids before walking away. The teens watched as their parents loaded the car and waved goodbye before taking off.

"Are you gonna have a party? Please tell me now so I can lock my room."

"No, I am going back to bed. Believe it or not, I don't party every single hour of the day," He replied. "Stay away from my room."

"How are we supposed to get to know each other if you won't give me the time of day?"

"That's the thing red, maybe we shouldn't get to know one another."

"Tony-"

"Goodnight," He said ignoring her. Natasha sighed. what was it going to take for Tony to actually bond with her?

|~|

Of all things that could have happened, this happened. She once had everything, a home, love, a family. But now she lost the two most important people in her life. Gone. A car crash had taken the lives of the two people who gave her a chance. Everything was falling apart.

Upon the news of their parent's untimely death, Tony looked to drinking to find peace, he took an even bigger step away from her. Although he did opt to going back to school with her, although no one really knew why. He just told Jarvis to sign him back up at Natasha's school.

It's been two months since their death, and the Stark kids were finally getting back into the world. Still having to carry the pain and weight of their deaths on their shoulders. As their legal guardians, Ana and Jarvis couldn't let them sit around mopping, they needed a sense of normality in their lives again. But this was anything but normal for Natasha.

From the moment she stepped into the hallways she heard the whispers, felt the eyes on her. She couldn't even make eye contact with the people she had once been so comfortable with. It was all too odd.

So instead she elected to go to her locker then head straight for class. She really didn't need to hear pityfilled apologizes or bare the sad looks. She wanted to be alone. Her locker was in a corner of the school, which lucky for her happened to be empty. That was until one of the snoby rich kids decided they'd show Natasha their 'condolences.'

"It's a shame to hear about the Starks."

"My parents." She corrected. The boy talking to her gave her a sarcastic smile.

"Your parents? Right good one." Natasha choose not to respond  instead began looking for her books. "It's just that I mean they aren't your parents. They are Tony's parents. Not yours."

"Why does it matter to you?"

"It doesn't. But clearly it matters to you. You're getting all upset." He claimed, but kept on talking. "I was just pointing out that you aren't their daughter. They had a family, you can't just come into a family and pretend like they care about you."

"They do care about me." Natasha couldn't help sounding bitter and annoyed.

"Did." Natasha bite her lip, trying hard not to punch them, that was the last thing Jarvis and Ana needed from her. "But it's okay, maybe you just need someone to show you what it means to care about you. Show you a good time."

"I'd rather stab my eyes with a fork."

"Oh don't be like that," He took a step closer. "I can show you a damn good time love."

"I highly doubt that."

"If you keep acting like a bitch, no one is gonna wants fuck you."

"Lucky me." The boy at this point was annoyed and pinned Natasha to her locker. He moved his hand up to where her pants started and threatened to move in them. She couldn't move, she wanted to scream, but flashbacks flooded her mind, memories she didn't even know she had of life before the Starks. Her breathing was increasing, he smirked at that. "You like it don't you? You like someone putting you in your place. How about I show you something that will surely make you shut up."

"How about I show you something?" The voice sounded familular to Natasha but she couldn't place a face. The boy was pulled off of her, causing her to fall trying to calm her breath and forget the memories being rammed in her head.

Natasha looked up and saw Tony standing above the boy, punching his face. She was shocked, Tony had never even looked at her at breakfast, let alone stood up for her at school.
"You are gonna run along now before I make your life a livin'g nightmare. If you mess with her ever again I will kill you."

"Why do you care so much? It's not like that bitch means anything to you." With that Tony punched him in the face again, he was practically shaking in his boots.

"Make no mistake, I will tear you apart if you even utter her name you hear me? She's my sister and if you mess with her you're messing with me. Now leave before you fucking regret it." The boy took a minute before standing up and walking off. He wasn't going to say a thing, he wasn't about to admit that he was beaten up.

Tony watched him walking away before turning to Natasha. She was still on the ground trying to shove the memories out of her head. Her childhood wasn't something she talked about much but Tony knew from his parents that it hadn't been the best. He slowly picked up the books she had dropped and handed them to her. She shakenly took them.

"Are you okay?"

"I'm fine." She said. "You didn't have to do that."

"I did."

"You don't even like me."

"I never said that." he said, sitting down beside her.

"You didn't have to, I can tell."

"I don't think it's possible to hate you." He admitted. "I was annoyed with you. Yes. You came in and my parents treated you so great, my father adored." Natasha noted how he said his parents. "but since... since they died, I came to realize that maybe I was being selfish. You didn't deaserve how I treated you. I was just jealous. I thought they loved you more then they did me, but Ana helped me understand that I wasn't the easiest to be around, I never made it easy. It wasn't their fault I made it hard to connect with them. That's probably why they liked you so much, you practically opened up completely, took their advice, never fought."

"I think I had my fair share of arguments with them. I just... it was the best thing I've had my entire life, I didn't want to give them a reason to send me back."

"They wouldn't have sent you back. Our parent's loved you." Our. Her heart warmed up just a tad. "I liked you, even if it didn't seem like it."

"You did?"

"Well I mean I kinda have to like you. You're my sister." He smiled. "I am sorry I haven't been the best brother, I probably made it a lot harder coming here."

"It's okay."

"Natasha, I wanna change. I wanna be the person our parents wanted me to be. I don't want you to think now that they are gone that I am gonna abandon you first chacne I get. You're my sister and we have to stick to together. We are all each other have left."

"You'll always have me Tony, even when you don't want me to be there, I will always be there." Natasha gave him a smirk. "Thank you by the way."

"Hey don't mention it, I needed to punch something, it feels good using an actual dummy." The two laughed. Natasha and Tony had a long way to go, figuring out their new smaller family, but they knew for sure that they weren't gonna have to do it alone. They were Starks after all, and Starks were stubborn. Anyone who messes with this family should watch out.

I wanna do a part two were Tony get's protective when Natasha meet's Steve. What do you think?
