It was in May's apartment. Peter was with Ned, MJ, and Harley, they were all talking about what they were going to do for summer break. "I'll probably go hangout with Shuri for a week or two." MJ stated. "I'm going to be interning Bruce Banner!" Ned fanboyed. "I've got nothing to do," Harley said, "I'll just hangout with Pete and patrol for a bit." "Actually, I do have something to do," Peter said. Ned and Harley paid attention. MJ just read her book. "Aunt May has a pen pal in a small town called Jasper Nevada, and she wants me to meet her and her son." Peter said. "Do you have to come with her?" Harley asked, not wanting to be alone for the summer. "Yes, she wants me to take a break from being Spiderman, since she said that I deserve a break and I do have hero friends that can take the job for a month or two." Peter explained. "Aw, I wanted to spend some time with you over the summer since we just got together." Harley sighed in disappointment. "I know babe but I don't know if May and her friend would be okay with another person tagging along." Peter said, "But I am worried who will protect New York while I'm in a completely different state?" Harley got an idea. "How about I'll protect New York while you're gone?" Harley volunteered. "Are you sure about this?" Peter asked. "Yeah, my Iron Lad suit is finished and I'm just getting the hang of it." Harley said. "Your aunt does have a point though," MJ said and put her book down, "You've been through a lot Peter, Infinity war, Endgame, and our trip to Europe that almost got your secret out by that one guy who hated Tony so much." "I do believe you need at least some rest before you come back to this chaos of a city." "True but what about my other hero friends, wouldn't they ask why I'm missing?" Peter asked. "We could just tell them why." Ned suggested. "True but Wade knowing where I am is a bad idea in itself." Peter said. "That idiot would probably ruin the vacation just by being in your presence." MJ scoffed. "You could tell Daredevil where I am if something goes wrong but don't tell Eddie and Wade." Peter requested. "Okay, then it's a deal." Harley said.

The Next DayIt was time for Peter and May to leave for Nevada. Harley was at the airport to say goodbye. "Bye Petey," Harley said. "Bye Harls and take good care while I'm gone, okay?" Peter said. The two kissed before Peter entered the airport. "Call me every night darlin!" Harley said and headed back into his car.
