Sooo I have a fanfic idea.

It's basically Cassie Rose's backstory and what would have happened if Jesse and her friends never entered the portal. I think it'd be a cool series to write.

Cassie's murder game would have continued and played out until the bitter end, where she succeeds in getting the enchanted flint and steel.

So, here's the plot I had in mind: Cassie Rose gets kicked out of the old builders, and is sent to a world where she cannot escape from. As time passes, she slowly grows insane, finally hearing of a magic flint and steel to fuel a portal to escape. Along the way however, she meets some great friends, which unfortunately, aren't her top priority and only tools for her to use. She eventually finds a portal, and builds her mansion on top of it. Suddenly, one day hanging out with her friends, she hears them bickering over the enchanted flint and steel. Enraged, she prepares a sick game of murder. In the end, she results in killing all of them, their voices still locked in her head and she holds the flint and steel in her hands.

Eh kind rough, but I'm a tad inspired.
