Aphmau's PoV

Life was.. Somewhat normal.. After that, we had tried to recover and brushed off the Zenix incident like it had never happened. Soon later, we went to the gates, and standing there were guards. From Scaleswind to Brightport, guards, magicks users, and.. Others, had come to Phoenix Drop's aid. From the tons that had come, I only got to meet five or six. (I made up my own, plus someone you might know...)

We held a meeting in Kiki's barn house. We discussed the plans, how the magicks users would play their part, and how the guards would be an extra precaution. Afterwards, I got to meet a few.

"Hey," Someone caught my attention. I looked up from my desk and saw a girl, maybe twenty or so.

"Um, hi. I guess you know my name is Aphmau, so.. What's yours?"

"Khaira. Khaira Melody." She had coffee brown hair, streaks of light blue running through it.

"And you are...?"

"A magicks user. In all honesty, I'd like to be a guard.."

"Oh, well then, you could be a guard here in- wait, where- er, which village are you from?"

"Pikoro," she replied simply. "I'm a friend of Lucinda's, she's a resident in this village, right?"

I nodded. "She's a good friend of mi-"

"Aph!" I heard Laurance's voice from somewhere. "Can you c'mere a sec?"

"Sorry, I'll be right back- it was nice meeting you!" I gave Khaira a smile and headed off to Laurance.

"What is it?" I asked.

"I'd like you to meet someone." Laurance gestured to a man roughly his age. He had white hair and green eyes that flirtatiously smirked.

"My name's Travis. What's yours, foxy--"

I held up my hand, flaunting my wedding ring. "Skip the flirting. Nice to meet you Travis, my name is Aphmau.

-Later-

I saw two girls mingling, one of them had a sheath, so I assumed she was a guard. The one I guessed to be a guard had dirty blond hair, while the other girl had bright blue and red hair. They caught me staring at them, so I decided to say hi.

"Good afternoon," I gave a polite smile.

"Hey, you're.. Aphmau, right?" The girl with blue and red hair grinned. "I'm Alice. Friends call me Ali, so I'm saying: call me Ali." She held out a hand and I gladly shook it, then went to shake the other girl's hand.

"I'm Elaine," the girl with dirty blond hair introduced herself. "I'm a magicks user and guard. Ali here is a magicks user, and we're from Scaleswind."

'Her hands feel calloused,' I thought. 'She must work pretty hard as both a guard and magicks user.'

"Um, where are you headed?" I asked.

"Anywhere and everywhere, we just wanna get to know this place better, since we're all staying in Phoenix Drop for a month."

I got an idea, "How about I take you guys to a maid cafe, it's one of the best places to eat."

They nodded their heads eagerly. I gestured for them to follow me, and we headed to the maid cafe.

"Hey, what can I get you guys?" A girl asked. She was dressed up like a doll.

"Uh, no offense, but since when does the maid cafe have.. Waitresses?" I giggled.

"Shh, I'm a doll!" She laughed. Her blond, red streaked hair was in a high ponytail, while she sported a classic maid outfit. "The name's Ally, Ally Jackson." She grinned.

"Psst! Aphmau!" I looked over to my left, and spotted the girl I met earlier. Khaira was her name, right?

"Khaira?" I suppressed a giggle.

"Hi!" She casually walked over and I automatically scooted over as she sat next to me in the booth. "Girls' night out!"

"Uh, Alice, Elaine, Ally, meet Khaira..?" I grinned as Khaira playfully waved to them.

"I told you to call me Ali!" Ali said.

"But my name's Ally!" Ally spoke up. Soon enough we were all in a giggling fit.

"So.. I'm just gonna assume your names because I've heard them in your conversation. I wanna have a few more friends, 'Kay?" She gestured to the girls as she said, "Khaira.. Aphmau.. Elaine.. And.. Other Ali!"

"Correct!" We said in unison.

"Alright, I'm gonna ask one more time- What can I get for you guys?"

-Meanwhile..-

Garroth's PoV

The guys and I were having a blast. This was a chance to have fun. Zoey and the kids went to play together, and Laurance, Dante, Will, Travis, and Kevin and I decided to hang out. (SHH, FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WATCH, STAMPY AND SQAISHEY'S SKY DEN, YOU'LL GET IT LATER!). We met Travis and Kevin during the meeting at Kiki's. We stayed at mine and Aphmau's house, and did manly things. (I'M A GIRL, IDK WHAT YOU MEN DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME!!) Kevin was the kitchen chef, making foods, and demolishing us in video games. He had dark brown, almost black eyes, his messy blond-dyed-green hair stuck up from all angles and he and Travis came from the same region. Travis was a fun guy, flirting here and there, with bright green eyes and bone white hair. He resembled Laurance in a way, and they got along fine. We all were friends, and we decided to go out to Kawaii~Chan's Cafe.

-Stalking the Ladies..-

"She's cute.."

"That's Aphmau!"

"So, she's a hottie,"

"She's my wife!"

"Who's that?"

"I like that girl,"

"Aren't you dating Lucinda?"

"Aren't you dating Azura?"

"So you're saying all except that black haired girl are single?"

"I guess so,"

"But that blondie is cute!"

"Laurance, you're in a relationship!"

"Don't tell me what to do, mother!"

"Yeah, but mother knows best!"

"Rapunzel begs to differ!"

"Shut up, they're looking over here!"

Aphmau's PoV

My Laurance sense is tingling. He and Garroth are bickering.. I looked over to a potted plant, where Dante was feebly hiding.

"Dante, you can come out!"

"THEY'RE HERE TOO!" Dante pointed to another booth, where Garroth, Laurance, Travis and someone else were hiding.

"Hi... Babe..?" Garroth tried for a smile.

"GARROTH SUGGESTED STALKING YOU!" Travis shouted.

"SAYS THE ONE WHO TRIED TO FLIRT WITH EVERY GIRL IN SIGHT!"

"SHUT UP PEOPLE ARE STARING AT.. Us.." Laurance coughed.

"We're gonna go.. Now.." The other guy slowly backed away.

"You better." I fake pouted. "RAWR!"
