At Jungkook's Mansion...

"What happened, Kook? You seem to be lost in thought after getting back from the meeting, is something bothering you?" Eunwoo asks as he sits beside Jungkook on the couch.

Jungkook is leaning his head on the backrest still lost in thought not hearing Eunwoo at all,

"KOOKIE?" Eunwoo purposely yells in Jungkook's ears as he isn't responding to him, finally gaining the attention with a loud yell from Jungkook.

"Arghhhhhhh!!! Idiot! Why did you scream in my ear?!"

"Cause you aren't replying to me"

Jungkook glares at Eunwoo, then headlocks him in a sec,

"Ow! Kookie, I am sorry...s-sorry *cough* I won't do it again, *cough* leave me" Eunwoo pleads.

Jungkook then pushes away Eunwoo who coughs & gives a light smack on Jungkook's hand, "I would have died, you idiot!"

"You won't!" Jungkook replies nonchalantly.

"Aish! Alright, leave this. Tell me about it" Eunwoo asks.

"About what?"

"About why you are lost in thinking from the time you got back from the meeting"

"Ah, that...today I ate Rice cakes"

"Rice cakes? You sure ate them but that's my flesh, you idiot! See, these red markings, it's your teeth, you cannibal! I should go get a tetanus shot, what would I do if I get infected by your venomous teeth, huh?"

"Just shut up, idiot! I am not talking about the dream from the morning"

"Then? Did you go out alone to eat rice cakes in a restaurant? Without taking me? Don't you know a celeb like you shouldn't go around alone to restaurant-like places? On top of that, you ate Rice cakes without me, how selfish!"

Jungkook facepalms, "Eunwoo! Stop your whinings, will ya? Hoseok hyung has brought some rice cakes from his Blueside restaurant"

"What? Do you mean the C.E.O of JH groups? I did hear that he came to the Starglitter but he met with you & even offered you his restaurants Rice cakes?"

"Not only that I am going to act in the drama his company gonna invest in, it's a multi-starer drama in which Yoongi hyung & Jin Hyung will also be acting along with me" Jungkook explains.

"WHAT? AND I GET TO KNOW ABOUT THIS WONDERFUL NEWS NOW?" Eunwoo screams.

"Sometimes I wonder who is a manager to whom?" Jungkook snorts.

"Of course, I am your manager but I..." Eunwoo looks down with a sad expression.

Jungkook notices it & pats on Eunwoo's back, "What is it?"

"Min-Ho sir...still doesn't acknowledge me as your manager, right?" Eunwoo asks looking down.

"It's not like that Eunu," Jungkook tries to comfort.

"I know he wants to appoint an experienced manager of his choice to you so that you'll get more work & can be exposed to high society, but you insisted on keeping me, he agreed at the end when you threatened him that you'll leave the company if he doesn't keep me as your manager, but he never acknowledged me as one, maybe he will never..."

"Eunu..." Jungkook tries to speak but is cut off,

"If it weren't for you, I might have ended up on roads after my parents abandoned me for coming out of the closet, thanks to you now I have a job & I am standing on my own feet"

"Eunu, there is nothing for you to be thankful for me, I have told you plenty of times that with your looks you could be an A-star actor like me, but you never listened to me & insisted on being my manager and I still don't understand why you did that,"

Eunwoo just smiles bitterly but instantly changes his expression before Jungkook could notice it,

"You know I hate acting!" Eunwoo says acting cute.

"Ugh, stop acting cute!" Jungkook comments cringing.

"Now, tell me about the rice cakes," Eunwoo asks successfully diverting the topic without Jungkook noticing.

"The rice cakes Hoseok hyung brought tastes same as ...."

"Same as??"

"Same as his rice cakes..."

"His? Whose?" Then Eunwoo gets who is Jungkook talking about, "You mean Jimin Sunbaenim?"

Jungkook nods & Eunwoo stands up in shock, "What?"

"Maybe you might have some misconception cause you-" before Eunwoo could say further Jungkook cuts him off.

"No! I can recognize the taste of his rice cakes just by the smell of it" Jungkook asserts firmly.

"So, how did Mr.Hoseok get the rice cakes of Jimin Sunbaenim?" Eunwoo queries.

"Hoseok hyung said that the rice cakes are made by the chef from his Blueside restaurant"

"You mean that Jimin Sunbaenim is now working as a chef in Blueside restaurant?"

Jungkook nods, "Then it's impossible, kook! Jimin sunbaenim is too rich to work in a restaurant as a chef, you know that" Eunwoo remarks.

"I know that he is a chaebol & doesn't need to work but you know him, he always used to say that his dream is to keep a pastry shop & sell his handmade pastries, so it's possible that he..." Jungkook voices out.

"But you also know his family, they never sent Jimin Sunbaenim out, they were so strict that they sent bodyguards so that Jimin Sunbaenim has to go home after the uni, he never had the chance to go out & even when you tried to take him out he always refused, remember?"

"Yeah, I do remember," Jungkook says as he recalls the past...

At Seoul University...

"Hyung? Why won't you come with me?" Jungkook whines catching up to Jimin who is walking fast avoiding talking with Jungkook as he is whining too much.

It's been a month since Jungkook & Jimin became close, so close that Jimin only spends his time with him, eats with him, goes to the library with him, even cooks some delicious pastries exclusively for him.

And Jungkook he is always been tailing the elder wherever he goes, now almost the whole University doubts that they both are dating,

All the pursuers of Jimin backed off seeing Jungkook if you ask them why...their answer would be...

"He is scary!"

"I would better pursue my career than Jimin, if not that Jungkook will kill me"

"He acts all cute in front of Jimin but he acts as a mafia leader with us, we can't handle him I better go study than go after Jimin"

Well, that's what they say cause Jungkook never wants anyone with ill intentions to approach the elder and Jimin is oblivious to all that, he only knows his cute Kookie.

Back to where Jungkook is asking Jimin to go out with him...

"Kookie, I can't!" Jimin says for the nth time.

"But Hyung, you said you'll do anything I ask for my birthday! All I want is you to come out with me on that day, why won't you?" Jungkook asks pouting.

Jimin sighs, "Cause, Kookie my parents won't let me go out, I can only come to the university after I begged them so much if they know that I went out...then..."

"Then what Hyung?" Jungkook asks confused.

"They won't even let me continue my studies, they will lock me up in my room" Jimin states with a gloomy expression & mumbles lastly which Jungkook couldn't hear, "And coming to uni is my only way of escape from that hell"

"What? Why?" Jungkook asks shocked.

"Please understand, Kookie! I can't come out with you, ask me something else, I will do anything but that" Jimin pleads, showing his puppy eyes.

And who is Jungkook to not melt by those puppy eyes? It's impossible to ignore them, one would go against the whole world for them, it's a pretty lethal attack.

"Alright, I won't ask you to come out with me! But you have to spend the whole day with me-" Jungkook is cut off by Jimin

"But I am daily spending my whole time with you-"

"Hyungieeee!!!" Jungkook whines.

"Alright!! Anything else?" Jimin asks ruffling Jungkook's hair.

"Ah, yes! I want to eat those rice cakes you made that day"

"But it's your birthday, I will bake a cake for you, and also I wanted to make seaweed soup for you but probably your mother will make it, right?"

"My mother?" Jungkook rolls his eyes "She won't Hyung, she never had time for me, all she thinks about is how to make money" Jungkook says with so much disdain.

"Then .. should I make it for you? How can you start your birthday without drinking the seaweed soup, it's a must for a Korean!?" Jimin asks.

"Will you make it for me?" Jungkook asks back with expectant eyes & Jimin nods to that.

Jungkook hugs Jimin tightly in happiness, "Thank you, Hyung! That'll be my first time drinking it on my birthday"

Jimin looks startled at first due to the sudden hug but he then just smiles & hugs back, patting Jungkook's back while placing his chin on Jungkook's shoulder making the hug tighter.

Jungkook couldn't be happier & he decides not to break the hug anytime soon.

"Then...I don't think it's Sunbaenim, Kook" Eunwoo supposes.

"Maybe, but I want to confirm it with my own eyes" Jungkook declares.

"What are you going to do then?"

"I just want to barge in Blueside restaurant right now & see for myself who the chef is but I can't do that"

"Of course, you can't! Even though you are an A-star actor who has billions of fans, Blueside restaurant is not something we can have access to that easily, even the president has to book a week before to eat in that place" Eunwoo states.

"I know! That's why I took the chance & asked Hoseok hyung about celebrating New year's Eve in the restaurant"

"Woah! And what did he say?"

"What do you think? Of course, he said okay, no can refuse if it's Min-Ho hyung is the one asking"

"That's great, if we can enter the restaurant on the day of new year's eve then we can easily get the chance to meet Jimin Sunbaenim...that is... if he is actually working there as you assume"

"If he is really working there...then this time he won't be able to escape from me," Jungkook says fisting his palm tightly.

"What are you gonna do, Kook?" Eunwoo asks anxiously.

"I am gonna take my revenge for the insult" Jungkook declares as his eyes darken making Eunwoo slightly tremble, seeing him.
