On The Day Of New Year's Eve,

In The Morning,

At Blueside Restaurant...

Jimin and Taehyung are busy preparing everything for the evening. Hoseok also sent some assistance for them as they couldn't do everything on their own.

The assistants helped them in doing minor things like cutting vegetables and fruits, kneading the dough, boiling noodles and frying the meat, etc.,

After racking their brains for weeks and also doing discussions with the manager and Hoseok, they decided to go with all Korean Traditional dishes,

For starters...

Tteokgguk(Rice cake soup),

Manduguk(Dumplings soup),

Kimchi Mandu,

Ge Matsal Jeon(Crab stick omelette),

Pyogo Beoseot Jeon(Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms),

For Main Dishes...

Hobak Jeon(Pan fried Zucchini),

Bibdaettok(Mung bean Pancake),

Sanjeok(Meat and vegetable skewers),

Bulgogi(BBQ beef),

Galbi Jjim(Braised short ribs),

Japchae(Glass noodles stir fry),

Samgyeopsal (Pork fry served with lettuce, perilla leaves, sliced onions, and raw garlic kimchi smudged in ssamjang),

Chimaek(Korean fried chicken served with beer), Samgyetang, Bibimbap, Kalguksu, Galbi, Nakji bokkeum,

And side dishes...

Samsaek Namul(Spinach salad), Doraji Namul(Bellflower root), Gosari Namul(Fernbrake),

Napa cabbage Kimchi, Dongchimi(Radish water kimchi), Nabak kimchi(Spicy water kimchi),

Been sprout salad, Sauteed radish, Creamy fruit salad,

Desserts such as...

Sangpyeon(Rice cakes),

Yaksik(Sweet rice with dried fruits), Bukkumi(Pan fried rice cake dumplings with sweet red beans), Dasik(Cookies),

Yakgwa(Honey pastry), Bungeoppang(Fish-shaped bread with sweet red beans), Makgeolli Ice cream,

Non-alcoholic drinks such as...

Sujeonggwa(Cinnamon punch), Sikhye(Sweet rice drink), Chrysanthemum tea, Daechu tea, Omija Tea, Green plum tea, etc.,

Alcoholic drinks such as,

Soju, Makgeolli, Cheongju, Baekseju, fruit wine etc.,

It's a big feast and Jimin took care of the desserts alone which are his specialty and also assisted Taehyung in cooking the main dishes.

They worked hard without taking any breaks to cook all the food and were finally done with it by the evening.

Jimin goes to the washroom to relieve himself and when he is washing his hands suddenly he feels his head heavy and he looks into the mirror.

His eyes widen, he starts sweating and looks scared and backs off from the mirror, and hits the wall.

Just then a hand pats his back and he looks startled.

"Why, what happened? Why are you looking like you have seen a ghost?" Taehyung asks.

"It's you Tae," Jimin releases a sigh of relief and hugs his friend.

Taehyung knits his brows but hugs him back and pats him, "What happened, Minnie?"

"Nothing, I am feeling a little sick can I go back to our room first? I don't think I can stay here until the party starts," Jimin says breaking the hug.

Taehyung looks concerned and wipes his friend's sweat, "Alright go back first. You are looking weak. I will wait until the boss arrives and come to take care of you, ok?"

"You don't need to, Tae. You wanted to participate in the party, right? Go enjoy, I will just take a rest in the room."

"I am not listening, I can't enjoy when you're suffering, Minnie. I will come to you soon so go carefully and sleep, okay?"

Jimin nods not wanting to refuse the second time when his friend is looking so determined.

They both walk out of the washroom and head to the kitchen to retrieve Jimin's bag and phone.

After taking them Taehyung is walking Jimin out of the restaurant when a car stops in front of the entrance and Hoseok gets out of it.

"Where are you both going?" Hoseok asks with a frown.

"Boss you are here, Jimin isn't feeling well. So he is going back, I wanted to wait until you arrive and head back too but now you are here let me take Jimin back to the room," Taehyung asks immediately.

>>>So this was Jimin's plan to avoid Kook, huh?

>>> Kook, you guessed it right, he is trying to flee here and even Tae will go with him. No, I can't let that happen.

>>>How can I enjoy the party without Tae?

"No need. If you are feeling tired then you can take a rest in one of our rooms. But don't go back now, it's already been a disaster and I don't want you guys to go back, what if we get a shortage of food?" Hoseok acts looking like he is so down.

"Disaster, what happened, sir?" Jimin asks.

"Well, you know the actor Jeon Jungkook? He got sick and can't attend the party. Others who came to see him will get disappointed so I want them to forget about it by making them eat our food, nothing else gets better when we eat delicious food, right?" Hoseok lies.

"Kookie is sick?" Jimin mutters looking worried.

"Huh?" Hoseok acts confused but smirks inside.

>>>Seems like Jimin doesn't hate Kook. He is worried for him, then I can rest assured.

>>>Kook, you will get your love back and you don't have to take any revenge.

"Nothing," Jimin looks flustered.

Taehyung chuckles, "Boss you know my Minnie loves the actor Jungkook. He is his favorite whenever he sees him on T.V. he won't let me switch the channels and when he sees his ads on billboards he stops walking on the road and keeps on watching it."

Hoseok grits his teeth when he hears 'My Minnie' but then after hearing the younger, he is now sure that Jimin didn't forget Jungkook.

>>>If it's like this then Jimin won't be a hurdle for me. All I have to do is make Tae love me and forget about Jimin.

"Is that so? Then it's really sad that Jungkook can't attend the party today or else I must have asked him to meet you, today," Hoseok fakes disappointment.

"N-No, sir. It's okay," Jimin looks nervous.

>>>Kookie will never want to see me after what I did to him.

>>>It's good that he can't come here today but I feel bad that he is sick. Is anyone with him to take care of him? Is he ok?

Jimin sighs. Taehyung shakes his head thinking that his friend is sad that he couldn't meet his favorite actor.

"Don't worry, Minnie. If not today you will get a chance to meet him next time," Taehyung comforts.

Jimin just smiles and nods.

Hoseok isn't liking how close they are with each other so, "Then you both aren't going back, right?"

Taehyung looks at his friend in concern, "Minnie if you are not feeling well, you can go back, I will stay."

>>>Kookie isn't coming here so nothing will happen and I can't leave Tae alone to work all night.

"No, Tae. It's fine I will just take some rest until the party starts and then will help with your work," Jimin says, smiling.

"That's settled then, Taehyung-shi take your friend to my room, you know the way, right?" Hoseok asks.

"Yes, thank you, boss," Taehyung gives a boxy smile to his boss and takes Jimin towards the lift while supporting him.

Hoseok takes out his phone and messages Jungkook about what happened and how he managed to stop Jimin from leaving the restaurant and goes inside.

At Jungkook's mansion...

Jungkook is standing in front of the mirror buttoning up his white shirt while Eunwoo is looking for a good watch to go with his friend's suit in the wardrobe.

He receives Hoseok's message and sees it.

>>>So you wanted to run away before I arrive there, huh, Jimin?

>>>I won't let you escape from me anymore.

Jungkook texts him thanks and puts the phone away wearing his black tuxedo.

"Kook, I think this watch will go with your suit," Eunwoo shows him the watch he picked.

"Put it on for me, then," Jungkook smiles at his friend who is looking so happy and energetic as it's his first time going to a party with him cause Min-Ho never let him attend any of the parties with Jungkook.

Eunwoo immediately obeys. "Now stop doing things for me and go get ready. We have to leave soon," Jungkook pushes Eunwoo out of his room.

"Are you sure you don't need my help with anything else? You can manage to wear your tie, right?" Eunwoo asks peeking from the door.

"Yes, yes. Now go," Jungkook shoos him away.

After getting ready they both drive to Jin's mansion to pick him up on their way to the Blueside restaurant.

Meanwhile,

Jin is in his suite sitting on the couch in his hall and is calling his English professor to tell him that he can't attend the tutoring session in the evening.

He forgot to say about it yesterday as he was flustered the whole time in his professor's mansion which looked more like an art museum to him.

"Hello?" Namjoon answers the call.

"Um... professor, I forgot to tell you that I can't attend your lessons today," Jin directly speaks to the point.

"Ah, ok. I also wanted to call you and I inform you that I won't be tutoring you today as I have to go somewhere," Namjoon replies.

"Oh, then that's good for both of us. Let's meet tomorrow then, professor, bye," Jin smiles.

"Yeah, bye," Namjoon says and they both cut the call.

>>>I thought he would be angry at me. Good thing he is busy today.

Jin breathes a sigh of relief and then he hears the car horns from outside.

>>>Kook is here I think.

"Ajhumma, I am leaving. You all eat dinner and take a rest early, I won't be coming till late at night," Jin says to his worker Ajhumma.

Who comes out of the kitchen and smiles nodding, "Alright, Jin-ah. Go and enjoy."

Jin smiles at her and goes out. He sees Eunwoo and Jungkook standing in front of the car waiting for him.

"Let's go," Jin says and they get inside the car and start driving.

"Did Yoongi call you? He said he isn't attending the party," Jin tells.

"What? I don't know about it, why isn't he attending? I thought we would all have a blast tonight," Jungkook asks.

"Yes, Hyung. Where did Yoongi Hyung go?" Eunwoo asks while driving looking through the rare view mirror.

"He flew to Thailand apparently due to some work," Jin informs.

"Thailand? Work?" Eunwoo frowns.

"But Min-Ho Hyung made sure that no one will have work tonight, right?" Jungkook knits his brows.

"I have no idea, Yoonhyeong called me and sounded frustrated that he couldn't stop Yoongi from going to Thailand," Jin shrugs.

"If Yoonhyeong is frustrated then it isn't work-related," Jungkook says.

>>>Didn't Yoongi Hyung work with a Thai actor in his last drama?

>>>Did someone finally caught Yoongi Hyung's attention? Is he not going to be a player anymore?

Jungkook smiles, "Leave it, I am sure it must have been important if Yoongi Hyung left in such a hurry. He will tell us when he comes back."

"Yeah," Jin agrees.

At The Blueside Restaurant...

All the guests started coming and Hoseok is at the front welcoming everyone.

Jimin got his strength back after sleeping for two hours and now is in the kitchen helping Taehyung with the cooking.

Lee Min-Ho arrives along with his wife Jun Ji-Hyun hand-in-hand. Hoseok welcomes them with a big sunshine smile.

"Welcome to the Blueside, Min-Ho-shi, and Ji-Hyun-shi," Hoseok bows to them respectfully.

"Ay, I told you to drop formalities between us Hoseok," Min-Ho hugs him.

"Yes, we are partners now you can call me Noona too, Hoseok-shi," Ji-Hyun smiles.

"Then Hyung and Noonim, please come inside and enjoy the party. I will be back to speak with you after I greet all the guests, is it okay?" Hoseok asks.

"It's fine with us. We will try some of the restaurant's famous food which is so famous," Ji-Hyun replies.

"Yes, Noonim. I would like to get feedback on it then," Hoseok smiles and shows them inside.

He comes back to the front and then sees his best friend arriving. He is surprised, "In Yeop, how come you are here, little rascal. You said you won't be attending the party."

"How can I not attend when you sounded so sad when I said I won't be coming? I can't see your sulky lips," Hwang In-Yeop hugs Hoseok.

"I am so happy that you are here. It's been so long since we saw each other, In-Yeop," Hoseok hugs him back smiling happily.

"Me too, I am happy that I am here seeing your sunshine smile that I missed so much," In-Yeop comments after breaking the hug.

Just then, "You both sure forget the world when you are together."

"Joon, you are here too?" Hoseok looks more surprised.

"You are meeting us now after a month since you arrived in Seoul," In-Yeop glares.

"Sorry, I had work," Namjoon apologizes and hugs his friends.

"Wah, I will never know when you will come and go, Joon," Hoseok hugs him back.

"Even I don't know," Namjoon replies, chuckling.

"Alright, I will forgive you if you tell me about all your travel history and spill how many girls you screwed off," In-Yeop says breaking the hug.

"I can tell you about my travel history but about whom I screwed off let's not talk about that even though we are friends let's keep some distance on that topic," Namjoon responds.

Hoseok and In-Yeop chuckle at that when a car arrives.

Jungkook, Eunwoo, and Jin get out of it and see Hoseok chatting with a smile on his face.

"Hoseok Hyung," Jungkook chirps as soon as he enters.

Hoseok looks at the younger and smiles, "Welcome, Kook." And hugs him tight.

Namjoon and In-Yeop turn around and sees Jin and Eunwoo standing back.

"Professor?" Jin looks startled.

"Jin?" Namjoon looks surprised.

Eunwoo is amazed looking at the interior of the restaurant and is in awe. In-Yeop smirks seeing him.

"Thank you, Hyung for not letting Jimin escape," Jungkook whispers.

"Don't do a big drama, it's better if you take care of him silently cause all the people's eyes are on you, keep that in mind and be careful, Kook," Hoseok whispers back, breaking the hug with a smile.

Jungkook smiles and then introduces, "Ah, Hyung this is Eunwoo my manager and the weird friend that I told you about last time."

Hoseok smiles and extends his hand to Eunwoo who shakes his hand back, smiling nervously, "Nice to meet you, Eunwoo. Kook talked so much about you and I feel like I know you for a long time. So feel free to call me Hyung and I hope you enjoy the party, tonight."

"Yes, Hoseok Hyungnim. I am honored to meet you," Eunwoo says.

Hoseok then looks at Jin, "Hello, Seokjin-shi. I am glad you are here. Min-Ho Hyung said that you liked the script so much and I am very happy that we can work together from now on."

"Ah, yes. Min-Ho Hyung talked so much about you too Hoseok-shi. I appreciate the offer and am delighted to work with you too," Jin shows his professional smile and shakes his hands with Hoseok.

"Professor Namjoon-shi, you are here too?" Jungkook asks in surprise.

Namjoon just smiles. "Kook, you know Joon?" Hoseok asks.

"Yes, Hyung. I met him recently. He is Jin Hyung's professor and we asked him if he can help Jin Hyung with his studies," Jungkook explains.

"Oh," Hoseok exclaims and gives a knowing look at Namjoon who just smiles.

"Joon and I are friends since childhood. He just came back to Seoul after five years so I asked him to attend the party and I didn't expect he would make it thinking how busy his schedule is," Hoseok speaks.

"Are you that busy professor? Then isn't it a burden to tutor me?" Jin queries.

"It's alright I can manage, you don't have to worry about that Jin," Namjoon answers, and Jin nods.

"How about you introduce me too, Hobie?" In-Yeop asks.

"Ah, yes. Meet my best friend same like Joon and business partner, Hwang In-Yeop," Hoseok introduces him.

"You mean the C.E.O of the H.I.Y groups?" Jungkook looks amazed.

"Exactly, nice to meet you Jungkook. I heard a lot about you from Hobie. You became his favorite Dongsaeng," In-Yeop smiles.

"Thanks, In-Yeop Hyung...uh, I can call you Hyung, right?"Jungkook asks.

"Of course, you can," In Yeop nods.

"And nice to meet you Seokjin-shi. I am your fan, I like all your dramas," In-Yeop voices out.

"Thank you unlike someone you have very good taste In-Yeop-shi," Jin comments giving a glance at Namjoon.

"If you are talking about your professor Namjoon then you are right, he doesn't watch T.V. and doesn't know anything about K-dramas, can you believe that? He is such a nerd from our childhood all the time reading books," In-Yeop remarks.

"That's why," Jin giggles and Namjoon gives him a look.

Eunwoo is standing there frowning at In-Yeop,

>>>His voice...I heard it somewhere but where?

"Eunu, come here and meet Hoseok Hyung's friend In-Yeop Hyung," Jungkook says.

Eunwoo comes forward but stumbles on the carpet and is about to fall when In-Yeop catches him and whispers in his ear, "I hope you got your car back safely."

That's when he remembers the voice, it's the voice of the helmet man who saved him that day from thugs and dropped him off in the mansion.

>>>He is the weird man from that day?

"I saw many men falling for me but I never saw someone falling for me this fast," In-Yeop comments.

Jungkook laughs, "Haha, In-Yeop Hyung. You have a good sense of humor."

"Thank you, Jungkook. And I hope you are okay, Eunwoo-shi?" In-Yeop smirks at Eunwoo who is looking out of it.

"Then everyone let's go inside, the party is about to start," Hoseok says and they all go inside.

While Jungkook is walking with the others at a distance Jimin walks across along with Taehyung talking about something related to food.

Jungkook senses something and looks in that direction and sees Jimin in his chef clothes walking opposite to him.

"Jimin, I am here. Let's see how you react when I stand in front of you," Jungkook smirks and goes inside.

(A/N:- Jungkook is in Blueside and Jimin is just in the kitchen. Will Jimin be able to escape again? Many things are going to happen that will change the lives of every pair after Eve.
