Backstory: Tim Mickowski grew up in Mayhem City, with his parents Laura and Jim Mickowski. As a young boy he always made good grades, lived justly and when he made 18 he graduated and joined the MCPD. He started out as a rookie cop, made a big bust and then went on to become a detective. Tim has always been a good person, with a strong sense of justice and equality. But life in Mayhem opposes that all.
