Shane

"We are going to see the Eiffel Tower now."

Skyler

"I have always wanted to see the Eiffel tower. Thank you Shane for planning our honeymoon in Paris."

Shane

"Anything for you Love."

Skyler

"You spoil me a lot. I can already imagine you spoiling our child."

Shane

"You are exaggerating. I will try to love the baby as much as I can."

Skyler

"What do you want? Shane.A girl or a boy."

Shane

"I have a feeling its a girl."

Skyler

"I have a feeling its a boy."
Shane kisses my forehead and then we walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Shane

"I will love the baby be it a he or a she."

Skyler

"You will be the best father to him or her."(Smiles)

6 weeks later

Doctor

"I have checked the ultrasound. Everything is fine. The two of them are healthy."

Shane

"Two. You mean Skyler and the baby."

Doctor

"You are having twins. A girl and a boy."

Skyler

"Shane. There are two of them in here."
I said moving my hand in my stomach. I was happy. That means both of our instincts were right. Shane faints in shock...
"Shane..."
The doctor helps him get up and he sits on the chair shocked. He must have panicked.

Shane

"I don't know if I can handle another set of twins."

Skyler

"Come on Shane."

Shane

"Oh please. You don't know. I grew up with notorious twins. You haven't seen Uncle Allan and Aunt Silver they are twins too. Tyler and Taylor were too much to handle. You should have seen them. Twins do run in my family. I don't know what to say."

Skyler

"I pity Mom and Dad. How they took handled the three of you but still, they managed to take care of Tyler and Taylor with you because they were together."

Shane

"I was the silent one. I didn't trouble them but you are right as long as we are together."

Skyler

"Lying doesn't suit you. I have heard stories about you from Mom and Dad."
I laughed seeing Shane so panicked but I knew he will do a great job in taking care of them. He already loves them.

10 weeks later

Shane

I bought a bigger house. Now that we were going to be a family of four. That day Skyler did do a great job at matchmaking. Tyler was dating Scarlet and Bryon was dating Leslie. As for Noah, he moved in with Taylor in Skyler's house. We were going to sell it anyways. Tyler, Dad, and I still opposed the idea of Taylor moving in with Noah but we agreed. She was our little princess. We don't want her to be hurt. I know Noah and he is a gentleman. As long as she is happy we don't mind yet if he hurts my sister he will never see the light of day. We moved into our new house as early as we could. Today we have finished unpacking our things. Skyler sits on the couch and I sit beside her.
"And finally it's done."

Skyler

"Yeah. Have you thought of the names? Shane. You did decide the names if it were a boy or a girl."

Shane

"Yes. I have thought about it. I want to name her Kristan."

Skyler

"Then my name for the baby boy rhymes with the girl name. How about Tristan?"

Skyler

"That will be great."
Shane then sits on the floor and places his hands on my belly. He talks to the babies. He also sings and reads for them. He is a perfect husband and he will be a great father.

Shane

"Hello again. It's your father Shane. I was thinking if you will recognize me when you come out. I can't wait to hold you in my arms and pull your cheeks."

Skyler

"They kicked."
I take his hand and place it and they kicked again. I smiled and Shane smiled looking at me. This was the first time they kicked and it's amazing. Hello, it's your mom Skyler. You know this is the first time you kicked and we both can't wait for you. We love you so so much and I know that Shane will pamper you with so much love and you deserve all of it. You are going to receive so much love and care. You haour grandpa David and grandma Ava then we have your Uncle Tyler and Aunt Taylor. They already love you and can't wait for you. As for me, it will be a hard time handling three kids. I am talking about your Dad, Shane. Shane is the biggest kid and both of you but I love you all so much. You are my World.

16 weeks later

Skyler

"Shane..."

Shane

"What happened, Sky?"

Skyler

"I want to eat pancakes."

Shane

Well, its almost time. The doctors said it can happen anytime now. I took a leave off work as it can happen anytime now. Sky has been an extra moody these days. Her mood swings and her weird cravings.

Skyler

"Shane."

Shane

"I am right here Sky."

Skyler

"I also want to eat ice cream."

Shane

"You can eat both."
See. These hormones will drive me crazy.

Skyler

"You are so sweet."

Shane

I smile when she blushes.

Skyler

"Stop smiling and bring me food."

Shane

Lasted a second. I take a deep breath and head to the kitchen. I better bring her pancakes and ice cream or else she will kill me. I was in the kitchen and taking out the ingredients for the pancakes when she screams.

Skyler

"Shane...Come here fast."

Shane

"What happened Sky?"
She was sitting up taking deep breaths screaming. I kneel down and sit. Holding her hand and rubbing her back.

Skyler

"It's happening."

Shane

"What?Now."

Skyler

"Do I look like I am joking? Get me to the hospital. Now..."

Shane

I picked up the bag Skyler had prepared for this time and then slowly I take her to sit in the car and rushed to the hospital. I called the others on the way.

Skyler

"Shane...Faster.This.It's so painful. Shane...I am going to die today."

Shane

"Don't worry, Sky. Its nothing."

Skyler

"Nothing. How will you know? I hate you...There are two babies who are pushing each other to get out."

Shane

Oh no! Skyler is already hard for me to handle. Pregnant Sky is worse. God save me. I hold her hand and look at her.
"Calm down Sky. I love you. Deep breaths. We are almost here."
And she tries to calm down taking deep breaths. As we reach the hospital. I made her sit in the wheelchair and take her inside. On the way she yells. What happened now?

Skyler

"Shane. Stop..."

Shane

I kneel down to her, hold her hand, and ask her.
"Sky. Are you fine?"

Skyler

"You love me right?"

Shane

Is that even a question? But I should not mess with Pregnant Sky in labor.
"Yes, I love you Sky."

Skyler

"How much do you love me?"

Shane

"More than me."

Skyler

"What if you forget me after our children."

Shane

"No. I won't.Never.I will always love you Sky."

Skyler

"Then what are you waiting for? Take me now. I can't bear this pain anymore."

Shane

I don't know about others but she is going to kill me with her mood swings. Note to myself.No more kids. Then they take her to the operation theatre.

Skyler

"Come with me, Shane."

Shane

"I will be with you the whole time."
I realized any time now. I will be a Dad. There will be two kids who will call me Dad someday. Throughout the whole thing, I held her hand and comforted her.

Skyler

I was going crazy but Shane handled me well. He was there for me the entire time which made a slight easy. By slight doesn't mean it lessened the pain. It was so much pain but all of it was worth it when they handed Tristan in my hands. All the pain I just went through was forgotten and I was filled with happiness and joy. My heart was pounding and a smile on my lips which did not seem to come down. I cried tears of joy. It was pure bliss. As I glance over Shane was holding Kristan and he had tears in his eyes too. I couldn't stop watching them.
The way his eyes remained on her, so peaceful, so happy. Seconds ago she was crying but as soon as he took her in her arms. She stopped as if she knew it was her father. I had always wondered what if I do anything wrong? I don't know anything about being a mother but I knew as long as I have Shane it is going to be fine. I never held a baby in my arms but when the doctor handed me Tristan it all came naturally. I plant a gentle kiss on his forehead. He looks so peaceful while sleeping.

Shane

As the doctor handed me, Kristan, to me. I try to hold her gently so that it doesn't hurt my little angel. I honestly don't have words to describe this feeling. As soon as I hold her she stops crying. She was adorable, the cutest thing I have ever seen in my life. It was surreal. I glanced over at Skyler holding Tristan and we exchanged glances. We both were so happy. Then Kristan starts crying. I tried to stop her crying by swinging her a little in my arms. It was the sweetest sound ever.
"I see you want Daddy's attention to you only. Shhh!"
People are wrong. They say you can't fall in love at first sight but I fell in love with my kids the second I saw them...

Skyler

Tristan was sleeping peacefully and I saw Shane trying to make Kristan quiet and she fell asleep. He then walked towards me slowly.

Shane

"Our kids. Kristan has your eyes and nose. She is as adorable as you."

Skyler

"She has your hair and face. Tristan looks like you. Mini Shane."

David

"Can we come in?"

Shane

"Yes."

David

"Tristan looks like Shane. Well, now I knew how he must have looked like when he was a baby."

Ava

"They are adorable."

Shane

"Do you want to hold them?"

Ava

"Yes."

Shane

We handed over Tristan and Kristan to our parents. I could see the immense joy in their holding their grandchildren. They are the parent's anyone could ask for. I wish I could be like them.

Ava

"It feels like it was yesterday when I was holding Tyler and Taylor and now I am holding our grandchildren."

David

"Time passes by so fast."

Tyler

"I am an Uncle."

Taylor

"I am the coolest Aunt."

Tyler

"Hey..."

Shane

Tyler and Taylor barge in and start arguing. Tristan and Kristan start crying and Dad hands me, Tristan, while Mom tries to quiet Kristan who is not stopping. Tristan falls asleep and I take Kristan.

Tyler

"She is Daddy's Girl and he is a sleepyhead like Taylor."

Taylor

"You are a sleepyhead."

Shane

"Shhhhh!"

1 week later

Shane

"Skyler look how Kristan has her small hand over my finger."

Skyler

"So cute. They both are opposites. Tristan is silent and a sleepyhead while Kristan needs you every time. She won't sleep without you. You should rest. This naughty girl doesn't let you sleep at all."

Shane

"I know but I can't get enough of them."

Skyler

"Tristan is in his cradle. Hand her over to me and you go rest."
As soon as Shane hands Kristan to me. She starts crying. She really is Daddy's girl. I hand her over to Shane again.

Shane

"Wait. You are Daddy's little princess. Daddy is always here with you. I love you so so much. My angel and my sweet little girl."

Skyler

"Finally she is asleep."

1 year later

Shane

"She said something."

Skyler

"I heard it too."

Shane

"Say, Daddy. Dad is fine too."

Skyler

"Shane. Say, Mommy."

Tristan

"Mo..."

Skyler

"Close to mommy."

Kristan

"Dada..."

Shane

"Did you hear it? She said, Dada."

Skyler

"Fine."

Shane

Skyler stands up and goes stands at a distance. I go and hold her from the back.

Skyler

Shane comes and hugs me from behind placing his face on my shoulder.

Shane

"Doesn't matter what they say first. They love us both."

Skyler

"I know that."

Shane

"I love you."

Skyler

All my anger vanishes as he kisses my cheek from the back and says I love you. I turn around and put my hands on his neck.
"I love you too."
