I sit here and write to thee

Know that this is hard for me

This is your story that I tell

how upon that fateful day you fell

an eagle soared way up high

it beat it's wings effortlessly against the mid-day sky

You pointed to it and said

"That is why so many of us are dead,"

I didn't know what you ment 

and to you a confused look I sent

"That is why our family and friends are free"

To this day I rebember that the eagle was a sight to see

You were the dearest of my friend's

Nothing I could now do can make amends

I sit here thinking of you

What now to say I have no clue

I leave this letter unfinished so that others may add on
