If I could change Brussels sprouts into candy...

It would be like...

Magical!!!

Kids big and small would run to their Moms begging for sprouts...

And Moms would be happy because they want their kids to be healthier...

So here's a little trick...

Get your Brussels sprouts (fresh or frozen)...

Steam them until vibrant green...

While still warm, place in a container with a really tight lid, drench sprouts with zesty Italian salad dressing...

Refrigerate overnight, tossing occasionally to completely coat every sprout...

Serve these wonderfully marinated sprouts at room temp with mostly any dish...

It may not be changing Brussels sprouts into candy...

But...

It's like magical!!!
