After so many days she spoke about many different things to me,
I was so happy knowing that maybe she finally feels free.

But suddenly she apologized for even speaking,
I realised from inside she was breaking.
Her smile faltered,
As she was digging deep to those memories which were salter.

That's when I realised that someone in her life, might have hurted her badly
That's why she looks at stars in the night all sadly.

Someone might have said to her that no one cares abt her and her words
she might have thought for a moment that she misheard.

Wrong was she for thinking that they cared,
she was shattered from inside because for those words she was not prepared.

I know whenever she says she is fine, she lies
but deep down I know everyday she tries.
