After Riley and Chai existed the classroom they ran back to the dorm where they agreed they meet once they finished setting the record.

Riley entered the dorm and saw Farkle, Zay, and Smackle waiting for them. They looked up and saw Riley and Chai but Zay noticed that Riley had the recorder in her hand.

"Riley... why do you have the recorder in your hand? You were supposed to tape the recorder under Charles desk so..." Zay was cut of mid sentence.

"We did tape it under the desk but when we finished and we're heading out the classroom Chai saw that Charles was heading towards the classroom so we hid under the desk so we wouldn't get caught." Riley explained.

"So why do you have the recorder with you?" Smackle asked confused but before Chai could answer.

"Maya came didn't she?" Farkle asked but already knew the answer.

"Yeah, Maya came and even managed for Charles to admit that he's homophobic. How did you know that Maya came?" Riley questioned Farkle.

"Because I had a feeling that you and Chai wouldn't be able to get out on time and because I know that Charles will only admit that he's homophobic in front of Maya. So I talked to Maya privately that once you and Chai are done taping the recorder that Maya visits Charles and make him confess." Farkle explained to the group.

"But why do you think he'll only admit it to Maya? Why not the rest of us." Chai asked. "You'll find out tomorrow. We got all the proof we need that Charles is homophobic so theirs no doubt that Maya will be proven innocent." Farkle replied and everyone smiled.

It has been two days and today is the hearing of Maya that will decide if she gets expelled or not. Maya and Riley were seated and were waiting for the dean to arrive.

"Farkle where's Chai! She is supposed to be here and give us her English assignments as proof!" Riley asked but then saw Chai running towards them.

"Chai what took you so long?" Maya asked as Chai was taking deep breaths.

"Their gone! The English assignments aren't their anymore! I checked my whole backpack and it wasn't their!" Chai replied and everyone was shocked.

"How did the three of you lose your English assignments?" Zay asked. "I don't know! I had them in my binder." Maya answered.

"Look at least we have proof that Charles is homophobic, okay." Farkle said trying to reassure Riley that everything will be okay.

"Are you sure that's enough?" Riley asked cautiously. "Trust me, Honey. If that isn't then we have a backup plan." Maya replied as she held Riley hand.

The door opened and the dean, Mr. Feeny, and Charles entered the room and walked to their seats.

Maya and Charles both stared at each other.

"First I'll like to say that this is a hearing not a trial. Now let's begin the hearing." The dean announced and faced Charles.

"I was talking to Cory in the student commons about some of the lessons I plan to teach the students when Cory sees Maya who looked to be angry in my opinion. And then Riley along with her friend Zay arrive in the common rooms. Riley says something to Maya and the next thing I know Maya is repeatedly punching me which resulted in a broken nose." Professor Charles explains.

"Maya tells me that the reason she punched you was because you whispered disgusting when you saw my daughter hold Maya face." Cory said.

"Not to mention that you been failing Maya, Riley, and Chai when their doing their assignments correctly and giving Maya more assignments then the rest of her classmates. Also admitting to Riley and Chai that the reason you failed them was because it help them realize that liking girls is wrong and getting bad grades will help you realize that. You admitted to them that your homophobic!" Topanga said.

"I will never mess with any of my students grades nor give them extra assignments. All of my students are treated fairly but I can't say the same when it comes with Mr. Matthews since I hear that you treat your daughter along with her friends with favoritism unlike the rest of your students. Right Cory?" Charles said which angered Cory.

"I treat all my students fairly and I..." Cory was cut off. "That's not what Mr. Friar tells me he tells me that in every lesson you just focus on your daughter problems? And if you don't believe me then ask Mr. Friar." Charles asked.

"Well Mr. Friar is what professor Charles said true?" The dean asked and Lucas looked at his friends with worried looks.

"Well sometimes but not all.." Lucas cut off again.

"And their you have it! Mr. Matthews cares more about her daughter then the rest of his students education." Charles says.

"Now that is not true! I known Mr. Matthews since he was boy and he's a amazing teacher who cares about his students equally." Mr. Feeny said as he defended Cory.

"Thanks Mr. Feeny." Cory replied with a smile.

"Charles, Mrs. Matthews stated that you told Riley and Chai that you failed the in their essays just because of their sexuality? And that you even said it in front of Maya two days ago." The dean asked.

"I would never judge my students sexuality! I accept them for who they..." Charles stopped when he noticed Topanga pull out a recorder and what happened next.

"Your wrong, HUNTER! You being married to Riley and raising a son together is disgusting. Your teaching him that it's okay to fall in love with the same gender and what? Start a family when in REALITY it's NOT! It's dykes like you who are wrong with this society! Who are diseases and are trying to convince others it's okay but it's not! But I know that in the end I'm going to finish this fight!" Charles said.

Everyone looked shocked once the recording ended. Charles noticed Maya smirk and was instantly reminded of him.

"This was why I punched him! He wasn't just judging our sexuality but as well saying that people like "us" aren't fit to be parents! That it isn't right that people fall in love with the same gender! He insulted not just Chai but Riley who is my wife! He then pretended that he was a victim but reality he wasn't! The victims where Riley and Chai. And he told that their was nothing I could do and that he was never going to stop! I know it wasn't the smartest thing to do! But hearing him say that I just snapped. But I'm not just going to stand by and let him get away with it!" Maya said determined.

The dean stared at Maya and then at Charles and finally at Riley Matthew.

"What professor Charles said is completely awful. But striking a member of this university is inexcusable. No matter what the problem is." The dean says with a serious voice and Riley tightly holds Maya hand.

"Wait, can I say something." Riley asked and the dean nodded.

"Maya when you punched Charles I wasn't really okay with it because punching him was going to far even though what he did was awful but when I heard him say that to you about us teaching our son wrong and that were what's wrong with society. He deserved it and I always want you to know that I support you all the way." Riley said with a smile and maya smiled back.

"Thanks Peaches! I really appreciate it." Maya replied back.

"Even when Maya is far away from me. She always finds away to protect me. She makes me feel safe she's my safe place." Riley said and the two share kiss.

"AWWWW!" Everyone in the room minus Lucas and Charles.

"That may be okay with you, Riley but it isn't okay with me. According by these laws in this university. I am bound to expelled or suspended any student for striking a educational teacher for any reason whatsoever." The dean explained.

"But dean you heard the recorder! Charles admitted that he's homophobic! So I don't know why Maya has to be punished?" Cory asked as he immediately stood up.

"Cory Matthews I know she's your daughter in law but you can't protect them anymore. So please seat down." The dean replied just as Cory was about to respond Mr. Feeny looked at Cory.

"Cory please seat down." Mr. Feeny asked and Cory listened.

"Maya Matthews-Hart Hunter, I hereby suspended you from this university for a period of one day." The dean announced and Maya nodded her head in understanding and was hugged by her friends and families.

"Dean! She hit a teacher! And your suspending her for one day?" Charles asked as he stood up in disbelief.

Maya smirked at Charles which made Charles growl.

"No your not a teacher! Your a homophobic who can't see that those two girls are in love and can't accept that you fall in love in the strangest places." The dean said and then pointed at Cory.

"Now he's a teacher who not only accepts his students but daughter for who they are and aren't treated any different! That is a teacher." The dean finished and Cory smiled.

Charles was headed out the door when he passed Maya and heard her say one word that shocked him.

"KJ." Maya whispered and existed the room with her family and friends following behind expect for one.

"From the look on your face, Maya must've have said KJ?" Farkle asked cautiously. "How do you and Hunter know?" Charles asked.

"Research and during that research we now understand why your homophobic. Why you hate Maya most of all and as hard as this might be able to believe... Maya does feel sorry for you." Farkle said but just received silence.

"I'm sorry and I hope that in the future if we meet you again that you'll let go of your hatred." Farkle said and as he began to leave Charles grabbed Farkle arm and pulled him close to him and whispered.

"You know the old saying of keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer. Well your enemy may be closer to you than you think, Minkus." Charles whispered and let go of Farkle arm.

"What do you mean?" Farkle asked and noticed that Charles was staring at someone and Farkle looked at who he was staring and it was.

"Lucas!" Farkle whispered yelled as Charles walked away.
