You have been dating Mattheo Riddle for a month now. He doesn't seem like he cares for you very much.

He talks to you frequently but not enough so that everyone knows you guys are in a relationship. He isn't big on body language either, he'll hug you once in a while but you guys have never kissed.

Today was a Friday and Mattheo had a long and tiring day, he had a bunch of exams and had to study for his owls.

You are in your room reading, when you hear a knock. You go to answer the door but before you know it someone is hugging you, they are breathing heavily and are shaking.

You look up to see it is your boyfriend, you close the door and hug him back. "Hey Mattheo what's wrong?" You ask hugging him one of your hands in his hair. He looks at you a look that breaks your heart.

He is crying, tired and is clearly having a panic attack. You grab his hands and lead him to the bed. You make him lay down before you do the same and in no time he is cuddling you.

"What's wrong love" you say wrapping your arms around him. "I-it's to m-much" he stutters crying. "What is?" You ask as you start playing with his hair as it helps him visibly calm down. "School, exams and...........you" he says almost flinching. "Me?" You ask calmly as you feel him tense again.

"Love is scary. This feeling of falling terrifies me. The only way it ends is with hitting the ground." He says as if this has been eating on him for a while which it clearly seems it has been. "Not if I catch you." You tell him pulling him closer to your chest. "You can't catch me if you're falling with me." He says hugging you tightly. "Oh darling, I started falling long before you did." You tell him smiling.

"I love you y/n y/l/n" he says looking up at you. "I love you too Mattheo Riddle" you say blushing as he pulls closer and kisses you and well you can guess what happens next 🤭🤭🤭
