Purr-fect

Castiel followed the Winchesters to their Impala. It was beautiful. He couldn't help but smile at it. As they drove down the road, Sam and Dean relentlessly argued over the music. Dean wanted Moterhead or Metallica or Black Sabbath, but Sam said it was the greatest hits of mullet rock.

It made Castiel miss his own brothers and sister. Michael, Lucifer, and Anna. But when he left, he left for a reason. He wasn't just looking for his mate. He was looking for an escape.

"Cas?" Dean asked.

The Neko was snapped out of his thoughts. "Yes?"

"Led Zeppelin: Ramble On or Travelin' Riverside Blues?"

He shrugged. "I've never really been interested in music."

"Come on, just pick one." He smiled, making Castiel's heart flutter.

"Um, the first one."

"Alright." He pressed a button on the stereo, music beginning to play. But Cas didn't listen to it. He just let himself get lost in thought. He gazed out the window, watching the cars drive by. He didn't realize how tired he was until then. He could barely keep his eyes open, until he eventually gave up.

He awoke to Dean patting him on the knee.
"Rise and shine, buddy!"

"Did I fall asleep?"

Dean chuckled. "Afraid so."

"I'm sorry."

"It's fine. We're here."

"I just haven't been getting much sleep." He looked out the car window and saw a quaint little house.

"Why not?" Sam asked. Cas got chills when he asked that.

"Stress." He answered quickly. They all got out of the car and walked up to the house. Dean knocked on the door four times. A blonde woman answered.

"Did you forget your keys again?" She asked with a warm smile. Dean and Sam chuckled.

"It was his fault, not mine." Dean said, pointing at Sam.

"I thought you grabbed the keys!" Sam argued.

"I grabbed the car keys!"

"So who's this?" The woman asked.

"I'm Castiel Novak."

"He actually back talked Alastair and Azazel," Sam smiled. "Gave Azazel a nice little scratch, too."

"It pays to be a Neko." Castiel muttered shyly.

"This is our mom, Mary." Dean introduced.

They all went inside, talking about random things. Their father, John, was away on business.

"So, Castiel, are you staying somewhere nearby?" Mary asked sweetly.

"Actually, I don't really have a place to stay."

"You could stay here." She offered.

Cas blushed. "No, no, I couldn't impose."

"It's no problem. Right boys?"

"Yeah, we'd love it if you stayed." Sam agreed.

Cas's blue eyes locked with Dean's green ones. "Uh, y-yeah," Dean stammered, clearing his throat. "That'd be, uh, awesome."

"Um, sure. If you... really don't mind."

"You can bunk with me." Cas clenched his fists, trying to keep from purring.

"Uh, s-sure. Th-that'd be great." Dean smiled and showed Cas his room. He closed the door and they just stared at each other for a while.

"Are you... I mean, are we... do you think-"

"Am I your mate?" Cas interrupted.

They paused for a moment before finally kissing. That's all they did for a while. They looked back at each other, Cas purring loudly.

"I've been looking for you." Dean whispered breathlessly.

"Do you know how long I've been looking for you?"

He pushed Dean into the wall and started kissing him again, their bodies pressed together, moving perfectly in sync. Their tongues began exploring each other's mouths. Cas's tongue was quite rough, but Dean didn't care. Cas could feel the Kitsune's erection digging into his groin. Cas grabbed his thighs, earning a muffled moan. He began to nibble Dean's lower lip. He pulled away.

"You're my mate."

"And you're mine."
