Ryder's POV

I slowly stretched, and slowly opened my eyes. A dark figure walked out of the bed room door holding something. To be honest I thought I was dreaming. I rubbed my eyes and the figure was gone, so I thought nothing of it.

I sat up and pushed off the bed and walked into the bathroom, to check on my princess. She wasn't there, so I thought she go up for water or something.

I went to go sit down on the bed, to wait for her. It was pure silence for a few moments, till the sound of glass shattering echoed through the house. I darted out of the room, and to the many flights of stairs, followed by everyone else in the house.

We reached the first floor, and there was a shattered vase on the floor, and the back door was wide open. We rushed out side and there was a dark brown wolf, almost black, with blood red eyes.

Two men were strapping MY Victoria to his back. My whole body filled with rage, and I instantly shifted, and let Victor take over. We were about to maul the unknown kidnapper, when one of the men who was strapping Victoria to the wolf, pulled out a pistol, and pointed it at her.

Victor instantly stepped back, and I noticed, everyone else has shifted. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed, Jake retreating into the woods.

I growled, and slowly stepped forward.

"Hey buddy, you want her to live?" The guy with the gun asked.  "Then step back."

Victoria, was squirming, and trying to scream.

Everyone behind me let out a growl, the tension in the air was heavy. I wanted to save Victoria, but if I tried she could be killed. I slowly stepped back and let them leave.

'Charlie.' I tried to get his attention.

'Who are you?' He sounded confused.

'Ryder.' I continued. 'I want her safe, and I wan my old pack to join now!' I demanded.

'Yes sir!' He instantly ran off to the house, probably for clothes.

Every one else followed, I stayed outside, watching the trees.

'Baby I will find you.' I tried to link her. 'I will not let them hurt you.'

I retreated back to the house and waited for everyone to leave to there rooms, so I could shift back and dart up the stairs.

"Ryder." Charlie gulped.

"Yea?" I asked, as we walked to the meeting hall.

"They might not be ok with you doing this." He was being pure honest.

"I will do anything to save her." I grabbed his shoulders. "They will not find out she was kidnapped."

He nodded and lead me to the large stage. Everyone instantly stopped talking, to be honest you could probably hear a pin drop.

"Now, I gathered everyone here today, including the in prisoned pack, to merge the two." I paused.

"Where is Alpha Victoria?" A young child blurted out.

"Victoria is vary sick, and can't leave the house." I responded, keeping a straight face.

"Who are you?" The child's mother asked.

"Someone of great importance...." I trailed off. "Any wolves from the Silver Shadow Pack, planning one becoming rogue?"

"....." The crowd was silent.

"The two packs shall become one!" I yelled.

"But who are you?" The same woman asked.

"I'm pretty sure Victoria didn't want you to know yet." I sighed.

"Know what?" A chorus of voices erupted from the crowd.

"I am Victoria Winston's..." I was about to finish, when u felt an awful pain in my stomach.

The pack gasped and many stood to see what's wrong.

'Ryder.......' Her voice was quiet and weak.

'Princess.... What's going on!?!' I begged to know what was happening.

I cried out as the pain continued, and many of the pack members rushed over.

"Where is Mrs. Paisley!?!" One shouted.

'It hurts... Ryder...' She cried.

'I promise I will save you Princess.' I assured her.

"It's.... Victoria..." I slowly stood and dismissed the pack.

I rushed out back and searched for Charlie.

"We need to find her....." I continued. "Now!"
