Seokjin's POV

Since that day I have become increasingly curious, about what happened between Lisa and Mr. Park, because I know Jungkook isn't even that close to him, they're just colleagues, nothing more than that. Maybe I don't know how they are outside of work but they are not that close.

5 years is quite a long time in marriage, especially since they already have a beautiful daughter who is 5 years old, but that's interesting, his daughter's age is the same as their marriage age. But to be honest, Minji doesn't look like Jungkook, nothing looks the same on Minji's face. But I admit she's pretty and she's a smart kid.

Day after day passed, but Lisa never came to the office again, only Minji was seen coming with her grandmother and I'm sure it was Jungkook's mother, she was very beautiful and very kind to me. Why did this family make me fall in love? Except for Lisa of course.

"Morning Uncle Jin," Minji greeted me, ah smart girl, but I prefer to be called Appa.

"Hey baby girl, you look really pretty today,"

"Thank you, uncle," Minji smiled.

"Is Jungkook in there?" his mother said.

"Oh, I'm sorry Mrs. Jeon, but Mr. Jungkook is having a meeting outside the office, but you can wait for him inside," I opened the door for them and asked them to sit down.

"What do you want to drink Mrs. Jeon?"

"Oh no need, I won't be here long," his mother said.

"What about you princess? What do you want to drink? I have your favorite strawberry milk," I knelt in front of her.

"Yes please uncle" Minji said and I went out to get her milk, but when I came out I saw Jungkook who had just come out of the elevator.

"What are you doing in my room?" he says.

"Mrs. Jeon and Minji just came and I told them to wait inside, sir,"

"Ok, and can you stay late today?"

Do you know how I felt when he asked me? of course, I can!!!

"Yes, Sir,"

"Okay, then where are you going?" Hello Jeon Jungkook, I don't think you went to the meeting, did you hit your head somewhere?

"I'm going to the pantry to get milk for Minji, do you need something, sir?"

"Yeah, get me some coffee, can you make it a little less sweet?" He looked at me, oh god, he looked at me.

"Y-Yes sir," I said and he passed me, and entered his room, and his look was enough to make my heart flutter. Oh god Jeon Jungkook, you have to be responsible for what you do.

I kept smiling even when I made coffee for him, I made it with love so I hope he will feel it too. Ah, I'm nervous, calm down Seokjin, don't look too much or he will feel bad for you.

I walked into his room with milk and coffee on the tray. Knocked on the door before going inside and saw them sitting together, looking like they were talking about something serious, I saw a displeased look on his face.

"Excuse me, sir, this is your coffee, not too sweet, I hope you like it, and this is for you princess," I gave Minji strawberry milk, I could feel his gaze on me when I was in front of Minji.

"Thank you, Uncle," Minji said.

"Is there anything I can help you with, sir?"

"No, you can come out." He said without looking at me, just looking at Minji, what was that look? why does it hurt to see that look? I walked out of there and returned to my desk.

I leaned back in my chair and closed my eyes imagining what would happen tonight, oh god, this is the first time I've worked overtime with him after 2 years working with him. I hope something happens tonight, or I have to do something so he can't forget this night either.
