He is regarded as a criminal despite only stealing from other criminals. Inspector Carmelita fox demamds that he be caught for many crimes. Rumor around the office is that she is actually attracted to the thief and is too scared to ask him out.

His semblance is unknown as well but is speculated to be that he has all the knowledge from his ancestors that pertain to being a thief.

Little is actually known about him besides his up bringing. His family is known for pulling off the greatest heist and thefts and the last Cooper before Ryan was found murdered by 5 other faunus. It was never clear what they took. He grew up in an orphanage and met 2 other partners in crime. A turtle fauna who was paralyzed from the waist down. He is considered the wiz-tech of the group and is rivaled by no one in technology. The other is a big hippo faunus who is a heavy weight champion all over the world. He is the enforcer of the Group. They see each other as more of a family than a gang so getting information out of them to rat out the other would be very unlikely. After each heist he leaves his signature calling card of a racoon face at the site of the crime.

He cares about his reputation as much as he cares about his crew. As mentioned before they are like a family more than a gang. He moral code says that he only steals from the rich. He will do anything to get a job done as long as it doesn't involve hurting someone innocent.
