Three Years Later

Rai is eighteen years old and he was perform Tai chi as he was focusing his chi. Little did he know, Nagi was standing on the roof with a rope in her hand. She pulled it as a sack came out of nowhere. Rai's eyes shot open as he hit the bag with his fist. Nagi pulled another rope as two more the sacks came down. Rai kicked the two sacks while three one sacks came down. He was performing his martial arts. He was looking as two dummies appear out nowhere and he dodge the sack to grabbed his bow and took aim. He release two arrows as they hit their marks. 

Nagi: Now!

Rai turned his head as two females appeared out of nowhere with their weapons in hand.  One of them was a tall woman dressed in white as she was holding a sword in her hand. 

Then She attack Rai while Rai blocked her attack with is brass knuckles. He kicked her in the gut as he back away not knowing that there was another presence. It was a sixteen year old girl who was dressed in a green attire and she was about to sneak attack Rai from behind. Rai looked from the corner of his eye as he saw her.

Rai dodge her attack as he grabbed her wrist and he flipped her onto her back. She groaned in pain as he was pointed the poor girl's sword at her throat.

Jiwan: Enough!

Rai turned his head at Jiwan who was walking outside. I removed Chai's sword from her throat and helped her up. Then he handed her sword back to her.

Jiwan: Well done, Rai.  You have master all that we could teach you.

Rai: Thank you, Master Jiwan and Master Nagi.

The two master bow him as they started to head inside to get some grub. Jinsoyun was looking at Rai to see that he was getting stronger. He was looking at her as she quickly turned to eat her rice.  

Chai: So, what are you going to do now, Rai?

Rai: I don't know, Chai. I haven't thought that far ahead.

Jinsoyun: well, you can always stay here with us.

Jiwan: Well, all three of you became masters of your own right. So, I guess that we can open a dojo to teach other students. 

Nagi: That would be a great idea for them to teach other students.

They continued to each their lunch and once they were done, Rai was standing outside to look at the blue sky.  He was deep in thought about being a teacher even though he is only eighteen. 

Jiwan: Have deep thought about being a teacher.

Rai: Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of being a teacher. But I have this feeling that I am suppose to do something  different.

JIwan: I know how you feel. I felt that way when I found Jinsoyun.

They both stood there for a moment as Rai felt her hand resting on his left shoulder. 

The Next Day

It was morning and Rai, Chai, Jinsoyun, Jiwan, and Nagi were heading towards the docks. He was dressed in a yellow monk attire with his brass knuckles on his hands.

Jinsoyun: Wow, Rai. That outfit suits you well.

Rai: Thanks, JInsoyun. I feel like this was made just for me. 

Chai. So, where are we heading anyway?

Chai turned her head to look at Jiwan and Nagi.

Jiwan: We're heading to the United States. I have place reserved for us to live. That way we can train with  our hearts content. 

Rai: Wow, you like to think on your feet, Master.

Jiwan: I always do.

They all aboard the ship as it was heading out to sea. Rai was looking at the blue sky for a moment as he saw a couple of birds flying by. He let out a sighed as he was enjoying the day and both Chai and Jinsoyun were joining him.

At the Monastery 

San Te was instructing his students with some fighting moves. Then suddenly he heard the sound of the gong. He noticed that was the warning gong as he and the rest of the monks started to gathered at the front of the monastery with weapons in hand.  The abbot was walking out the meditation hall.

Then the door bust opened as a ton of group of warrior dressed in black with spider on their chest. Then they all jumped from the entrance and had their weapon ready. Then a man was walking through the doors as he was wearing a general spider gear as he was walking towards the monks as he was looking at them with one good eye.

???: Greetings young monks. I have come in search of a young boy that ended up on your shores.

San Te: Pray tell what young boy are you preferring to?

???: And you are?

San Te: My name is Master San Te. I am one of the masters here in this Monastery

Genshin: Well met, San Te. I am Genshin, I am the master and Leader of the Black Spider Ninja clan.

San Te: Ah, I see. So, what are your intention for this young boy?

Genshin: right, this young boy has a mark on his body that indicate that he is the direct descendant of the first Rai Ryugen. 

San Te: Descendant? No one have encounter a child like that.

Genshin scoffed.

Genshin: Spare me your lies. I know that this boy is here or should I say was here.

Genshin grinned as San Te's eyes widened as he pulled out his china three chinese nunchucks and he took his stance. Genshin unsheathed his sword as red electrical energy was coming off it. He was looking at his troops as they took their stances and so did the monks.

Genshin: Take him. Leave no survivors.

They all let out a battle cry as they all charge at one another and a huge fight broke out into the Monastery. Every monks and masters were putting their lives on the line to defend their home. Genshin was swinging his sword while San Te was blocking with the three nunchucks. He kicked Genshin in the gut. Genshin was looking at him as he was rubbing his stomach which caused him to grin.

Genshin: Incredible. You are going to be a difficult opponent.

San Te: Tell me why do you seek the boy.

Genshin: Isn't it obvious? That boy is going to face off against the great one. The chaos bringer, the Sovereign of shadow and despair, the wielder of the great chaos sword, Faust. The one and only Nightmare.

San Te: So, your hoping to start up the great fight. The battle between light and chaos. 

Genshin: Yes, We, the spider ninja clan will kill the boy to ensure that the great one will make a place for us in his new world. 

San Te: you are crazy to believe that. Nightmare is true monster. He will kill anyone and anything that stands in his way.

Genshin: Enough talk! Time to settle things with our weapons.

Genshin charge for San Te as he swung his three nunchucks at him. Genshin blocked with his sword and claw. He tried to slice San Te, but San Te dodge Genshin's blade. Abbot was watching as some of the monks were being killed before his eyes. Then he noticed that some of the ninja was charging for him.

Spider Ninja !: Kill the old man.

Then the Abbot pulled out a bo-staff and he strike the ninjas. He blocked their attacks and he brought his staff down on them which shattered their bones. They cough up blood as they died. Genshin was looking at Abbot. He kicked San Te in the gut as he brought his hilt down on the back of San Te's head. The Abbot jump into the battle as he used his staff to hit Genshin's hand and hit him in the gut.

Abbot: Get out of here, San Te. Warn the boy.

San Te: I can't you to die, Abbot. 

Abbot: It's the will of Buddha that I lay down my life to protect a young boy from these monsters of hell. Now go!

The Abbot pushed San Te out the door of the monastery. He turned his attention to Genshin who was glaring at him. Then Monastery was catching fire as the Abbot ready his staff. Genshin did the same as the both of them started toc charge at each other. San Te was running as he was looking back at the Monastery. He knew that he had abandon his brethren to die. 

San Te: (thought) *There no time for me to mourn them. I need to warn the other to get out of the country before they find him.*  

=== New York ===

The boat arrive in America as it dock at the shipport of New York City. Chai, Jinsoyun, and Rai were awe at the sight of the city.  They all gather this stuff as they exited the ship. Rai was looking around to see that city was huge. Jiwan and Nagi both were smiling at their students and they were walking. 

Rai noticed that their masters started leaving and he quickly followed after them. As he was running, he accidentally bumped into a woman with long blonde hair and she was wearing a american bikini top and jean pants. She was adjusting her cowgirl hat as she was looking at him with a grin.

Rai: I'm so sorry, Ms...

???: Don't sweat it, handsome. I mean it's not everyday I get bump into by a cute guy. I take it that you're new in town.

Rai: Country actually.

???: Oh, where you're from.

Rai: Japan.

Tina: Ooh I would love to go there. I'm Tina by the way.

Rai: Rai Ryugen.

Tina: Nice to meet you, Rai.

Chai: Hey Rai! What's the hold up?!

Rai: coming!

He was looking back at Tina.

Rai: Sorry.

Tina: Don't worry about it. We'll see each other again.

Rai smiled as he ran after his friends while Tina was looking at him as she was licking her lips. She watch them leave and she was looking at the blue sky.

Tina: Oh, I will most definitely gonna see you again, handsome.

Rai and the others arrive at an abandoned dojo and Jiwan put her key into the door as he open it.  The place need a real fixer upper as they all placed their bags on the ground. Nagi was looking at the three student. 

Nagi: Well, we can get this place fix up in no time if we all work together.

Rai: I see that happening.

Jinsoyun and Chai: Really?

Jiwan: Well, at least two people see the bright side of everything. Now, get to work while Nagi go grabbed some food for tonight's meal.

Both Jinsoyun and Chai groaned as the three of them started to get to work on the place. Rai was taking down some of worn out blinds and replace it with beautiful Curtains. JInsoyun was sweeping the floors. Chai was dusting the ceiling from cobwebs and dust. She was wiping her brow from how hot. Rai dumped some trash that was piling up in the back of the room. 

It took awhile for them to get the place clean up, but the entire dojo was spotless. Rai was laying a floor mats around the dojo, Jinsoyun was putting up Kendo sticks, Nunchucks, sais, tonfas, bo-staffs. bows, and traditional dojo banners. Chai was cleaning down the windows from both inside and outside. Rai came outside and tapped her on the shoulder.

Rai: Why don't the three of us take a break. Master Jiwan and Master Nagi should be returning with the food.

Chai: Right.

They both head back inside and started to relax in the back room. Then Jiwan and Nagi came back with food for their students. Once they came inside, they both were in awe at how well their students did to the Dojo. Rai, Jinsoyun, and Chai came out of the back room.

Jiwan: Wow. I am impressed that the three of you had gotten this place clean up.

Nagi: Yes. I never thought that this place would be this spotless.

Rai: Well, you did say that we had to work together to get this place clean.

Nagi: *Giggled* That's true. 

Jiwan: Now, I bet you three are starving from all that hrd work.

Jiwan set the food down which it was chinese food. They all started to grab the food and place them on the table. They all started eating as they discuss plans for how to attract students and raise the money to keep their dojo open.

Rai: why don't we have a expo between the three of us.

Jiwan: I great idea. That might attract a bigger crowd.

Rai got up and walked out of the room to leave the girls to discuss more of the idea. He came back to the main room to see a Asian gentleman dressed in a grey button up shirt but it was left open with a white t-shirt and a gold chain showing and he was wearing black jeans and flat shoes. 

???: Yo, I like this setup you got, dwag. It's tight, it's tight. 

Rai: Can I help you? 

Pinball: Oh yeah, the name's Pinball. And I am looking for some potential fighters to show off their skills. And I was walking by and I noticed some major setup here. I thought ot myself to check you guys out.

Rai: Look Mr. Pinball..

Pinball: No, need for the Mr.

Rai: Well, Pinball. Our teachings and skill are use for self defenese no bragging rights.

Pinball: I understand. Gotta stay pure all that shit.

Rai: Language.

Pinball: Sorry. But I would like to see what you can do. You see I got this friend who is going around town challenging some folks to test his strength, y'know. So, he saw your dojo and he wanted to challenge the owner of this dojo.

Rai was looking at Pinball.

Rai: Who is this challenger?

Pinball walked over to the window and he signal a person that was standing outside the dojo. It turns out to be a work with dark skinned woman with white hair that braided. 

???: this is the owner of this Dojo.

Pinball: I think so, why don't you test him, Dolores.

Dolores took her stances as Rai was looking at her. He could tell that this woman was more skilled in fighting. Before he could react, she was too fast for him, but he blocked an incoming fist. He was knocked back by the powerful punch.  He ready his stance as Dolores did the same.

Dolores: I never thought that someone like you would block my attack that easily.

Rai: You caught me off guard, but I am ready now.

They both were sizing each other up as they both lunged at each other. Dolores tried to kick him, but Rai blocked it as he felt a strong impact of her kicks. He tried to give Dolores a right hook. She jumped back to dodge it fist which the dark skinned woman felt the force of his attack which cut open her tube top.

Dolores: Oh my.

Rai blushed as he looked away from the dark skinned woman.

Rai: Maybe we should stop until you get more suitable clothes.

Dolores: Aw, how sweet of you. Most man like you just want to see more skin. 

She giggled as Rai just turned his back to the woman. Then he looked at the glass to see Dolores coming up behind him. Before he could react he was kicked in the back which send him flying into the glass. It shattered which Jinsoyun, Chai, Nagi, and Jiwan came into the room. The four of them saw Rai laying on the ground with glass in his arms and sides. They all looked at Dolores who was walking over to Pinball who gave her a spare shirt.

Jiwan: Who are you? Why did you attack my student.

Pinball: I wanted to see that this guy got potential to see a big picture. 

Chai: Bastard.

She was getting ready to attack but Jiwan raised her hand to stop her student. She was looking at Pinball and Dolores, but mostly at Dolores. She could tell that something was off about her. Nagi went to Rai's side as she started to treat Rai's wound.  She helped him up as he was looking at Pinball and Dolores while he was panting.

Pinball: I have to say that guy do have some skill to keep up with my home girl Dolores. Tell ya what, when you get better meet me at this address and I would like to see more that talent.

He was placed a card on the counter as he and Dolores took their leave. Chai glared at Dolores as she was beyond pissed that she had hurt her best friend. Once they leave, Chai walked over to the counter. She was looking at the two masters.

Chai: what are we going to do?

Jiwan: What are you talking about?

Chai: those two just assaulted Rai. We need to retaliate.

Nagi: Have you forgotten the teachings of the Abbot. We don't seek battle unprevoke.

Nagi helped Rai to the back.

Chai: But----

Jiwan: That's enough, Chai. Right now, we need to take care of Rai.

Jiwan and Jinsoyun walked to the back to help Nagi with treating Rai's wounds. Chai was looking at the card and she turned the card over to see that the back of it has a street address. 

Time Skip

Rai woke as he was looking to see that he was in his room. He was looking at his arms to see that they were bandaged up. He was looking at the dresser of his gi. He walked over to it and picked to see that it was ruin. He sighed as he pulled it off the dresser and into the trash, but he saw that there was a fresh set of clothes for him to wear.

Rai: This might be a good time to wear these.

He put them on and walked out into the kitchen where he saw Jinsoyun eating some grapes. He was looking around for Jiwan and Nagi.

Rai: Hey, Soyun.

Jinsoyun: Hey, how you feeling?

Rai: I've been better. But I am not too crazy about the soreness. Where is Master Jiwan and Master Nagi?

Jinsoyun: Oh, they went to get us dinner.

He looked around to see that Chai wasn't in the room. He was looking back at Jinsoyun who popped another grape in her mouth.

Rai: Where's Chai?

Jinsoyun: Probably in her room sulking.

Rai walked towards Chai room and he knocked on the door a few time. 

Rai: Hey Chai, I was wondering if I could come in. 

He didn't get a respond as he slowly open the door as he poke his head inside Chai's room. He noticed that she wasn't in her room, but he saw a window open. He was looking out of the window to see that ladder was used. He ran back into the kitchen as Jinsoyun who was looking at him.

Jinsoyun: What's wrong?

Rai: We need to go right now.

Rai ran out of the kitchen as Jinsoyun followed him which she was confused with what's going on.  They both were running out into the streets to look for Chai.

Jinsoyun: What's going on?

Rai: Chai was in her room. She snuck out before anyone knew. 

Jinsoyun: She probably looking for that Dolores person.

Rai was looking at Jinsoyun.

Rai: Why would she do that?

Jinsoyun: I don't know but I do know that she wants to get even with her for hurting you.

Rai: That's the most dumbest idea to have. I accepted the match and I lost to he because she was stronger than me.

Jinsoyun: Well, we don't know what's going on in her head. But we need to find her before she do something stupid.

They both continue running down the street until a car pulled up in front of them as they both jump back which the car stopped. Then the driver came out of the car. 

Tina: Dumbasses! Do you two have a death wish or... oh Rai it's you.

Rai: Hi Tina, do you think that we could get a ride. 

Tina: Sure where to? 

They both got into Tina's car as she drove off.

Tina: So, what's you're saying that you gotten your ass handed to you and your friend went out to get your honor back. 

Rai: Yeah, but she is doing this stupid stunt.

Tina: Well, if I am correct about that guy description that you two told me about. It must have been Pinball. I know where she is heading.

She took a hard right turned and headed towards the location.

Chai was walking up to a large crowd that was cheering. She made her way through the crowd to get a view of what they're cheering. She saw African American male who was beating the Caucasian male into the ground. Then she spotted Pinball who pulling the African American male off.

Pinball: Yo Hummer, that's enough! It's over!

Hammer was looking at Pinball as he walked away. Pinball just sighed because he was looking at the crowd.

Pinball: Well, looks like there will be no other fighters. The one person that earned his spot for the World Tournament is the---

Chai: Pinball!

Pinball turned his head to look at Chai who was walking up to him. He shook his head.

Chai: Where is she?

Pinball: Shit! What the hell are you doing here?

Chai: Where is Dolores?

Pinball: Well, she's not here. So, you better get out of here before something bad happen to ya.

Chai: I'm not leaving until you bring me Dolores. She needs to pay for what she did to my friend.

Pinball: I wish I could, but she long gone. She and other female fighters just secured their places. 

Chai: So, put me in the line up. I want my hands on her.

Pinball: I cannot do that. There are rules. As you can see that this is the men bout right now. 

Hammer: Pinball. If this bitch gonna continue to delay my spot, I'm gonna beat the living shit out you and her.

Pinball: Just a moment, Hammer. *Looked at Chai* Look, you need to leave.

Chai: *Looked at Hammer* What did you just call me?

Pinball: Oh lord.

Hammer smiled as he was looking at her from head to toe.

Hammer: I call you a bitch. Now, get the hell on somewhere.

Chai: I take that the only way for me to get to Dolores is beating this guy?

Pinball: I mean yeah but this is the men division. And I don't recommend it.

Chai: Will have him pegging for his mother in ten second.

Pinball just sighed because he knew that Chai wasn't going to change her mind. He was looking at the Hammer. He was looking back at the crowd and he swallow his pride to grant her wish.

Pinball: Well, looks like we got a new fighter and she is not backing down. She want to fight the Hammer for the spot for the tournament. *Looked at Chai* Shit what do they call you. 

Chai: Chai.

Pinball: Alright you muthafuckas, The new fighter has called out The Hammer. She may be young but she ain't shy. Judging by she move them thighs. She gonna make ya'll cry. Give it up for my home girl, Chai!

Chai was doing her stretches while Hammer was glaring at her. He knew that he was going to put her in her place. Chai took her fighting stance while Hammer raised his dukes. Pinball was looking at Chai.

PInball: (Whispered) Look, this is your last chance to walk away from this. Forget about Dolores because you are not in her league. 

Chai looked at him.

Chai: I will not.

PInball sighed.

Pinball: Knuckle up.

Then Hammer let out a battle cry as he tried to swing a right hook at Chai. Chai dodge it as she followed up with a sidekick into the ribs. He was looking at Chai and punched in her in the face. Chai groaned in pain as she was holding her cheek as she stumble to get a couple distance from the Hammer. Pinball just shook his head as he watch Chai trying to punch the Hammer. Hammer caught both of her fist and gave her a hard headbutt.

Hammer: I told you I was gonna beat your ass, bitch. Hahhhh!!!

Tina's car pulled up to the sight as Tina, Rai, and JInsoyun got out of the car. The three of them shut the doors and jogged to the crowd. 

Rai: Let us through. 

Man 1: This is a private party.

Man 2: Yeah, why don't you take your two whores and get the hell out of here, friend.

The young gentleman placed his hand on Rai shirt. Rai knew that there was no time to waste to argue. He grabbed one of the gentlemen's hand and twisted it which caused the gentleman to scream out in pain. Rai gave the other one a roundhouse kick to the face. He flipped the gentleman on his back before he kicked in neck.

Tina: Damn this guy is good.

Jinsoyun: Yup. He is one of the best fighter in our class.

Rai was looking at more guys jumped in as both Tina and Jinsoyun join in as well. Pinball hear the fighting as one of his employees were recording the fighting from Rai. He was getting all the details of the fights. Rai was kicking a couple of guys in the face. He gave the quick jabs at the third into the ribs. 

Jinsoyun was blocking a incoming fist and she kicked the guy in the gut and brought her elbow  down on his back. Tina did a spinkick which knocking out three dudes. She was grabbed from behind by a dark skinned male before she brought the back of  her head into the guy's face. It broke his nose. 

Rai: Chai! Chai!

Chai: Rai.

She was got punched in the face again as she was knocked on her back. Hammer spread his arms as he was going to finish the job. Rai saw him raising both of his fists. Then he ran towards the fight. Jinsoyun was right in the direction of the fight. She brought both of hands together and crouch down. Rai was running at top speed and when he brought his foot on Jinsoyun's hand, she pushed him up into the sky. He jumped over everyone's head and drop kick the Hammer before he could hit Chai.

Pinball: Holy shit!

Rai: Chai, are you alright!

Hammer got up to see that he was kicked by Rai. Rai had his back towards him as he was checking on Chai. She had several bruises on her body. The Hammer was stalking Rai as he was getting ready to hit him from behind. Chai saw him from her good eye. 

Chai: Look out!

Rai turned his head as move Chai and himself out of the way as he was looking at Pinball as he tossed her over to him.

Rai: Keep her safe while I clean up this mess.

Pinball: Right dawg.

Rai took his stances as the Hammer tries to hit him but Rai blocked his arm. Then he counter it as he hit him in the ribs. He groan as he used his left arm as Rai blocked it and hit him in the left part of his ribs.  Rai gave the Hammer three dragon spin kicks which the kicks was knocking him off balance for a bit. The Hammer noticed that his vision was getting blurry as he shook his head.

Hammer: Bastard!!

Rai: You hurt my friend. I don't take kindly for anyone hurting my friends.

He brought his leg down on the Hammer's right leg as it was broken while he groan. Hammer dropped to the ground as Rai brought his leg up and he was looking at Hammer. He knew that this was going to show him not to mess with is friends/family. Then he brought his heel down on Hammer's head which caused him to hit the concrete hard knocking him out cold.

Pinball: Shit! That was dope, man. I have never seen you fight like that before.

Rai: Well, this is the only time you get to see it. 

Pinball was about say something but he shut up as he saw that all the guys were knocked out by Jinsoyun and Tina. Rai picked Chai and carried her bridal style. He was walking towards the car while both Tina and Jinsoyun was following him. 

Pinball watch them drove off and he was looking at crew. His phone rang as he pulled it out to look at the caller ID. He pressed the button to answer it as he placed it to his ear.

Pinball: Hello. Oh hello, ma'am. Yes, ma'am we got some potential fighters for the tournament. And I have found a good fighter that might pique your interest. We got all the fight on camera. Oh, you will be here to collect the videos. I could take to this fighter when you get here.

Time Skip

Rai was crushing an ice pack and walked over to Chai who was being treated by Nagi. Jiwan was glaring at her for stupidity and foolishness.

Jiwan: What was you thinking going out there?!

Chai: I wanted to get back that Dolores woman for hurting Rai. Ow!

Nagi: Hold still.

Nagi apply rubbing alcohol to Chai bruises.

Jiwan: You could've gotten yourself and the others kill. 

Rai walked over to her and place the ice pack on Chai's swollen right eye. Chai used her free hand to hold it in place.

Rai: You didn't have to do that. 

Chai: I know but I wanted to. That woman wasn't fighting fair.

While Jiwan continue scolding, a limo pulled in front of the Dojo. Jinsoyun was looking at several guards came out as one of them was open the door until a woman with blonde hair came out of limo. She was walking into the Dojo. She was dressed into the white shirt and red pants. 

Jinsoyun: Can I help you?

???: Yes, I am looking for a man name Rai. I was told that he would be here.

Jinsoyun: And you are?

Geese: Oh my apologies. My name is Geese Howard and I am one of the overseers of a upcoming tournament. I watched the match with the Hammer which I was impressive with his handy work.

JInsoyun: Sorry but we will not be taken part in your tournament. Please leave.

Rai, Chai, Nagi and Jiwan walked out into the main room and they were looking at Geese. She turned her attention to Rai and she smiled.  She turned to face as she was bow to him which Rai did the same.

Geese: You must be Rai. It's an honor to meet you for the first time.

Rai: I honor as well, but you have me at a disadvantage Ms...

Geese: Geese and I was talking with your friend here about an upcoming Tournament. I believe that you have earn your place as a contestant. 

Jiwan: What business does my student need for a tournament such as yours?

Geese: Well, it's these Tournament where warriors from around the world coming to battle it out for the top spot to claim the title "Master of Iron Fists" and I believe that your student here might make his way to the top. 

JIwan was looking at Rai before turned her attention back to Geese. She knew that she isn't the type to show off her students. Geese was looking around the Dojo and smiled.

Geese: Well, I would like to sponsor your Dojo into our tournament and if your student wins, I guarantee that you will have more disciples at your doorstep.

Jiwan: Well, we do wish to have more students to teach. But the decision falls down to Rai because this is his choice.

Rai thought for a moment as he was looking at his friends and mentors. He knew that this was the only to get their teaching out to the world.
