He ran and ran as fast as he could nonstop, he has been running for minutes to get there. His legs began to tire out but his will to save his friends prevented him from stopping. Sweat began to slide down on his forehead to his chin then it drips. The clock tower is now visible to him while simultaneously a roar had occurred.

He ran through the trees and finally reached his destination panting, he stopped, shocked at the scenery he is seeing. Just like the event shown in his dream before, the only difference is that it's a few moments away to it happening and it's real. He hastily scans the area in front of him to see no sign of Sheele. He wonders, then he heard a familiar voice.

"Koro! Squeeze her!!" He looks to the side where the voice is and saw Seryu.

Mine was grabbed by Koro and started to squeeze her. She screamed in pain, he is about to attack but his legs felt heavy and couldn't stand properly. Sheele immediately goes to her and cuts Koro's arm off, releasing Mine. Out of nowhere, Y/N immediately appeared in front of Sheele and Mine and blocked the bullet from Seryu with his sword.

Both Mine and Sheele were surprised by his sudden appearance. He looks at the two, still wearing the cloak and mask, his eyes were slightly visible to them.

"Run." He said.

"Grr, another evil being appeared. Koro finish all of them now!!" Seryu yelled.

Koro tries to land a strong punch on Y/N but he jumps back grabbing Mine and Sheele. She loose her grip on Extase.

"Get out of here now!! I'll take care of it!" He yells.

"But what ab-" He cut off Mine's sentence.

"Just go!!" He was visibly pissed.

Sheele and Mine just look at him in a worried way but ran off like he said. Y/N put all his focus on the Teigu, and at its user Seryu.

"Running off like cowards? Hahaha! Justice will always preserve! Since you're the famous Master of Silence, we will just end you here and now and bring justice for the people you've killed!" Seryu stated.

"You keep talking about justice but sided with evil. That face you make when facing an enemy is no different to what an evil person would be.... You lunatic." He said coldly.

"Koro, kill him!!" Seryu commanded and began shooting.

He managed to block some bullets but due to Koro attack him it made it difficult for him that some bullets manage to hit him by the arm and leg.

"Augh, dammit!" He yelled.

Seryu made a sinister grin as she continues to fire at him. Y/N jumps towards Koro and stab him with his sword. This made him roar and swing his body in order to get it out of him. He grabs his pistol while still hanging on to Koro and then shoot him in the eye. He pulls his sword and leaped away from him. Koro's eye began to regenerate back as he roars once again. He runs around avoiding every attack the pair made as he finds a way to attack Koro without getting hurt. Because of the injured leg, he wasn't running normally like he usually does, Kora was able to land a hit on him with sent him to a tree. He leaned his back on the tree as Koro slowly approach him.

"There's no way for you to escape now. Finish him off!!" Seryu yelled.

Koro roared, his hand was about to grab him but Y/N immediately stands up despite the injury he has and sliced off his arm. This made him roar again and just stand there.

"See you later..." He groans in pain and ran off in to the trees. Leaving the Sheele's Teigu behind.

"He attempted to escape! Get him!" One of the guards who were there said.

He run as fast as he could to get away from them. Every step he makes made his pain worse. He holds his upper left torso as he continues to run. Once that the guards weren't able to catch up to him, he hides in the woods and lean on a tree. His back slide down as she sat there, he was panting, groaning in pain.

"It's been a while since I felt this pain...." He said to himself.

Removing his mask, he tried to stop the bleeding of some of his wounds with a handkerchief. After that he just sit there, tired, not bothering to move at all. He grabs the pocket watch from his pocket and saw that it's two in the morning. He sighs, he thought of how to get back to base without being noticed by the Imperial gaurds. The boy suddenly started to get dizzy. Just then, he heard some footsteps. He immediately grab his pistol and aim it around.

"Show yourself if you don't want to be shoot!" He yelled then winced in pain afterwards.

The footsteps became louder and louder until the person finally shows up to him.

"Y/N! I'm glad I found you!" Akame immediately goes to him and helped him stand up.

"How..... did you find me?" He ask rather quietly.

"All of us were searching for you after we heard what you did from Mine and Sheele." She explained.

"Are they all right?" He asked. His vision started to get blurry.

"Yes. Now let's go back to the others." She said.

"That's...... good..." He said a bit off.

Every second, his vision gets more blurry until he passed out. Akame immediately goes back to the rest and all of them went back to base.

My eyes open slowly and blinked a couple of times. I was in my room, lying on my bed, I tried to sit up but I felt a sharp pain on the upper side of my torso causing myself to wince in pain and remain lying here. I raise my right arm and scan it, it has some few bandages wrapped around it.

"I didn't fail...." I muttered with a smile.

I look at the window and saw that it's daylight, meaning I've been only asleep for a couple of hours. My mask is and pistol were on the table beside my bag but my cloak was missing. The door then opens to reveal Bulat holding a tray of food, when he saw me awake and smiled widely.

"Glad you're alive, Y/N!" He said.

"Hey there, bro." I said.

"Here, Akame made breakfast for you so you gotta eat up if you want to recover sooner." He said standing beside me.

I slowly sit up from my bed enduring the pain and Bulat placed the food in front of me.

"Bulat, Najenda is calling for you." Lubbock appeared by the door.

Me and Bulat look at him and when he saw me awake he sighs.

"If you're going to act all heroic, at least to come back not severely injured." He said.

"I will. Heheh." I chuckled awkwardly.

"Make sure you eat that okay?" Bulat winks at me and the two of them exited my room.

My right hand was about to grab the spoon but I suddenly felt a sharp pain on my arm that I'm unable to move it.

"Just great.." I said sighing.

I look around the room and saw that my sword is beside me leaning on the bed. I grab it with my left hand and began to reach for my bag. Once I finally got it I took out my journal, I put the bag and sword on the floor and began reading. My handwriting was small enough to make me continue writing in my journal for six years and it still has some lots of blank pages left for me to write. I smile as I read those parts where I really enjoyed those times. The door was once again opened and this time Sheele was the one who is there.

"Hi Sheele, do you need anything?" I asked closing my journal and placing it on the table.

"I just wanted to check if you are okay, and also wanted to say thanks for saving us." She said closing the door and sitting on the side of the bed.

"There's no need to thank me, I did it because it's what I promised." I said smiling.

I look at my food and attempted to grab the spoon once again with my right hand. Just like the result before, I gave and didn't bother to eat.

"Here, I'll feed you." Sheele grabs the tray of food and puts the spoonful of food in front of me.

I only sighed and let her feed me. Sheele seem normal on feeding me but I was embarrassed that a tint of pink appeared on my cheeks.

"How are you by the way?" I asked her.

"I only had a few minor injuries but other than that I'm fine." She said.

"I'm sorry I left your Teigu behind." I said.

"You don't have to worry about that right now. I'm sure we'll be able to retrieve it back." She said.

"Yeah I guess." I said.

"Hey, Y/N. You don't mind if I do this to you right?" She ask.

I look at confused.

"What do you m-" I was cut off by her leaning close to me and planting her lips to mine.

My eyes widen. After seconds, she pulls away and blushed.

"I guess I don't mind that at all." I said smiling with a blush.
