"Please." Pakura asked as Ash eyes were closed resting

"No." Ash said making her whined pulling his arm while kissing his cheek

"Alright." Ash said in defeat as Pakura smiled as he let him and went outside

"Ho-Oh Lend me you aura." Ash called out as Ho-Oh came out of her Pokéball

"Go Latias." Pakura called sending her Latias as it cooed ready for battle

"Ho-Oh Sacred Fire." Ash called out with a smirk

"Latias Mist Ball." Pakura said with a smirk

Few Minute Later

"Latias return." Pakura said as Ash smiled as he recalled Ho-Oh just as Yvetal approached

"Chosen one." Yvetal said with a smirk as Ash smirked back

"Xerneas I choose you!" Ash exclaimed, throwing out Xerneas' PokéBall. The ball opened, releasing a brilliant pink light. As the light died down the Life Pokemon appeared in front of Ash. Xerneas looked around for a moment, before turning its head to look at Ash.

"Chosen One, why have you called upon me?" Xerneas asked in a confused tone.

"Because of him." Ash said pointing behind Xerneas.

"What are you," Xerneas stopped speaking when it spotted Yveltal. The Life Pokemon immediately started to glare at the Destruction Pokemon. "Oh, it's you. What could you possibly want?"

"I wish to battle you again, Xerneas. If you can defeat me again, I shall follow the Chosen One on his noble journey." Yveltal explained, earning a smirk from Xerneas.

"If you want to lose again so badly, I'll accept your silly battle." Xerneas said, its antlers glowing in the sunlight. "But be warned, I don't plan on holding anything back."

"Good, I want you to be going all out when I defeat you." Yveltal said, as it propelled itself into the air. "Let's get started, shall we?"

"I'm ready to begin when you are Chosen One." Xerneas said, turning its head to look at Ash.

"Alright! I'm ready to kick some ass!" Ash exclaimed, as a grin spread across his face. "Xerneas start this battle off with Geomancy." The Life Pokemon began to glow bright green, as it gathered energy from the surrounding area.

"HA! You left yourself wide open!" Yveltal roared, flapping its wings and firing a massive beam of red energy.

"That's Oblivion Wing! Xerneas you have to dodge!" Ash yelled, as the red beam raced towards Xerneas.

"Fool Xerneas cannot move while gathering energy. I shall strike the first blow!" Yveltal said, uttering a dark chuckle.

But to Yveltal's complete shock, Xerneas jumped out of Oblivion Wing's path right before it hit. The Destruction Pokemon snarled, when he noticed Xerneas chewing on something.

"I guess you didn't know that Xerneas had a white herb, did you?" Ash asked with a wide smirk. Yveltal only growled in reply, as it circled over Xerneas and Ash. "Xerneas retaliate with Thunder."

Sparks formed between Xerneas' antlers, as it gathered electrical energy. After a few moments the electricity began to course throughout Xerneas' entire body. Once it had gathered enough electricity, Xerneas fired a blinding stream of electricity at Yveltal. Since it was enhanced by Geomancy, Thunder was even larger and much more powerful. Despite its size, Yveltal was very fast and nimble. The Destruction Pokemon had managed to dodge most of the attack, but some stray electricity had clipped its massive wings.

"Damn it! That hurt!" Yveltal grunted out, as it felt the sting of the electricity in his wing.

"Oh, should I stop then?" Xerneas asked in a condescending tone.

"Let's see you talk in that tone after I beat you!" Yveltal roared, sending powerful shockwaves through the air.

"AH! That's Hyper Voice." Ash said through clenched teeth, as he covered his ears. "X-Xerneas use G-Gravity."

The Life Pokemon roared, as its antlers began to glow bright white. Seconds later the entire area was filled with an intense amount of gravity. Ash and Xerneas managed to stay standing on shaky legs, while the rest of the group was forced to the ground. The massive amount of gravity stopped Yveltal's attack, and sent the legendary Pokemon crashing into the ground. Yveltal grunted, as it strained against the gravity forcing it to the ground. With great effort, Yveltal managed to lift its head off the ground, its eyes glowing bright blue.

"Oh no! That's Psychic!" Ash yelled, as he watched Xerneas get lifted into the air. The Life Pokemon had no time to prepare, before it was slammed into the ground repeatedly by Yveltal.

After a few moments Yveltal stopped smashing Xerneas into the ground, and dropped its head to back to the ground. The Destruction Pokemon was panting heavily, as it watched Xerneas struggle get back onto its feet.

"Come on Xerneas! I know you can do this!" Ash exclaimed, trying to encourage the injured legendary Pokemon. Inspired by its trainer's words, Xerneas gave a mighty roar and stood back up.

"Damn it! I was hoping that would keep you down until this gravity wore off." Yveltal grunted out, as it again began to fight against the gravity holding it down.

"Xerneas use Moonblast!" The Life Pokemon snorted, as it began to gather fairy energy from the surrounding area. A rapidly spinning pink sphere started to in front of Xerneas' mouth. Once the sphere was large enough, Xerneas fired it at Yveltal. The pink sphere flew towards the Destruction Pokemon, but before Moonblast could hit Gravity wore off. With the Gravity no longer holding it down, Yveltal pushed itself off the ground and took to at the worst possible time." Xerneas said, watching Yveltal circle overhead.

"Heh, I'll to make sure you don't do that again." Yveltal said, as its eyes began to flow blue.

"What's he do-GAH!" Xerneas grunted in pain, as Yveltal's move hit.

"Xerneas, what did Yveltal do?" Ash asked, worry evident in his voice.

"The sneaky bastard used Disable, now I can't use Gravity on him again." Xerneas replied, glaring at Yveltal.

"That's fine, we'll don't need that move to win. Xerneas use Aurora Beam!"

The air around Xerneas began to chill, as it charged up Aurora Beam. After a few more moments, Xerneas fired a beautiful stream of rainbow colored ice energy at Yveltal. Still sluggish from the effects of Gravity, Yveltal was too slow to dodge the attack. Aurora Beam hit dead on, and sent the Destruction Pokemon crashing to the ground. Xerneas walked up to the downed legendary Pokemon, and saw that it was barely conscious.

"It doesn't look like he can continue fighting. Looks like we've won this battle." Xerneas said, turning its head to look at Ash.

"Well alright! Great job Xerneas!" Ash exclaimed with a grin, patting the large legendary Pokemon's leg.

"Damn you Xerneas." Yveltal said weakly, turning its head to look at the Life Pokemon. "I really thought that I could beat you this time."

"Better luck next time, my old friend." Xerneas said with a small smile.

"Oh I will beat you next time!" Yveltal yelled, making Xerneas chuckle.

"Whatever you say buddy. If you ever want to battle me again, all you have to do is ask." Xerneas said, before Ash returned him to his PokéBall just as he threw a Master Ball onto Yvetal.

"Ash." Pakura asked as Ash turned to see Pakura on the floor as he helped her up just as more Pokémon came as Both were amazed seeing twelve rare Pokémon

"Genesect," Ash breathed out as a red Genesect stepped forward.

"Hello Chosen One, it has been awhile." The red colored Genesect said as it kneeled before Ash.

All the other Genesect followed the leader's example, and bowed in front of Ash.

"Okay guys," Ash said as he scratched the back of his head in embarassment. "There's no need for that."

The red Genesect quirked it's head before it stood back up.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you Chosen One." The lead Genesect said as it bowed it's head.

"You didn't offend me," Ash said as he chuckled. "You just kinda embarrassed me."

"Oh," The red Genesect said as it raised it's head. "Sorry for embarrassing you."

"It's alright," Ash said with a grin.

"Ash what exactly are these things?" Lillie asked as she walked up next to Ash.

"These are Genesect," Ash explained as he patted the lead Genesect on it's head. "They were an extinct race of Pokemon. But Team Plasma in Unova revived a bunch of them, and tried to turn them into weapons. That's why they have those late cannons on their backs."

"That's awful!" Mallow exclaimed as she looked at the group of Genesect with sad eyes.

"Yeah, we ran into a group of Genesect in New Tork City. They were lead by that red one. After they caused a bit of trouble, we managed to find them a new home away from the city." Pakura explained as she petted one of the Genesect.

"And I can't thank you enough for that," The lead Genesect said as it turned it's head to look at Pakura. "Thanks to you all, our population has started to thrive. Our numbers are starting to slowly grow little by little."

"That's great to hear!" Ash said with a smile. "Actually, if you're here than where is the first Genesect I met in New Tork City?"

"He is back at the hive," The red Genesect explained as it turned back to look at Ash. "He shall be leading in my absence."

"Absence?" Ash echoed with a confused look on his face.

"Yes, I have come to stand by your side Lord Ash. I am greatly honored to do so." The lead Genesect said as it bowed slightly.

"Okay, awesome!" Ash said with a toothy grin. "But what about all these other Genesect." Ash said as he gestured to the other Genesect.

"I think it's time that some of our kind interacts with humans. If you'll have them, they'll gladly be your friend's Pokemon." The red Genesect said making everyone go wide eyed.

Ash turned to his group and pulled out several Master Balls.

"It's up to you guys." Ash said as he held out his hand.

"Hell yeah I want one!" Lillie cheered as she ran up, and grabbed a Master Ball.

"After seeing what these things can do in New Tork City, I definitely want to train one." Pakura said as she rushed forward and grabbed a Master Ball.

"I want one as well," Emelia said as she too grabbed a Master Ball.

"Huh?" Thanos said as he put down his Pokedex. "Well bug and steel types aren't really my forte, but I'd love the opportunity to train such a rare Pokemon." Thanos then walked up to Ash and grabbed a Master Ball from his hand.

"Ah! I can't wait to think of Battle strategies using a Genesect!" Alex cheered as he snatched up a Master Ball.

"Well," Lana said as she shivered slightly. "I may not be a big fan of bug-types, but these guys are kinda cute. In their own special way." Lana walked up and hesitantly grabbed a Master Ball from Ash's hand.

"I'm thrilled that I'll have the opportunity to study these Pokemon." Tobias said as he swiped a Master Ball.

"I can wait to try them in a battle." Serena said with a smile as she grabbed one of the Master Balls.

"I have no idea what these things are, but they're awesome!" Mallow cheered as she quickly grabbed a Master Ball.

There were still three Master Ball in Ash's hand. Ash looked at Sawyer who was standing slightly away from the group he nodded as Sawyer took one and just as Shadow took one silently.

"Are you ready?" Ash asked the red Genesect.

"Of course I am Chosen One. I will do my best to serve you well." The lead Genesect with another bow of it's head.

"Aw great I have another Lucario on my hands." Ash thought with a sweatdrop.

"Ease back on the formalities a bit. We're your friends, so you don't have to treat us like we're your masters." Ash said with a smile.

"O-Of course A-Ash," The red Genesect said somewhat stiffly.

"Well we'll have to work on that, but it's a start." Ash said as he tapped the red Genesect on the head. Instantly the Paleozoic Pokemon disappeared in a flash of red light. The Master Ball didn't shake, and pinged instantly in Ash's hand.

Following Ash's example, everyone else tapped their Genesect on the head with their Master Balls. All the Genesect were sucked inside their balls. After a moment all the Master Balls pinged signifying that everyone had a successful capture.

"Well Ash I am going to train Latios." Shadow said as he walked away with Lillie following

"DRAGON!!!" Lillie shouted as Ash and Pakura widen their eyes to see Shadow and Latios were arguing

"What did you call me, you little worm!" Latios roared, making everyone but Ash and Shadow jump back in fear.

"Oh, YOU want to go!" Shadow yelled, butting head with the massive legendary Pokemon.

"There is nothing more that I'd rather do, than to wipe you're ass out of existence!" Latios exclaimed, continuing to butt heads with Shadow

"You're just lucky that Lord Ash would have my ass if I killed you! But keep trying my patience, and I will do much worse than simply kill you!" Latios screeched as Ash rolled his eyes at the tittle that Latios said

"I'd like to see YOU try!" Shadow exclaimed, glaring at Latios.

"Uh, does Dragon realize that, that thing could kill him in the blink of an eye, right?" Lillie asked with a sweatdrop, as she watched Shadow and Latios bicker like children.

"Well this is Shadow we're talking about. I got the memory and girl you don't want to know." Pakura shiver, as she ran her hand down her face.

"If he keeps doing shit like this, I'll be surprised if he lives to see thirty." Lillie said just as Latios roared preparing to launch a dragon pulse

"OKAY ENOUGH LATIOS!!!" Ash shouted scaring Shadow Latios as it bowed

"Yes Lord Ash." Latios said as Shadow recalled it

"Ha we're going to get along great with that attitude of yours." Shadow said looking at the Pokéball before turning to Lillie." And I'm immortal I can't die." He said with a wink as she blushed madly. OK ash I'll make you a deal if you can defeat and capture me I'll try to be nice to Pakura." He said turning to ash.

"Alright so we need to...ouch." Ash said as he felt something hit him as it moved fast and revealed Tapu Koko with a Master ball and he tossed it back to Ash

"Hold on." Ash said tossing a Master Ball hitting Tapu Koko and catching it without any resistance

"Alright let battle later. We need to rest." Ash said as Shadow nodded

"Okay guys let's get going" Ash said with a smile

"Sur-AHH!" Pakura and Lillie shouted, jumping into Ash's and Shadow's arms.

"What's wrong?" Ash asked them not seeing the Lugia

"THERE'S A FREAKING SHADOW LUGIA!" Pakura shouted to him as a Shadow Lugia was indeed staring at them with a smirk

"Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha" Shadow Lugia said "I definitely scared the crap outta you girls didn't I"

"DON'T DO THAT EVER AGAIN PLEASE." Pakura half-said and half-shouted.

"Okay fine i'll never do it again" Shadow Lugia replied as he smirks seeing the girl relief

"Thank you" Lillie said to shadow lugia, blushing as she realized that she was in shadows arms and at how warm shadow arms are as Lugia turned around preparing to leave

" Hold on if you want you can come with me I'll let you scare people as much as you want." Shadow said with a blush as he realized he has Lillie in his arms

"Sure I love to." The Lugia said as shadow capture him.

When shadow capture the lugia and they continued walking, they encountered Team Skull. Like Team Rocket, Team Skull members are idiots.

"Ice Beam." A voice said.

"We're blasting off like Team Rocket!" One Team Skull member shouted.

"Welp, that was weird." Ash said.

"Yeah, sure it was." The voice said again.
When Ash turned to the right, he saw Jason and Ines.

"Oh hi there!" Ash said to them.

"Hi dude." Jason replied.

"So what are you doing here?" Ash asked Jason.

"We were training when those stupid idiots decided to try and take our Legendaries." Ines told them. "But it didn't turn out well for them cuz' I just Lusted Purged them."

"And they just ran off here like idiots and we decided to chase them." Jason said.

"Welp, they seem more dumb than Team Rocket." Ash told them.

"LOL Yeah they are more dumb than Team Rocket." Ines replied.

"Hey let's have a rematch!" Jason told them.

"Kay, why not?" Ash replied.

"Shadow, you be referee." Pakura told them.

"Kay." Shadow replied not really caring about what she said.

"This will be an unofficial 1v1 double battle. Jason and Ines vs Ash and Pakura! Battle begin!" Shadow shouted.

"Go Ho-oh!" Ash shouted.

"Go Entei!" Pakura said.

"Lugia." Jason said.

"Registeel!" Ines shouted.

"Ho-oh, scared fire!" Ash shouted. Ho-oh launched a powerful scared fire at lugia.

"Lugia, psychic!" Jason said and so Lugia used psychic on Ho-oh. It was as powerful as Ho-oh's scared fire.

"Registeel, hyper beam." Ines told registeel and Registeel did a hyper beam.

"Entei, flamethrower." Pakura said and Entei launched a pretty powerful flamethrower. But it wasn't as powerful as hyper beam, however.

'Damn, that hyper beam is really powerful.' Pakura thought.

-TIME SKIP---A FEW MINUTES LATER-

"Entei and Registeel are unable to battle." Shadow said just as Lugia was hit by Sacred fire

"Lugia is unable to battle which means the winner is Ash and Pakura." Shadow announced

"Great battle! But now we gotta go to the trial captain. See ya la-GOD DAMN IT IT'S YOU GUYS AGAIN." Jason half-said half-shouted. When they turned around, they saw another bunch of Team Skull members.

"Psychic on them." Jason simply said, bored.

"We blasting off again! Like team rocket..." A member said, again...

"Alright Ines let's get to the trial captain." Jason said after that.

"Kay, bye." Ines replied.

And they went to the first trial captain.

"Okay, so what are trial captains?" Ash asked.

"They are the replacement of gyms in this region. Mallow and I are a trial captain!" Lana replied.

" Daddy I just catch my first legendary." Kai said running up to shadow (who was talking to Lillie), but trip and cause him to kiss her as they fell after they broke apart both was blushing up a storm, that is until shadow started to scream in pain.

" What's happening to him". Everyone said.

" Oh no what have I done." Kai said horrified before turning to ash." You have to capture him in this special masterball that he made"

"GHAAA" Shadow yelled going in his true form as he launched a flamepluse towards The group forcing Ash to change forms surprising Lana and Mallow

"What the." Mallow asked surprised

"Forgive me Shadow but Burning Dragon." Ash shouted releasing blue and Red flames hitting Shadow as Ash noticed something. A key stone

" Key stone combine with my dark heart and soul now darkness mega evolution." Shadow said in a dark tone as he mega evolve and turning all black.

"Shit he mega evolved." Ash said as he dodge a flamepluse from Shadow as Ash used dragon breath hitting Shadow who growled in pain

"Shadow stop..." Ash said and was hit by flame sphere

"Ash." Pakura shouted running toward him only to be hit by an dragon sphere sending her flying to a tree as Ash saw it and growled

"THAT IT FLAME DRAGON DESTROYER!!!" Ash shouted using his powerful move sending Shadow to a tree knocked out as he threw the special Master ball to catch him by his tail.

It wiggles three time but was successful as he turned to Pakura who was approaching him nuzzling her cheek as she smiles

"I am fine but will Shadow." Pakura asked as Ash nodded

"I didn't use too much power in that move." Ash said as Kai sighed in relief but then started to cry as everyone looks at her

"( Sob) what have I've done I've turned my father evil, the only one who took care of me, who gave me a home, who raised me like i was his own, who gave me a spot on his elite four, and this is how I repay him by turning him evil." Kai said crying

" It's OK Kai there must be something that we can do to turn him back." Pakura said trying to comfort her.

" The only way we can turn him back is if we have a Gardevoir who loves him as much as Lillie does." Kai said still crying, but when Lillie heard that she was blushing up a storm"

" I have a Gardevoir, that's been talking about him nonstop ever since I told her I've met him." Pakura said holding up a dream ball

" But he has to love her as much as he loves Lillie. Kai said calming down a bit, but when she heard this Lillie fainted in joy as she heard that her crush love her as much as she loves him

"Okay so how do we do this." Alex asked as Ash nodded to Pakura who released her gardevoir as Ash was about to released Shadow but was stop by Kai

"Hold on let me get something." She said as she ran into her house to get something.

"Theses are special handcuffs created by my dad incase he turned evil. Now you can let him out ash." She said turning to ash.

" OK shadow I chose you." Ash said letting him out who was still in a comma as soon as Kai got done with the handcuffs he began to wake up.

"Alright Gardevoir you know what to do." Pakura said as her Gardevoir scream in joy, as soon as she took a step shadow started to talk in a dark voice.

" Fool you think you've won the real shadow was just holding back." He said as ash look relieved." But don't think this is over I'll be back when the dark masters return, which Is why they turned me or the one you call " shadow" evil." He said with a evil smirk.

" What would the dark legendarys want with my friend anyway." Ash said

" Shadow and the Aura Will ONLY together can defeat my masters and it's because Arceus made him to protect all the aura guardians. In fact why don't you ask Arceus why he wasn't there to protect your father on the day he'd die." He said before he went back to normal.

" Uh my head hurts like giratina's shadow damension, Kai what happened, why am I in my handcuffs...." Shadow said to Kai before turning his attention to Gardevoir." And what's with the cute Gardevoir starring at me." Shadow said as Kai took the handcuffs off of her father as he turned back into his human form

The two stared at each other as Shadow blushed making Gardevoir squealed inside as Shadow kissed her and Lillie looked sad but was kissed right after Gardevoir

"Thanks Ash for defeating me." Shadow said as Ash rolled his eyes

"This better be the last time. You hurted my mate again." Ash said making Shadow nod

" Of course she is the owner of one my girlfriends I wouldn't dream of it.... Maybe." Shadow said as Gardevoir and Lillie blush since they're now his girlfriends.

"Umm guys where did Serena and Alex go." Lana asked concern making the group look as well. They heard an explosion as Ash sighed and teleported away

"ALEX!!!" Serena shouted seeing Alex hit the floor as Scarlet smirked

"Who the tough guy now." Scarlet said taking an aim at Serena who stood back in fear as she sent an arrow into her stomach making Scarlet smirk and Serena to gasp as she fell to floor

"NOOOOOO!!!" Alex shouted with tears in his eyes as he felt his heart break as Scarlet smirked

"BURING DRAGON!!!" A voice shouted as Scarlet jumped to move out of the attacked as Ash landed near Serena and used heal pulse with his aura. Scarlet fear and decided to do one thing control Alex aura

"NOOO YOUR GIVING SOME OF THE AURA TO HER I WON'T ALLOW IT!!! SHE IS A WHINY BITCH" Alex said getting up making his eyes glow red as Serena who heard it was starting to cry as Ash growled as he turned to see Scarlet

"ENOUGH OF THIS MADNESS, DARK BURNING DRAGON!!!!" Ash shouted as he released a dark and blue flames making Scarlet teleport away in fear as Alex stood up creating an aura sword only for it to be knocked out by Serena aura sphere

"Wow now I can defend myself." Serena said with a smirk seeing Alex get up with a massive headache

"W-What happened" Alex asked as Serena helped him up

"Better if you don't ask." Ash said as he sensed something

"ROAR OF TIME!!!" A voice said as Ash was sent into a wall

"ASH NOO!!! Alex said just as an a red and black Dialga appeared growling showing it has been corrupt as A lugia red and dark blue appeared with a Grey Entei

"FLAMETHROWER!!!" Entei said as he launched at the flames at Serena just as Alex transformed into Yvetal and mega evolve

"DRACO METER." Lugia shouted charging as Ash tackled it stopping it from using that move

"BURING DRAGON!!!" Ash shouted unleashing his blue and flame on Lugia.

"NOW TAKE THIS OBLIVION WING!!!' Alex shouted and Lugia nearly fainted.

"BURNING DRAGON AGAIN!!!" Ash shouted really loudly. Now Lugia has fainted.

"SKY ATTACK!!" Alex shouted and did a sky attack hitting Entei

"Flamethrower." Entei said

"Dark Pulse." Alex said as it collide into Entei knocking it out

"JUDGEMENT!!" Ash shouted and with that, all of the evil legendaries fainted.

Ash and the group went back to rest for the night
