Season Two start of this book

Couple month passed as the group have not grown stronger but those who are participating in Kalos League have all the badges and are heading towards the league. The groups have grown and enjoyed each other backs. Some bad things like Pakura almost kidnapped three time made her stay close to Ash. Emelia learned that her mother has died in a car accident. Learning that Alex family has abandoned Alex. Tobias trying to catch a Kalos Legendary but failed miserably. But the positive side is that they had many fun adventures and falling in love and Emelia KO her ex boyfriend in a Pokemon battle(Long story). Ash catching a shiny Milotic, Sylveon, Espeon, Dephlox, Flygon, Volcanion,Noviern, Goodra, and His Froakie evolved to Greninja. Pakura also got a Milotic, Flareon, Vulpix, and a glaceon.

Also Korrina will appear later on the story

Our Heroes are onto their way to the Kalos League but has decided to rest

As Ash was about to sit down with Pakura, but he heard a loud, high pitched, bark coming from the forest not far from here. Ash looked up sharply

'That didn't sound good' Ash thought as he got up.

"Regirock" he bellowed running off; Regirock immediately hopped up and ran after Ash. If Ash sounded this serious than Regirock knew to follow and listen carefully as the group and Latios looked curiously

They raced through the trees outside of the enclosure; they slid down a hill and continued running until Ash slowed down and held up his hand signaling Regirock to stop as well. Ash peered through the trees and to his horror, he saw Poachers all surrounding a large Salamence and her baby, but the shocking part was that the Salamence and her baby were green in color instead of the typical color.

The Salamence roared and charged at the Poachers two of them threw nets, but Salamence burned them away with a single powerful flamethrower and continued on smashing into the two Poachers knocking them out before continuing on.

The Salamence continued burning through nets and bashing Poachers until...

'BANG' was heard

Ash stared wide eyed and horrified as the apparent Leader of the group had pulled out a gun and simply shot the Salamence like it was nothing. The Salamence landed on the ground with a painful whine

"Eh, it was old and washed up; the Bagon is all we need anyway" the leader said nonchalantly as the pup ran over to its mother whining and nuzzling her head, but the mother Salamence could not respond to her baby's call... not anymore.

Ash's horrified look soon turned to rage; his normal reddish-brown eyes turned bright blue and a blue aura seemed to surround him making Regirock stare at its trainer in mild surprise even though its face couldn't show surprise as he never seen this type of anger.

"Regirock... send them flying....No mercy" Ash said furiously with aura flaring a red color with his eyes red as Regirock did not hesitate and burst through the bushes and trees and just went to town on all the Poachers; they screamed for mercy and begged, but Ash did nothing and just watched with a detached expression.

When they were all either on the ground or sent flying into the distance Ash wanted to speak to the gun man

"Bring the Leader to me" Ash said and Regirock picked up the leader and threw him at Ash's feet.

"Do you see what you've done you trash" he said coldly.

"What gives you the right to do this?" Ash asked aura flashing showing a menacing look

"My boss told me to get the rare green Bagon" the leader said in a 'whatever' voice.

"Beside It's just a job kid; I'm not the only one who's done this before and I certainly won't be the last." Poachers replied again adding more fuel to Ash as he glared coldly at him before turning around

"You're right about one thing; you won't be the last... but this is definitely your last time." Ash snapped his fingers and Regirock got rid of the leader and Ash didn't see how nor did he want to know how.

Instead he moved onto the dead Salamence and the Bagon. The pup was still whining and Ash felt his own eyes water; he bent down slowly and put his hand on the Bagon's forehead. The Dragon Pokemon looked up and was about to snap at the human until it saw the pure sadness in Ash's eyes and all of its suspicion vanished.

"I'm so sorry" Ash said quietly. Blinking back the tears he called out "Regirock" he choked. The Rock Peak Pokemon appeared instantly "I want to burry Salamence, properly... please, make her a grave." Regirock beeped and using its rock powers made a large whole in the ground. Ash picked up the Salamence and put her body inside the hole and covered her body with the dirt. Giving it a small prayer for the Salamence Ash turned back to the saddened Dragon

"Bagon" he said to the Rock Head Pokemon. "I'm sorry about your mother, but... you don't have to be alone if you don't want to. Do you want to come back with me; I promise to look after you and I promise nothing bad will happen to you."

The baby Bagon looked at Ash in silence; humans had killed its mother... but this human had saved him from the attackers and gave its mother a proper burial. The baby Bagon ran forward and jumped into Ash's arms licking his face happily making Ash laugh.

"I'll take that as a yes" he said still laughing as he walked back to the group with Regirock and once he returned Latios saw Ash eyes with sadness as he noticed the shiny baby Bagon.

"Oh no." Latios said telepathy as the group turned to see Ash walking towards them placing the Bagon on his lap as it looked around before growling as Ash petted it making the said Pokémon relaxed and enjoy Ash touch

"What happened." Pakura asked as she held a hand to Bagon as it smelled it and licked it and then nuzzled it

"Poachers." Ash said as everybody eyes widen

"Is that why I heard a gunshot." Pakura asked as Ash nodded in his response as she kissed him making him feel much better

"So what now." Pakura asked as she laid on Ash shoulder as he thought about his next decision but before he could tell he noticed Serena missing along with his cousin

"Where Serena or Emelia." Ash asked as everybody noticed the said girl's missing

"We don't know. They were here few minutes ago " Alex said in concern as they heard an explosion as they got up to go looked at what going on

With the girls

"Alright, we'll make this a one on one battle. First Pokemon that feints loses; are you ready" Emelia said calling out acting as a referee.

"Alright, I choose you Magnezone" Ritchie called sending out a large magnet shaped Pokemon that sparked with electricity.

"Whoa that thing looks powerful" Serena said pulling out her Pokedex and scanning it.

"Magnezone, the Magnet Area Pokemon it evolved from Magneton in certain magnetic areas and emits energy from each of its three magnets" her Pokedex said.

'Oh yeah that sounds powerful alright' Serena thought before looking at it again. 'But... I do have an advantage. It's part steel-type and steel is weak against fire type. Serena thought Gaining confidence she grabbed a Pokeball

"I choose you, Fletchinder" Serena said tossing Out of her Pokeball and came her flying Pokemon that gave a loud squawk.

"Ready" Emelia called looking at both of them as they nod

"Begin." She said raising her hands

"Magnezone use flash cannon" Ritchie ordered. His Magnezone charged the massive attack.

"Fletchinder flamethrower now" Serena countered. Fletchinder charged its flamethrower attack. Both attacks were launched simultaneously and met in midair. They held off for a few seconds before the flash cannon broke through the flamethrower and headed straight for Fletchinder.

"Dodge it quickly." Serena said as Fletchinder flew and avoided the attack

"Yes, Ember, let's go." She called out as Fletchinder launched its second attack and this time it hit Magnezone, who winced slightly as Ritchie didn't look worried at all

"Magnezone use zap cannon." Ritchie ordered A bright electric ball shot from Magnezone and it struck Fletchinder. Fletchinder squawked and fell to the earth with its body sparking.

"Fletchinder, no" Serena cried.

"Thunderbolt" Ritchie commanded. A massive thunderbolt shot forward and enveloped Fletchinder. When the thunderbolt ended Fletchinder looked about to fall before stopping itself and shooting back into the air with a loud cry.

"It's still conscious" Ritchie said surprised.

"Fletchinder, use Flame Charge now" Serena called quickly. Fletchinder's body was surrounded by flames before it charged Magnezone.

"Wild Charge now" Ritchie countered. Magnezone's body was then surrounded in electricity as it charged at Fletchinder. Both of them hit and it was a standoff once more as both Pokemon tried to push through. Fletchinder was not going to be held back again. With a loud and furious squawk Fletchinder's power increased even more.

"Such power" Ritchie said partially shocked.

"GO FLETCHINDER" Serena shouted. Fletchinder managed to break the standoff and hit Magnezone and send the Magnet Area Pokemon flying back into the ground.

"Alright Fletchinder, you did it" Serena cheered with a smile.

"It's not over yet Serena" he called to her stopping her cheering. Don't celebrate until you know your opponent is defeated." Ritchie said smiling as Serena smirked

"We're not afraid of you, isn't that correct Fletchinder" Serena said confidently. Fletchinder squawked until wincing and nearly falling

"Fletchinder" Serena said worriedly.

"You've got to teach your Pokemon to conserve energy until their own reserves build up. Otherwise they'll expel it all in one sitting. Magnezone end this with thunderbolt." Ritchie said as Magnezone gave a roar before launching a massive thunderbolt at Fletchinder that hit head on.

"Fletchinder, no" Serena cried. Her Pokemon fell from the sky and onto the ground swirly eyed.

"Fletchinder is unable to battle; Magnezone is the winner. The winner of the battle is Ritchie." Emelia announcedSerena immediately ran to Fletchinder and checked on it while Ritchie recalled his Magnezone.

"Fletchinder" Serena murmured sadly. Not because she lost, but because her Pokemon was so injured as Ritchie walked up to her

"That was a good battle" he said to her.

"Really" Serena said surprised as he smiled

"He right Serena." A voice said making Emelia jumped and kicked Thanos right across the face as the other smirked at what happened

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR I WAS ONLY JUST COMPLEMENTING HER NOT TRYING TO SCARE HER!!!" Thanos yelled in pain as Emelia looked at him with a sheepish look as she rubbed her back in embarrassment

"Hi ya Ash." Ritchie said as he held a hand out to Ash who shook it

"Its good to see you my friend." Ash said as everybody got curious beside Pakura at this trainer wondering who he is or how does he know Ash.

"Excuse me but who are you." Thanos asked at the young man

"Oh I am Ritchie. I am one of Ash friends." Ritchie said

"So I am guessing you came to challenge my little brother." Tobias said as Ritchie thought about it

"Nah, Ash crushed me with his Latios couple weeks ago during the Unova League." Ritchie said as Ash smirked at what happened

"So, how you and Misty working out ." Ash asked as Ritchie darken and stared to cry when he heard the word Misty which did not go unnoticed by the group

"What wrong Ritchie." Ash asked as Ritchie got up and looked at him

"She and I broke up and couple weeks later she was found dead." He answered with a sorrow look as Ash eyes widen

"HOW!!!" Ash asked angrily hoping it wasn't Team Rocket because if it was boy Giovanni will kill any grunts who hurt any of Ash friends as the group knew after Alexa left when Ash told them

"It from an enemy of mine. The three brothers or something raped her and knocked her out and threw Misty in the river" Ritchie said as everybody looked sad but before they can think about the murder Pakura sensed something

"Hold on I hear something." Pakura asked as a vine whip surround Serena, Emelia, and her only for Ash to get involved since Pakura was near him and he noticed that she was lifted in the air

"HEY!!!" Ash shouted using his fire power to scare the pokemon who was using the move

"Not again." Pakura thought as she held Ash waist tightly as Alex freed Serena as Thanos tries to free Emelia only for the grip to tighten on the vine whip

"Get the girls." A voice said with lust

"Awe man Only got one of the three." Another voice said as Ash recognize Kail, Kim, and Kai

"Those three idiot." Ash thought as the three notice Ash

"SHIT!!!" Kai said as he tossed a Pokeball revealing a Torkoal as he had a sinister look

"SMOKESCREEN!!!" He yelled as Torkoal as everyone coughed as Pakura had a feeling this might get worse tighten her grip around Ash waist since she does not to have the same situation when they arrived in Kalos

"ASSHOLE!!!" Pakura shouted just as she felt another vine whip on her as she held Ash very tight more since the vine are strong

"ASH THEY ARE TRYING TO GET ME!!!" Pakura yelled as Ash lifted his foot and hit the ground as it shook as she felt the vine let go of her as she heard a returning sound of a pokeball just as the smoke cleared as She noticed Serena was also missing but one of the invincible brother was still here

"Fuck. Those shit heads brothers of mine. They couldn't help me get The Kanto champion beautiful girlfriend" Kail said as Ash walked towards him picking him up as he shoved him on a tree knowing he the one who tried to take Pakura

"Ash." Tobias asked as he saw Ash eyes glow red with blue as Pakura gasped as she tried to remember about the Aura Will power when he pissed.

"Tell me.... where are the girls." Ash asked since he knew the location he might as well scare this shit head

"In the abandoning shack where we give girls protection or not before we rape them." Kail said as Alex and Thanos growled at him with evil smirks hoping to give pain (This make no sense but I thought hey these people were stupid i might as well make them little smart)

"Yo Ash, let us handle this." Thanos asked as Alex nodded hoping that he will agree

"You Guys....Can do it as long as no killing involved. This fucker are being sent to prison." Ash said as Thanos and Alex smirked and ran to the location as the group silently waited

10 Minutes Later and Ash gets a call from his phone

"YO ASH WE NEED BACKUP HERE ALEX IS SO PISSED!!!" Thanos screamed on the phone making Ash teleport the gang to the location to see Emelia hugging Thanos as Alex was beating Kai

"WHERE IS SHE!!! Alex screamed as Kai smirked at the dude and giving a sadistic smirk as Alex Charizard was just finishing a Pidgeot.

"I don't know Kim went to do his love with her." Kai answered only to yell in pain when Alex broke his right arm by twisting it

"Let hope you brother has a manhood after I finished him." Alex said darkly as Ash used his Psychic power to read Kai mind to see if he lying but only to find the truth.

"He telling the truth. We will have to search for her." Ash said as he grabbed a cell phone calling a number and everyone heard a scream

"WHAT!!!! I WILL BE THEIR IN FEW SECONDS SINCE I WAS LOOKING FOR MEGA STONE FOR YOU YOUR OLDER BROTHER AND FOR MY DAUGHTER. I AM SENDING MY TOP GRUNTS THAT ARE WITH ME TO HELP YOU!!! A voice said angrily as Ash smirked as the group smirked

"I heard uncle Silver screams, is he pissed little bro." Tobias asked as Ash nodded as Kai and Kail looked in fear just as the door kicked down to reveal Silver walking in with 20 grunts of Team Aura (Good Guys that supports and helps trainer and is own by Silver Ketchum (OC Mine and his the younger brother of Red Ketchum and is the father of Emelia Ketchum)

"Nephew's." Silver said with a smile as he saw what Ash did as he notice two of the three brothers tied up

"Well we have three of them but only two of them are caught." Ash said as Silver nodded as he turned towards the grunts as he looked at Ash

"They're all yours my nephew." Silver said as he went to speak with the brothers about never messing with his family or something

"FIND THE GIRL SERENA YVONNE! I WILL NOT ACCEPT FAILURE FROM THIS TASK!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!!" Ash yelled as the grunts saluted at what their Boss nephew said

"SIR YES SIR!!!" Grunts replied as they left just as two grunts came and took two of the brothers as a few stood around the shack for protection as Ash sighed sadly as Pakura hugged him as he let her lay on his shoulder. Silver also looked upset seeing his own Nephew hurt as he sat next to him as he put a hand on Ash shoulder

"So, is this girl your girlfriend." Silver asked as Ash nodded back at his uncle.

"Here name is Pakura Ameyuri" Ash said as Silver took a pokeball and held it to Pakura as she looked at the Pokeball curious.

"I found this pokemon being attacked by poacher and I think you should deserve it since you are pure just like Ash." Ameyuri said with a smile as Pakura looked at him with shock

"Thanks." She replied putting the Pokeball on her belt as Silver nodded

"BOSS!!!" Grunt yelled as he ran towards Silver with a scared look which made Ash worry

"Explain." Silver said as the grunt said four words that made him pissed

"The girl....she was raped." He replied as Silver darken with Ash and Pakura eyeing in shock and anger

"Will Serena be alright, or do we have to get her to the hospital." Silver asked with worry in his tone

"No sir, she does not need to go to a hospital because our medic checked and she is not pregnant ." Grunt replied as Ash sighed in relief as Pakura looked away with tears of joy as Silver smiled quickly but went to serious

"Get him to the Helicopter....Actually bring him here let Ash give the consequence." Silver said as the grunt saluted and ran back as Serena was holding onto Alex in fear

"Ash we got a huge problem." Alex said as Ash looked at him as he also felt the dark and angry feeling

"What is it." He asked just as a red aura sphere was launched at Ritchie who reacted late hitting him

"RITCHIE!!" Ash shouted as he saw Ritchie getting up with a dizzy look

"COME AND FACE ME ASH KETCHUM!!!" A female voice said darkly with a mask

"WHO ARE YOU!!!" Ritchie called out and true to his word as the figure came out of her hiding spot but with red eyes and evil look

Ash immediately took a fighting stance as the figure launched aura sphere just as Ash blocked them easily as he send a Psychic punch knocking her helmet off as Ritchie launched an aura sphere sending figure into a tree

"Is that all you got." Ritchie asked with a smirk as he knuckle his fist ready

"Ritchie." Figure said as she turned to see Ritchie only for him to stumble back as he looked at her.

"Misty." He said not believing his eyes as she stood looking at him

"I can save you, please whatever cost you to do this stop please. Even if you broke my heart" Ritchie asked as Misty eyes were looking at him with from her yellow eyes

"Then you will die." Misty said darkly as she approached him as Ritchie looked up to Misty

"Please Misty don't." Ritchie begged as Misty creates an aura sword and right before she can kill him she stopped as she was lifted in the air while being chocked

"ASH STOP!!" Pakura said pleading to him by holding his arms trying to make him let go of Misty,

"Ash don't do it not worth it." Tobias said as Ash stares at him as he sighed and released Misty

"Knock her out." Silver ordered as a grunt released an Odishh who used sleep powder just as Ritchie looked down starting to cry

"WHY DID SHE ATTACKED US?!!!" He asked tears falling down his eyes as Silver looked upset knowing the feeling of losing someone you love and he remember his wife death and then his older Brother death.

"Who made her this." Emelia asked as Ash checked her aura seeing the memories that could have cost this problem. He found a memory source which he extracted as he looked at the memory as it flashed in his mind

"Let me go." Misty voice screamed as Ash swore he heard a chuckle

"No. You have aura which could be useful sister." Male voice said with a evil grin as Misty looked horrified

"I won't betray my friends Big brother or should I say Marcus." She replied at the dark figure who grinned as Ash remember that Marcus dude where he eliminated him during his Unova journey as her screams were heard

"Now you will return to me after the brothers 'killed' you understand." Marcus said looking at his sister who eyes changed

"Yes ....My.....Master" Misty said

"Bastard. That why he said my sister may not be powerful but will try to avenge her fallen brother" Ash said with venom as he closed his eyes seeing the torture and screams from one of his friends is hurting him

"Misty." Ash said as the memory ended as his fist growling as he wished he hadn't fished Marcus off

"That explains why May and Iris attacked us a month ago same reason. They are being controlled by evil." Pakura said as she see the same red eyes that were controlling the other two

"Well let see." Ash said with his eyes glowing Red as he stares at Misty while shocking everybody and scaring his cousin the most as they feared that someone has controlled him

"ASH!!!!" Emelia shouted in tears as Ash eyes stopped Red as Misty eyes turned normal as she fell to the floor.

"What is it Emelia." He asked worried as she hugged him

"Your eyes.." She replied with tears as Ash sighed as the only person beside him was that Pakura knew

"Ash is the Aura Will." Tobias said shocking Ash and the gang

'HOW DID YOU KNOW!!!" Ash shouted in shocked as Tobias smirked as he pulled a number from his poke-gear revealing Giovanni number

"Once You did that little stunt. Giovanni showed me the truth and recording and explained to me. Plus nice acting you did you definitely fooled me." He replied shocking the remaining gang just as Misty woke up

"So, what now" Thanos asked as Ritchie helps Misty up

"What happened." Misty asked really dizzy as Ash sighed

"We will explain later, right now let keep going to the Kalos League." Ash said with a nod from others

Couple days have passed as the trio then arrived to Kalos League and registered and the battles where easy for Ash as he is in the Top 4 battling. He also found Sawyer as the last elite four member for the Kanto since he specialize in grass.

A large Magmortar collapsed onto the ground "And Ash seals his victory using only his Ho-Oh" the announcer shouted.

The ref raised the green flag "Magmortar is unable to battle; Ho-Oh gets the win." On the screen it showed his opponent had lost all six Pokémon while Ash had lost none and only used Ho-Oh. He had defeated an Flareon, Greninja, Sceptile, Zangoose, Mightyena, Magmortar.

"With Ash's victory he will now be moving onto the Semi-Finals" the announcer cried. Ash recalled Ho-Oh and left the arena and met up with his friends as they noticed the pairing.

"So let go see who facing the semi final" Ash said as the gang walked and gasp

"Tobias vs Ash." Pakura said as she turned to see Ash and Tobias already gone as she sighed

"Some thing never change." She muttered with a smile

Scene changes

"Ladies and Gentlemen it's time for the Semi-Final Match of the Kalos League Tournament on Lumiose City" the announcer cried as the crowd roared in excitement. "And the competitors in this year's final matchup are Ash... facing off against... Tobias." Both trainers looked out at each other regarding each other silently."Since It has decided it a six on six Pokemon battle" Announcer said

"And now for our competitors first Pokémon" the announcer called. With a smirk Tobias pulled out a Pokeball and tossed it into the arena. In a flash his Latios appeared with a coo as Ash Ho-Oh appeared

"Latios dragon pulse let's go" Tobias called. Latios fired a green orb of energy at Ho-Oh.

"Ho-Oh flamethrower" Ash called. Ho-Oh fired a massive flamethrower at the dragon pulse. They both met head on and struggled for a bit before the flamethrower broke through and went for Latios.

"Latios dodge and use Dragon Rush" Tobias called. Latios flew up avoiding the flamethrower before surrounding himself in a blue glow and charging at Ho-Oh. Latios hit Ho-Oh head on making Ho-Oh grunt in pain, but Ho-Oh recovered easily.

"Ho-Oh use Ariel Ace" Ash ordered. Ho-Oh flew higher into the air before div bombing Latios.

"Latios dodge it" Tobias called. Latios dodged and flew to the side avoiding the attack.

"Steel wing now" Ash called. Ho-Oh's wing glowed and turned and smashed it into Latios making him cry out as he flew towards the ground "Now use Sacred Fire" Ash ordered. Ho-Oh squawked and fired out a rose coloured flame that enveloped Latios melting the rest of the ice on the field as well as burning the ground.

"Latios no" Tobias cried. All was silent until Latios burst from the flames

"Alright Latios use Giga Impact" Tobias ordered. Latios surrounded itself in purple energy and flew at incredible speeds and nailed Ho-Oh harshly.

"Alright now full powered Steel wing" Ash called. Ho-Oh' wing glowed and smashed into Latios-Oh's head.

"Ho-Oh use Sacred Fire" Ash called. Ho-Oh let out her Sacred Fire which is in many color burning hitting Latios as it cooed and fainted.

The ref raised the green flag "Latios is unable to battle; Ho-Oh gets the win."

"Latios return." Tobias said

"Ho-Oh you too." Ash said as Tobias called out his second pokemon as it reveals Entei

"And Tobias' second Pokémon is Entei" the announcer cried excitedly as the crowd roared. Ash gaped slightly.

"It's Entei" Ash said quietly smirking at the deja vu.

"Dialga I choose you." out appeared the Pokémon of time with a mighty roar.

"And Ash switches out his Ho-Oh for Dialga" the announcer roared.

"Dialga use flash canon" Ash called. Dialga launched a silver orb of energy at Entei.

"Entei dodge and use flamethrower" Tobias called. Entei jumped into the air and launched a massive flamethrower at Dialga.

"Roar of Time now" Ash called. Dialga roared as its body glowed and a blue orb formed in its mouth before it launched its signature attack at Entei. The two attacks met head on before Roar of Time easily broke through flamethrower and hit Entei head on. Entei cried out and flew back to the ground.

"Fire fang now" Tobias called. Entei's fangs caught fire and it charged up at Dialga and chomped down on it making Dialga cry out in pain from the attack since it was part steel so it did quite a bit of damage to it.

"Dialga shake it off" Ash called. Dialga roared and shook its body and flung Entei off of itself.

"Entei fire blast now" Tobias ordered. Entei launched a powerful kanji shaped fire attack out of its mouth hand it hit Dialga head on.

"Dialga use twister" Ash called. Dialga opened its mouth hand blew out a twister that caught Entei in its clutches and Entei was now being swirled around.

"Entei break out" Tobias yelled. Entei charged and broke out of the twister "Now use fire fang" Tobias called. Entei chomped down on Dialga again making it cry out in pain from the attack.

"Dialga use Dragon claw" Ash called. Dialga reached up with its leg and knocked Entei hard sending it off of its back. "Now end it with Roar of Time" Ash called. Dialga launched its signature attack and it hit Entei making it cry out in pain before it collapsed on the ground with swirls in its eyes.

The ref raised the green flag "Entei is unable to battle; Dialga is the winner." Entei's icon went dark signifying its defeat. Tobias recalled his Entei without a word.

"Alright your turn" Tobias called sending out his next Pokémon. In a flash appeared, what looked like, a green metallic Pokémon with yellow lines going down its body; Rayquaza took its spot as Tobias' third Pokémon. "Rayquaza use dragon pulse" he called. Rayquaza launched dragon pulse at Dialga.

"Dialga dodge it" Ash called. Dialga jumped to the side avoiding the dragon pulse.

"Rayquaza use iron tail" Tobias called. Rayquaza appeared next to Dialga and smashed its glowing tail into Dialga sending it flying to the ground. "Now dragon rush" Tobias called. Rayquaza gained a sapphire blue glow around it and charged down at Dialga.

"Dialga you use Dragon Rush as well" Ash called. Dialga gained a sapphire blue glow around it as well that matched Rayquaza's to a tea and they both charged at each other before smashing hard into each other creating an explosion. Out of the smoke they both fell to the ground with Rayquaza hopping up, same as Dialga

"Dragon Pulse" Both shouted as Rayquaza and Dialga launched a green orb hitting each other just as an explosion heard

"Draco Meter" Ash shouted as Tobias widen as he heard the orange sphere hit Rayquaza during the still smoke from last attacked just as it cleared it revealed both Dialga and Rayquaza at their last edge

"Dragon Ascent." Tobias called out as Rayquaza charge at Dialga

"Roar of Time." Ash said as both dragons used their signature moved making another huge explosion. Couple seconds passed as the smoke cleared revealing both Pokémon knocked out.

"Both Pokemon are, Unable to battle." Referee said as Ash and Tobias recalled them and took another pokeball

"Let's see how you handle this Little bro! DEOXYS!" Tobias shouted as he launched a poke ball into the air. Out of it materialized the legendary DNA Pokémon Deoxys!

Ash saw the Pokémon and immediately knew which Pokémon he was going to choose. "Rayquaza, lend me your power!"

The shiny black colored Sky High Pokémon materialized onto the field as it gave a loud roar that shook the entire city

"BATTLE BEGIN!"

'Since Rayquaza won't be mega-evolving since its only for bringing balance into the world, this match will be tough especially with how Deoxys can change forms to fulfill a purpose, but I know we can win this!' thought Ash as full on determination filled his eyes as this was going to be one of the toughest battles yet!

"Let's go Rayquaza, use Dragon Pulse!"

The serpentine dragon launched a purple sphere of draconic energy towards the DNA Pokémon.

"Deoxys change into Attack Form and use Dark Pulse!"

Deoxys changed forms and launched a beam of black colored rings outlined by a purple glow. The dark type attack met the dragon type attack mid air as they struggled a bit to overpower one another but soon the Dark Pulse won the struggle and went on towards Rayquaza.

"Dodge it!" shouted Ash to which the Sky-High Pokémon complied and curled his body so that his body formed a ring and the dark type attack went through the middle.

"Use Ice Beam now!" shouted Tobias.

Deoxys quickly shot a turquoise colored zig-zag beam of ice energy towards Rayquaza's head.

"Counter with Flamethrower!"

The dragon-flying type launched a stream of crimson flames which met the ice type attack mid-air. This time the fire type won the struggle of trying to overpower the other attack and went onwards to Deoxys.

"Defense Form-Mirror Coat!" shouted Tobias!

Deoxys changed form gaining a bulkier appearance and his body glowed numerous colors. He took the head on and absorbed it before returning the attack to Rayquaza at twice the size, power, speed and ferocity.

"Dodge it with Extreme Speed!"

Rayquaza reacted instantly and shot off upwards with a sonic boom which alone manage to disperse the powerful fire type attack that was coming his way.

"Now go after Deoxys!"

Rayquaza who was now high in the air now launched himself towards Deoxys creating another sonic boom. The distance between them was closing fast but Tobias reacted fast enough.

"Deoxys! Speed Form-Extreme Speed now!"

The DNA Pokémon switched form gaining a thinner appearance before he launched himself towards Rayquaza with a sonic boom as well. The two then collided with a loud boom as they struggled to overpower the other. They then backed off only to shoot off with more sonic booms as they continually collided with each other at all places imaginable. To everyone but Ash and Cynthia since they could use aura, the two Pokémon were all but black and red blurs that collided at various places.

Eventually, they broke off giving each other glares.

"Change into Attack Form-and use Double Team into Zen Headbutt!"

The alien Pokémon formed numerous copies of himself that surrounded the black serpentine dragon. They then charged forward was they were surrounded by a pink dome and sparks were flying everywhere.

"Rayquaza! Use Twister to surround yourself!"

The Sky-High Pokémon nodded as he straightened his body to be completely straight in the middle of the battlefield before he began to spin at an incredible speed with his tail glowing. A huge twister filled with draconic energy formed around him shield him from view as he continued to spin.

The copies that were attacking dispersed upon coming in contact with the raging winds until the original collided with the attack. The spectators could see a large pink dome of psychic energy fighting to overpower the raging winds filled with draconic power.

Sparks were flying all over the place as the attacks pushed against each other but soon Deoxys managed to break through the winds and then collided with Rayquaza who abruptly stopped spinning as he was pushed to the ground by Deoxys.

Ash looked surprised at how Rayquaza was overpowered but quickly regained his composure. The dust that was kicked up eventually faded away to reveal the black serpentine dragon with a bruise on his chest glaring at Deoxys who was hovering high in the air.

"Use Rock Slide!"

Rayquaza roared as he summoned large boulders out of white portals right above the DNA Pokémon.

"Speed Form-Deoxys and use Extreme Speed to dodge them!"

The psychic type once again launched himself with a sonic boom and began weaving in and out of the boulders path as they crashed to the ground.

"Follow Deoxys' path and once you find an opening, use Shadow Claw and then Dragon Tail and crash him to the ground." Said in a quite tone so no one else could hear him.

Rayquaza concentrated as his eyes followed Deoxys' figure which was a blur to almost everyone else. He then found an opening as multiple boulders was falling towards him from all but one direction forcing him to fly in that direction. The Sky-High Pokémon immediately shot towards that location with another sonic boom with claws made of ghost type energy that surrounded his left arm and his tail which glowed purple as it was filled with draconic energy.

He was soon met face to face with the psychic type who was shocked as his eyes widened. Rayquaza then landed a fierce upper cut with his Shadow Claw dealing damage. This caused the DNA Pokémon to be nearly launched high into the air if it wasn't for Rayquaza twisting his body so that he could bring his draconic powered tail down onto Deoxys' head, sending him plummeting towards the ground. He eventually landed with a loud thud as dust picked up.

"Now full power Brutal Swing Rayquaza!"

The serpentine dragon as surrounded by a swirling vortex of dark type energy before he shot off towards the fallen psychic type full force.

"Defense Form-use Protect!"

Deoxys who was lying in a crater filled with spider web like cracks changed his form once again gaining a bulkier appearance. He then surrounded himself with a greenish-blue colored barrier just before Rayquaza collided against him. The two struggled to overpower the other as Deoxys was being dug further into the ground due to the immense force.

They roared before pushing against each other even harder. Deoxys then put even more power into his shield as he expanded it very fast and pushed Rayquaza away giving himself some breathing room.

"Now use back to back Dragon Claw's and use Crunch when you find an opening!"

The black serpentine dragon once again shot off towards Deoxys who was still in his defense form. Tobias couldn't react fast enough so Deoxys instinctively put up Protect once again and he was lucky it worked.

Rayquaza's hands were now surrounded by draconic energy that took the shape of claws while his mouth was surrounded by a dark aura and his fangs expanded in size. The Sky-High Pokémon then released an endless barrage of Dragon Claws against Deoxys' barrier. The barrage of attacks didn't let up for a full minute at which point Deoxys' barrier now had several cracks in it.

Rayquaza let out a ferocious roar and broke threw the barrier with a fierce swing from his right Dragon Claw. He then shot his head forward and bit down hard on Deoxys' shoulder with his Crunch attack. The dragon-flying type then twisted his body and launched the psychic type out of his mouth straight into the air.

Tobias then reacted as he hoped Deoxys can listen to his command. "Attack Form-Deoxys! Use Psycho Boost!"

Deoxys managed to recover as he was soaring through the air and changed his form once again before forming a rainbow-colored sphere in between his 4-tentacle like arms. He then launched the sphere towards Rayquaza and it soon collided with him sending the dragon-flying type plummeting towards the ground before landing with a loud thud that echoed throughout the battlefield.

Deoxys came to hover about 50 feet above the ground in front of Rayquaza and was heavily panting due to the damage he had taken and his stamina was nearly drained. Meanwhile, Rayquaza was faring no better then Deoxys as he was also bruised and tired. He slowly managed to bring himself off the ground and hovered at the same altitude as Deoxys.

"Let's finish this!" shouted Ash.

"Agreed!" Tobias responded.

"Use Dragon Ascent!"

"Stay in Attack Form-and use Super Power!"

Rayquaza was surrounded by black energy that surrounded his body as his eyes glowed yellow making him seem like the bringer of the apocalypse. Meanwhile, Deoxys was surrounded by a red aura which he then manipulated with his psychic powers and the energy surrounded his body much like Rayquaza and his eyes glowed blue.

The two-fierce legendary Pokémon then launched themselves towards each other and the ground had cracked severely due to the immense pressure given off by the Pokémon. The Alakazam that were protecting the audience were also struggling with their barriers and went to full strength to keep the barriers up.

They eventually collided mid-field creating an immense shockwave of power that shook the entire island and everyone could hear it from miles away. The two Pokémon struggled to overpower the other as they kept pushing back and fourth. Soon they gave a loud roar before they put all their power into one last push. The pressure then became too great as an explosion ensued. Smoke and sparking black and red colored energy filled the field and lasted a full minute before it slowly dissipated.

When it cleared, everyone was shocked to see the result. Both Pokémon were down but they were still conscious but were barely holding on. Deoxys was now back in his Normal Form and was trying to use his hands to get up but struggling a lot.

Meanwhile, Rayquaza was struggling to get back up also but his draconic instinct raged inside him giving him a new determination to show that he is more powerful and that he has finally defeated the first foe that actually gave him trouble in a fight for the first time in millions of years. With a loud roar of power Rayquaza got up showing the world his unbreakable will!

Deoxys then collapsed back into the ground as his eyes turned to swirls since he lost consciousness.

Everyone had released their breath which they were holding without even realising it.

"DEOXYS IS UNABLE TO BATTLE! RAYQUAZA WINS! Red TRAINER PLEASE RELEASE YOUR NEXT POKEMON!" Referee said just as Ash recalled Rayquaza

Ash decided to release his Pokémon first "Moltres let's go" Ash called sending out the massive fire bird Pokémon. As Tobias smirked as he tossed his Zapdos pokeball

"A battle of the Legendary Birds" Emelia said excited seeing as Pakura rolled her eyes seeing at least the third time of a Moltres vs Zapdos

"Zapdos thunderbolt" Tobias called. Zapdos launched a massive thunderbolt at Moltres.

"Moltres dodge and use Ariel Ace" Ash called. Moltres flew into the air dodging the thunderbolts before flying back down towards Zapdos.

Tobias grunted "Quick Zapdos charge beam." Zapdos squawked and shot a beam of electricity at Moltres that hit dead on making Moltres cry out as it lost the Ariel Ace "Now use Ominous wind" Tobias ordered.

"Moltres fire blast" Ash ordered. Moltres fired off a massive kanji shaped blast of fire at Zapdos just as Zapdos fired a swirling vortex of wind at Moltres. Unfortunately the elements were in Ash's favour as wind only makes Fire Stronger so Moltres' attack only got stronger and enveloped Zapdos in a massive fire attack.

"Zapdos" Tobias called. Zapdos flew out of the flames pretty cooked, but otherwise alright. "Alright Zapdos use extreme speed." Zapdos took off at amazing speeds towards Moltres.

"Moltres use your own extreme speed" Ash called. Moltres took off at amazing speeds as well and both Pokémon began flashing around the arena at very fast speeds.

"Zapdos Ariel Steel" Tobias shouted.

"Counter attack with Steel Flame Wing Moltres" Ash shouted. Zapdos flew at Moltres with very fast speeds with steel wings while Moltres' wing glowed with heat on it and they both shot past each other and then just flew behind each other. Then Zapdos winced but got up.

"Well, look like I will win again." Moltres said taunting Zapdos who glared at Moltres with anger

"I WON'T LOSE THIS TIME!!!." Zapdos screech in anger as electricity charged from his body

"Bring it Zappy." Moltres yelled back with a smirk as Zapdos eyes twitched as his body where giving heat

"Charge beam." Tobias said as Zapdos sparked and charge a bean getting ready to launched it towards Moltres

"Overheat." Ash said as Moltres body started to glow red as it released a powerful heat as it collided with Charge Beam as it makes a huge explosion. As the smokes cleared both Pokémon were painting heavily as they were on their last stand.

"ZAPDOS END THIS WILD CHARGE!!!" Tobias shouted as Zapdos engulfed himself with electricity as it gave a roar

"MOLTRES COUNTER WITH FLARE BLITZ!!!" Ash shouted as Moltres was covered in Flames as both birds charged at each other. Just as they collided making a huge explosion and once the smoke was cleared....

"Both are unable to continue." The ref raised both flag noticing that Zapdos and Moltres on their back clearly knocked out

"Time for you to face my last Pokemon when we battle in Sinnoh league little bro!! HO-OH COME ON OUT!" Tobias shouted tossing his last pokeball as Ho-Oh materialized and let out a screech as Ash knew how to counter this.

"LATIOS BATTLE TIME!!!" Ash shouted as Latios appeared with a coo as the two stare at each other growling

"BEGIN!!!' Referee said raising the flags

"Ho-Oh use fire blast" Tobias called. Ho-Oh breathed in and fired a massive kanji shaped fire blast at Latios.

"Latios safeguard at full power" Ash shouted. Latios glowed a slight blue color as the fire blast smashed into him. The attack began to push Latios back from the attack "Luster Purge now" Ash called. Latios formed its signature attack and blasted through the fire that went right for Ho-Oh. Ho-oh dodged to the side

"Now's your chance use dragon rush" Ash shouted. Latios glowed as he rushed at Ho-Oh and hit it dead on "Now Dragon Craw" Ash shouted. Latios' paws glowed and smashed Ho-Oh a second time.

"Ho-Oh ascend and let's get this over with" Tobias growled. Ho-Oh gave a shrill cry and flew high into the air.

"Latios after it" Ash ordered. Latios shot off into the sky after Ho-Oh. Because Latios could fly faster than a jet plane by tucking in his wings then Latios was catching up to Ho-Oh quickly.

"Quick turn and use Sacred Fire" Tobias called. Ho-Oh came to a screeching halt and turned just as Latios was closing in and with a roar Ho-Oh launched Sacred Fire and hit Latios dead on.

"Latios no" Ash cried. Latios fell out from the fire heading for the ground stunned form the attack.

"Now finish it with Giga Impact" Tobias shouted. Ho-Oh flew towards Latios with incredibly fast speeds gaining a purple glow around it.

"Latios you use Giga Impact as well" Ash cried. Latios recovered and flipped in mid air before flying up at Ho-Oh gaining the same purple glow around him. Both Legendary Pokémon met in a mighty clash before they both started falling out of the sky all beaten and bruised up. They were both awake and glaring at one another waiting for the Giga Impact effect to wear off.

"Ho-Oh/Latios" Ash and Tobias shouted simultaneously "Sacred Fire/Luster Purge." Both Pokémon built up their signature attack and fired it at each other from near point blank range resulting in an explosion so large that it shook almost the whole island making everyone have to grab something or they'd fall. Ash and Tobias did fall from the backlash of the attack and the electrical system linked to the outer Screen was shut down from the massive explosion. Soon the shaking stopped, but the dust on the field remained.

Ash and Tobias sprang to their feet waiting for the smoke to clear to see the results. Their hands were clenched and their teeth were grit in anxiety. Finally the smoke cleared showing Ho-Oh knocked out while a smirking Latios stood in it

The ref raised the green flag "Ho-Oh is unable to battle, Latios gets the win."

Ash had a large grin on his face as he raced out and embraced Latios in a large hug "Alright Latios you're the best." Ash cheered as Latios smiled as he nuzzled Ash

Tobias was still before a small smile lit his face "Ho-Oh return" he said softly recalling his Pokémon into its pokèball

"I'm proud of you Ho-Oh" Tobias said as he walked over to Ash.

"Little bro you have done it once again." Tobias said as he held his hand to Ash who shook it as they walked to see Emelia match against Sawyers

"Began the attack once the finals of the Kalos league is over." A man with orange hair as he smirked as a Zygrade was released from the cage

"Come stop us chosen one." Lysandere thought with a smirk as he was ready to help the aura will awakening

"I hope your doing this right." Alain said with fear

"Trust me this will work." Lysandere said with a smile at the 'evil' plan
