"Wow!! They sure are flying fast!" Alexa shouted as the wind blew through her face as she was behind Tobias on Latios' back.

Ash, Tobias and Thanos made sure to arrive at Kalos until midday and now Latios, Lugia and Zapdos are flying at 80 MPH believe it or not.

"You didn't saw it all! Latios tuck into your wings! Let's see how fast you can go" Tobias said.

Latios just smirked as he tucked into his wings and now went faster than a plane, and the wind was so much that Alexa held tight on his waist as he now out some glasses to shield his eyes. Ash smirked as he noticed the challenge along with Thanos.

"Lugia/Zapdos catch up with Latios!!" Both said in unison, as the two Legendaries now went faster, soon catching up to Tobias and Alexa, now everybody chuckling.

"Hey guys, the last one to arrive at the Kalos Region picks up my tab at lunch!!" Thanos shouted as he dashed like a flash and soon was far ahead.

The Ketchums also nodded at their Pokémon who took the message and soon went as fast as a shadow, and caught up with the Electric Type Elite Four easily and went ahead of him, leaving him eating some clouds. As soon as they saw ahead that Kalos' capital, Lumiose City, was ahead, both glared at each other.

"The Kalos Region" Tobias said smiling as Alexa nodded.

"So we arrived" Ash added, smiling as Pakura was holding his waist and winked at him.

Just then, Thanos arrived and he looked a bit sad.

"Aw, nobody will pay my lunch, that's awful" He muttered under his breath as everyone else chuckled. As they kept flying around, they saw the Prism Tower as they landed in front of it. That is, but then they all heard a scream that penetrated their ears.

'BROTHER!!!!!!' It screamed through telepathy, as Tobias' Latios raised his eyes.

"GET THAT LATIAS! DO NOT LET HER ESCAPE!!!!" Another voice screamed, soon Ash noticed that there was a Latias being chased by three Rocket Grunts, but what made that Latias even more rare, were her colors.

Black and red.

"Ash, lend me Latios for a bit, I want to do this" Pakura said, her voice showed that she was completely sure about what she wanted. He, knowing her for long enough that nothing would change her mind, nodded and gave her Latios' Pokéball.

As soon as she tossed it, Latios came out of it and looked a bit confused.

"Latios, listen, there's a shiny Latias being chased by three Rocket Grunts and I need your help to save her" She said bluntly, making Latios gasp, but soon cooed and nodded.

'No problem, hop on!' He replied with determination while Pakura obliged, soon riding Latios' back.

"Ash can you help us?" She asked, and to say that Ash immediately obliged is an understatement. He then returned Lugia into his Pokéball and soon released Latias as he hopped on her back.

"Do I really need to answer that?" He asked almost sarcastically as everyone chuckled a bit.

The Eon Duo soon parted from the ground and started the chase as they were getting closer to the Rocket Grunts. One was riding a Charizard, the second a Dragonite and the third one was riding a Salamence.

"Pakura take the Salamence and the Dragonite! I'll deal with the Charizard!" Ash yelled as Pakura nodded.

"Latios use Luster Purge!" Pakura yelled

Latios' body soon started to glow purple, raw energy was running through it, as a violet sphere was being formed in front of his face and as soon as all the energy he accumulated was in the sphere, he growled as he shot the beam, successfully hitting the Dragon Types. The two grunts riding them fell as the Pokémon now were unconscious while the third one stopped to see the two and he smirked.

"Oh, what a cute girl, I'm wondering what is she doing in our little party?" He asked to the wind, lust being noticed in his voice, making Pakura gag with disgust and Ash growl in anger.

"Take Latias out of here, I will handle him" Ash said, Pakura seemed unsure, but nodded after seeing one of Ash's famous grins.

"Come on Latios! Wanna be the savior of the princess in distress?" She teasingly asked as Latios growled and blushed.

'Let's just go already!' He huffed as Pakura chuckled.

Latios speeded up, soon catching up with the shiny Latias and noticed that she had lots of bruises in her body, making him feel bad for her.

"Hey, listen, just land, you're not in the condition to fly" He said in Pokéspeech, as Latias glared at him annoyed.

"You're not my boss to tell me what to do!" She yelled, making him sigh.

"Listen okay? We will protect you, also, Ash's here so he wouldn't let any Pokémon get hurt" He replied, and the moment he mentioned Ash Latias widened her eyes as she now realized who she was talking to.

"You're Ash the Chosen One's Latios, the first Legendary that joined him!" She said in awe, making him chuckle.

Sadly, they didn't notice a Dark Pulse coming towards them, and when Latios realized, he barely managed to create a turquoise shield around them, and due that a part of the attack hit him before it was blocked, he was panting because of the damage.

"Thanks Latios" Pakura said as Latios nodded and cooed.

Latias smiled briefly as she nuzzled his cheek a bit in a way to say 'Thank you', which made him slightly blush at her touch, but the moment faded as they heard an explosion and saw that Ash and his Latias were facing the Dragonite, the Salamence and the Charizard at the same time. Just when he was about to go to help him, Ash held his hand and glared at him.

"Latios get out of here now!!! Take the Latias and Pakura with you!!!!" Ash shouted as Latios looked at his trainer with wide eyes when he heard his command.

'I won't leave you Ash!! We can take them together!!' Latios replied through telepathy as Latias stood with her mouth hanging from Latios' bravery and loyalty.

"No you have to go. What they want is Latias, and I won't put her in danger anymore! Neither Latias neither Pakura!" Ash stated, this time leaving with his Latias.

'Wait is she his mate?' Latias asked Latios through telepathy, pointing at Pakura who blushed but nodded.

"You could say that" She said, making Latias giggle as both were going with the rest.

'I see. Well, Pakura Ameyuri, you indeed have the same pure soul of the Chosen Ones, I can feel it, and I witnessed it when you two rescued me' Latias said, making her just smile.

"It's just what we do, it isn't much of a big deal" Pakura stated, making Latias gasp in shock, but soon smiled.

'I would like to join you, Pakura' Latias suddenly said, making both Pakura and Latios slightly gasp and glare at her.

"You mean it?" Pakura asked, excitement was slowly filling her body as Latias nodded.

'Yes I do, as I said before, you have the same pure soul that the Chosen Ones possess, and you proved yourself worthy already' She said as Latios mentally squealed with joy for some odd reason as Pakura nodded and grabbed a Heal Ball.

"Don't worry, this is a Heal Ball, once you get captured your wounds will heal once you're inside, trust me, if you from below eyed don't resist the faster it'll be" Pakura explained, as Latias' brief insecurity faded and tapped it with her claw. Soon she was engulfed in a red light as her body now turned into energy and was sucked inside the Pokéball. It didn't even wiggled, meaning it was a perfect catch without any resistance.

"Latios let's go back to the others" Pakura said as Latios nodded speeding out of the zone, but unknowingly for them, a figure in a helicopter that had a big red R, a Persian on his lap and was wearing a black tuxedo was watching them leave and then eyed Ash from above.

"So my plan worked. Releasing that Shiny Latias was very clever Butch. Now, fret not Ashy Boy, Uncle Gio is here to take you to where you belong" The figure said to himself as he was looking at Ash who had Latias attack the grunts.

Now he had decided to act as he launched an electric web hitting Ash who fell from Latias' back and fell into an Aura Nullifier cage and was trapped inside it now.

'ASH!!!!!!!!!' She shouted and as she was going to rescue him, more grunts arrived, soon releasing more Pokémon, which made her grit her teeth in both anger and annoyance.

"Let me out! Let me out of here!!!!!" Ash shouted, only to fall on deaf ears, as they just kept glaring at him with a smirk.

Suddenly, the same helicopter that was transporting the mysterious man landed in front of the cage and the grunts saluted. There in front of Ash stood Giovanni Sakaki, the grand leader of Team Rocket. Ash growled at the 50 year old man as Giovanni just smirked.

"Hello Ash, or should I say... nephew?" He said, as Ash eyed him with a look of disbelief.

"Yeah like I would fall for that, you're not my uncle Giovanni, and you finally get to do the dirty job" Ash replied with a smirk of his own, making him frown and have a Poker face.

"Well, what I am saying, is true. Check my essence if you want kid, I won't stop you. Release him" Giovanni replied and commanded to the grunts.

Even though they were ordered to release the boy, they were smart enough to know that Ash was Team Rocket's No. 1 enemy, and they had a look of insecurity, but after meeting with his gaze, they soon obliged and shut the cell down, setting the 18 year old free. Ash glared at Giovanni, who didn't even flinch, and as Ash sensed his aura, he noticed that Giovanni was telling the absolute truth, which shocked him, but kept it hidden and soon met Giovanni's gaze head on.

"Then let's talk, uncle" Ash said as he sent a message to Pakura through their Aura Bond while Giovanni smirked and Latias stood with Ash glaring at him who began explaining.

"It all started when my little sister Delia married that Red Ketchum, he and I were great friends, and Team Rocket wasn't always evil. It was before like the Pokémon Rangers organization. But then..." Giovanni said as Ash's eyes widened at the explanation and wanted to know more, but then realization he was about to have was too shocking.

"We found out who you really are, and it's the reason Team Rocket is what it is nowadays. The way your father died, it still haunts me" He almost cried out, and almost let a tear scroll down his cheek.

Ash was speechless. Giovanni Sakaki, the leader of Team Rocket, almost crying?!! That just made Ash more angry and more sad.

"HOW?!!!! HOW DID HE DIE?!!!!" Ash cried out with venom, hate and sadness as tears scrolled down his face, and deep inside, Giovanni couldn't stand seeing Ash that way, it broke his heart to see the boy like that, and he was the reason he founded Team Rocket in the first place.

"Nephew, what I'm about to tell you, is going to crush your heart badly, but you deserve to know the truth. So this happened..."

Flashback, 20 years ago

Red and Giovanni were currently exploring a few ruins in Blackthorn City which contained the remaining debris of an ancient temple, which was for the cult of a being most ancient, said of being the very one that created Arceus. Both were exploring the ruins and saw many hieroglyphics printed on the walls beside some pictures. When Giovanni went to check one, a researcher brought a machine and it started to beep and print a paper, and the moment it was done, the researcher checked it out and what he saw shocked him for life.

"Boss, you might want to see this, it will revolutionize the history of our existence!" The scientist exclaimed.

Giovanni didn't even wasted time and immediately picked the paper, to reveal the translation of the hieroglyphics printed in the walls, and it was indeed revolutionary.

"Long ago, even before the Lord of Creation Arceus hatched, there was already a living being in the universe, that it couldn't be seen nor touched, but it could be felt. It was the Aura Will, a spirit that always wandered around the black void of the creation, and seeing that it had to be formed, it created a black, white and golden egg, containing the most powerful Pokémon that we know as Arceus, which soon hatched, and gave him the power and authority to create and rule its greatest creation, the universe.

However, where there's light, there's darkness as well. There was also another being, and the end of all things was its best friend. It was the spirit of Death, followed by the spirit of Corruption, who hated the Aura Will and wished its own extinction, and with it, they created the dark version of the Lord of Creation. The darkness Pokémon, the Lord of Destruction, Zenith. And long ago, millions of years after the creation of the most powerful Pokémon ever, many more were being created, and the Aura Will, seeing how much of his children were being created, and remembering Zenith, Death and Corruption, decided to finish it once and for all.

He and Arceus gathered an immense army of Pokémon to face the evil forces that were now lying between them, but the surprise was that they gathered their own army as well and met in the Valley of Orre. The battle was fierce, many Pokémon died in battle, fighting for their ideals and causes, and the Aura Will  couldn't stand watching more of his children dying for him, it crushes him to see the suffering of people before his eyes. Tired of it, he used all of his power to release a pulse that returned everyone back to life and imprisoned the three in a dimension not even Arceus has access to. Seeing his creation being turned to Ash, he used his Aura and brought life to the creation once again, at the cost of his life force.

He was moments away from dying, and he needed to remain alive, to remain existing so he can finish the Evil Trio in the future for good, which is why, one of the humans that saw the whole thing was gifted with the Aura Will's powers and life force, now in charge of protecting the world, he, was the first Aura Guardian that ever existed, and to control it, he would need a companion that would be more loyal to him than anyone else. He then created a little black and blue bipedal jackal looking Pokémon, it had ruby eyes that sparkled with the sunlight, two appendages behind his ears were hanging, and had also two metal spikes on its front paws. It was the Emanation Pokémon, Riolu. Soon, he used his Aura and made it evolve, now making it bigger, having a metal spike on its yellow furred chest, four appendages were hanging from behind its head, its two ears pointed upwards, and as it opened its eyes, it revealed that it's eyes were glowing blue before they turned back to the original blood red ones it had. It was the evolved form of Riolu, the Aura Pokémon, Lucario. It knew also every move he was capable to learn, surprising the human even more, and soon the Spirit of Life passed into the human, trusting him the safety of his creation, and the name of the human in charge of the world's safety would be remembered forever. His name, was the name of the legendary Aura Guardian.

Now, the Aura Will is said that it is currently a human, one that Arceus unconsciously chose as a Chosen One, and to summon him, the Rocket that flies to the sky, the Aqua that we drink, the Magma that burns the ground, the Galaxy that reveals new other worlds, the Plasma that amazes us, the Flare that enlightens our path and the Skull that we possess will rise, with the pretended intention of dominating the creation. Only that, will wake the Aura Will from its deep slumber, and will prepare him for the final fight against the Evil Trio" Giovanni read, more stunned than ever.

Just then, Red reached him and when he read the translation, his mouth hanged open and soon, a Dialga appeared in front of them, very enraged, but the Dialga was yellow and black, which was a very rare color. When Red stepped ahead, the Dialga fired a Charge Beam towards him, which he blocked with an Aura Shield he created.

"Red!" Giovanni yelled as he soon lifted a boulder and shot it against the Legendary Pokémon of Time (A/N: Giovanni has Aura Powers as well). He got as an answer a Flash Cannon this time, which Giovanni countered with an Aura Sphere that was even with the Shiny Dialga.

"Dialga, why are you attacking us?!! What did we do?!!" Red questioned, soon the Shiny Dialga eyed him with a look of disgust.

"Because you're not worthy of the power to control any Pokémon. The humans were always a plague for me, and I still don't understand why the lord Aura Will had chosen a human to wield his power, and I won't allow any human of destroying his creation!!" The Dialga shouted as he now launched a Roar of Time against them.

Red didn't even thought twice and pushed Giovanni aside, embracing the attack and his flesh was starting to be exposed and opened. Giovanni watched in absolute horror as his brother-in-law's body was being warped in front of him.

"RED!!!!!!!!!!!!" He shouted as he dashed towards Red and put his head on his lap.

"Y-you d-do-don't worr-wor-ry about m-me, I-I-I'll be f-fine. Giovanni" Red said through coughs while Giovanni was almost crying, and then noticed Red's serious glare.

"Yes Red?"

"Promise me you'll protect Delia and my sons, they're everything to me" Red begged weakly. Giovanni now was letting the tears flow, but nodded.

"I will"

"You really were a brother to me, Giovanni Sakaki, thank you" Red breathed out, his gaze now turning cold and lifeless as his mouth slightly hanged open, meaning he had just passed away.

Giovanni now hugged Red's body with all of his strength and thought on his last words, that did it. He had lots of friends and loyal people in his organization in order to protect this world, the people and the Pokémon and that's how the Pokémon paid him back?! KILLING HIS BROTHER-IN-LAW?!!!!! He soon released a pain filled scream which penetrated everyone's ears and his Aura was starting to flare fiercely, slightly intimidating the Shiny Dialga.

"I lost many friends, many companions while I was protecting the world, the humans, the Pokémon, from threats and poachers, and people who would want to rule the world, and that's how I'm thanked? YOU ARE NOT WORSE THAN THEM!!!" Giovanni yelled at Dialga, his Aura was getting fiercer and fiercer to the point that it was now flaring another color.

Red.

"I swear Red, I'll avenge you, I'll capture all Legendaries to keep this world safe, because they just proved to be the real reason evil people exist, and if I have to kill them to protect everyone, then..." He was saying with his eyes closed as he was creating a red sphere in his chest and was pointing at Dialga, who now realized that he messed with the wrong person. The sphere was getting bigger and bigger and as soon as it reached the size of Dialga, he opened his eyes to reveal them glowing red.

"THEN SO BE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Soon the red Hyper Beam was launched, immediately enveloping the shiny Dialga who released a loud scream of pain, and the moment Giovanni stopped the move, it revealed that there was nothing from where Dialga stood, showing that he was completely erased from existence. The red Aura soon faded and Giovanni had an emotionless face.

"No Pokémon will be my boss, and I'll prove that the humans are more than capable of controlling the Pokémon by capturing the most powerful ones of them all, and that way, nobody else I love will die"

End of Flashback

"... And that's the reason I became evil. That Shiny Dialga killed your father in a rampage and I couldn't do anything about it, but watch. Since then I started to hunt down all Legendaries because they hate humans and they'll become a danger, and others did it because of the prophecy, saying that to summon him, evil must dominate this world, or be close from ruling" Giovanni admitted, surprising Ash and Latias at the same time, making them understand and Latias soon felt ashamed of her kind.

'Giovanni Sakaki, I apologize in the name of all Pokémon because of the times we ever hurt you without any reasons, I didn't knew we had hurt you this bad, and I swear, I only attacked you because you looked like you were a threat to me' She apologized through telepathy, surprising Ash even more and making Giovanni briefly smile.

"There's no need to apologize, after all, I kinda deserved it. But, I only hope you do something for me my nephew" Giovanni replied, and Ash suddenly got an epiphany and considered an idea.

'Maybe I could change his mind' He thought, and soon glared at him as Latias stood ready to attack.

"So what do you want from me?"

"I want your help to change Team Rocket. The reason I came here was to ask your help to change our ideals, and because I fear that Team Flare, the organization that operates in here, will attack" Giovanni requested, making Ash now think on a crazy idea that might work.

"I have an idea. If Team Flare does attack as you say..." Ash started, making Giovanni and surprisingly the grunts get interested with the idea.

"We're listening" They said in unison as Ash nodded.

"Then let's test them. If I'm the Aura Will, then this must mean that all teams know of my existence, and if their intentions are to help me finish Zenith, Death and Corruption, then we'll make them tell us the real reasons of the attack and make them join us, what do you say?" Ash suggested, making Giovanni get in deep thought, and after a few minutes, Giovanni nodded.

"Sounds great. So, how do we start?"

Meanwhile, with the group

"Where is he?" Alexa asked in concern, making Tobias eye her with the same concern.

"I just hope they're fine" Thanos said with the same concern, but then an explosion was heard and they were able to also hear Latias' despair.

"That's not good" Tobias commented, alarmed and sped towards the explosion site as he heard Pakura's voice.

"ASH NO!!! DON'T TAKE ON GIOVANNI ALONE!!!" She shouted towards her boyfriend who was blocking red Aura Spheres and as the smoke faded, it revealed that Giovanni had his Aura flaring red and had a sadistic smirk while Ash had a bluish green glow around his body, which made her gasp.

"ASH!!!!!!!" She yelled once more when she noticed that Ash's Aura had reached its limit, however, it fell on deaf ears.

"Join me Ash. It is the only way, we will finish this nonsense" Giovanni offered, his voice showing the malice in him.

"Never Giovanni, I will never be like you!" Ash spat back with a glare that could even scare Darkrai, but it didn't seemed to affect him at all, and just chuckled.

"Remember Ash, I may have killed my Brother-In-Law in a Legendary accident, but it doesn't mean I am going to kill you. I will take what is mine, and you are mine boy!!!" Giovanni stated with a very sneaky cringe at what he said, but only Ash noticed it. Now Tobias and Pakura were about to burst.

"YOU WHAT?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Both shouted in unison as Latios and Zapdos roared loudly enough to wake Ash's Snorlax up.

"YOU KILLED MY FATHER?!!!!!!! THE ONLY REASON YOU WANT ME IS BECAUSE OF MY LEGENDARIES!!!!!" Ash shouted as Giovanni shook his head in response, now cursing himself for what he was about to say.

"No, that was my original plan until I found out who your mother was. And that led me to bring you to where you belong. Even my sister agrees, and she's been secretly telling me every single step you were doing. Now my nephew, you will be coming with me whether you like it or not" He stated once more, already in position to give the order to catch him.

Ash knew it was all a lie, but he had to go with the flow and pretend that he was feeling betrayed, and he knew how Tobias felt, and, unlike him, Tobias really felt betrayed and now hated his mom. Ash was so going to be dead once they find out the truth.

"Never. I won't join you, not even if my mom EVER joins you. I won't join Team Rocket, I will kill you for killing my father!!!!!!" Ash shouted as Latios now felt pity for him, remembering his father and how Ash had saved him.

The raven haired boy then started to create a flaring orange sphere on his hands and soon launched a Flamethrower at the 50 year old man, slightly scorching his suit, who growled at Ash in a way only he knew what the glare meant and mentally sweatdropped.

"Fine! You win, but mark my words. You will be mine, and your brother won't be there to save you next time" Giovanni said as his helicopter started, now with him getting aboard and left. Just as Ash was about to follow him, Pakura was in front of Ash with Latios who looked concerned.

"Ash you are using too much of your psychic power, that way you'll end up sick" She warned in a motherly tone as Ash glared at the parting helicopter and sighed.

"Latias!" Ash called out as she landed near Ash who let go of his power and fell onto Latias' back, ready to follow the same man who gave him so much torment.

"Can we go after him now?" Ash asked as Pakura looked at her boyfriend, eyes widening as she was gasping, seeing hatred on his eyes, and mostly, betrayal.

"Ash calm down, you're scaring me" She said, almost whimpering from fear.

Ash was about to shout back, but seeing how worried and scared she was because of him, he bit his lip and sighed in defeat.

'Damn, when she gives me that look I can't help but do what she says' Ash thought as he sighed once more. "Okay"

"We will get him next time. He's planning something in Kalos and we will handle him then" Pakura said as she got onto Latias' back to make sure Ash isn't going after Giovanni. Thanos and Alexa noticed the tensity of the environment and both decided to break it.

"Let's head to the Pokémon Centre, that Latias Pakura caught now needs to be healed" Thanos suggested as Alexa nodded.

"Good idea" Tobias said as they nodded as Pakura held tight on Ash's waist and laying on his back as he sighed, due that he could not go after Giovanni.

'It worked perfectly uncle, keep it up' Ash thought as they flew away.

It took a few moments for them to arrive to the Pokémon Centre, and as they did arrive, Pakura gave Latias while Ash gave his Latios and Latias to Nurse Joy. Alexa, noticing how much had happened and remembering her work, had to leave.

"Hey guys, now I remembered that I still have to publish my article, so I'll see you around" She said as they all waved goodbye and she left. Soon the environment was consumed by the crippling silence, but that was about to be replaced by something worse.

"So what happened? And what did Giovanni meant that he killed your father in a Legendary accident?" Pakura asked, not knowing that Ash was still feeling pain for the truth of his dad's demise, but he then had his eyes flaring with Aura.

"He actually killed my father when he tried to control a Shiny Dialga" Ash replied. Everyone widened their eyes while Tobias was hurt to the heart to hear that his father was murdered.

"I see..." Thanos said with pity for some reason as Tobias thought of something to make his brother feel much better.

"Want to test Mewtwo's strength little bro?" Tobias asked as Ash smiled

"Sure why not?" Ash said wanting to do some training as they made their way to the field. Tobias soon released the Colossal Pokémon Regigigas while Ash released Mewtwo and Thanos stepped in the middle as the referee.

"BATTLE BEGIN!" Thanos yelled, signalizing for the battle to begin.

"I'll let you have the first move Ash" Tobias offered, making Ash smirk.

"Don't mind if I do. Start things off with Aura Sphere!"

The psychic type launched a blue sphere of aura towards the normal type. The attack hit dead on the Colossal Pokémon's face causing him to stagger back a bit.

"Well now that his ability is not in effect, its time to attack Regigigas! Use Stone Edge!"

The normal type complied and smashed his large glowing fist onto the ground causing several blue glowing spiked rocks to burst through the ground on a pathway towards Mewtwo.

"Psycho Cut through the middle!"

Mewtwo began collecting a lot of his psychic power as he made a large disc of psychic energy standing vertically in front of him in between his arms. He then launched at the moment a spike burst out of the ground in front of him. The psychic disc but through the first spike causing the two parts to fall on Mewtwo's sides. The disc continued to cut through the rocks like a knife going through butter, as it made its way towards Regigigas.

"Use Knock Off to deflect it!"

The normal type's right arm glowed black as he raised it before swinging it and slamming it against the large psychic energy disc. The two struggled for a bit but soon, Knock Off overpowered the psychic attack causing it to dissipate.

"Now use Heavy Slam!"

Regigigas' body glowed silver giving him a metallic like appearance before he launched himself towards the psychic type at a speed that dumbfounded almost everyone. Regigigas was almost on top of Mewtwo but what happened next shocked everyone even more.

"Throw him into the air!" commanded Ash.

Mewtwo spun around to his side as Regigigas passed him and then grabbed his one arm with his own two. Mewtwo then pulled him, using his forward momentum to spin around once before launching the Colossal Pokémon high into the air. The movement was so fluid and perfect that it almost looked effortless but it was anything but.

"Focus Blast!"

Mewtwo launched a blue sphere of concentrated fighting type energy towards the airborne Regigigas and this command has gotten Tobias out of his shocked state.

"Deflect it with Brick Break!"

Regigigas' right arm glowed white as he brought it down on the oncoming attack. The two attacks collided and Regigigas struggled to overpower the powerful attack but due to the pressure, the Focus Blast then exploded dealing some damage to the normal type.

Now that Regigigas was beginning to fall, Tobias decided to use this to his advantage. "Full powered Earthquake attack."

Regigigas began to spin a little in the air to build up even more power as his two arms glowed white as he was preparing for quite a powerful attack. This move had caused Ash to chuckle as he had already figured a counter to it.

"Fly into the air and use Psychic!"

Mewtwo levitated 50 feet above the ground before his eyes glowed bright blue. Regigigas was then surrounded by a blue glow and he began to fall down at 3 times the speed due to the psychic pressure.

This caught Regigigas completely off-guard as he slammed into the ground with such force that using the move Earthquake would have been completely unnecessary. Tremours went throughout the battlefield and much of the entire field shook making many people scream.

The dust that was kicked up due to the collision soon cleared up showing Regigigas standing in a crater with web-like cracks that went through half of the battlefield.

"Well if getting in close won't work then let's try this. Use Thunder!"

The normal type formed a ball of electricity in between his arms that grew quite large. He then launched a large bolt of electricity from it that raged towards Mewtwo.

"Counter with Fire Blast!"

Mewtwo launched a kanji shaped stream of fire from in between his arms. The two attacks then collided mid-air causing a large explosion to occur. Due to the amount of smoke that was created due to the attack, Tobias got an idea and he knew this would surprise everyone.

"Aerial Ace Regigigas!"

The Colossal Pokémon bend his knees before jumping with extreme force. He rocketed towards the hovering Mewtwo with white streaks of wind surrounding him. This sight had shocked everyone in the stadium as they didn't know the legendary Pokémon was capable of jumping so high and learning a flying type move.

This sight had also caught Mewtwo off-guard as he saw Regigigas closing the distance in between them. Soon the normal type disappeared from view and reappeared behind him crashing into Mewtwo's back and sending him tumbling through the air forward. Mewtwo managed to straighten himself while slightly wincing from the pain as he was bruised on his back. He mentally noted to never get caught off-guard like that again.

Regigigas then fell back to the ground and landed on his two feet with a loud thud.

"Use Rock Tomb!"

Mewtwo went back to the ground and punched it with his right glowing arm. The result as large boulders with a lightly spiked shape appearing out of the ground and surrounding the normal type before they began squeezing him.

"Now use Brick Break!"

Mewtwo rushed forward with his right arm glowing white. He then jumped upwards and brought his arm down on top of the rocks where Regigigas was originally standing.

"Take it." Said Tobias which only the Colossal Pokémon heard.

Within the rocks, the normal type managed to bring his arms up on top of him just before Mewtwo struck.

Meanwhile, Mewtwo's attack broke through the rocks like tissue paper before his arm collided with Regigigas' arms as he absorbed the blow.

"Revenge!"

Regigigas smirked as his body was enveloped with a red aura before he redirected the power to his right arm before he swung it around and slammed it on top of Mewtwo's head making him smash into the ground. A crater was formed with web-like cracks.

Mewtwo didn't take much damage but this attack caused him to feel anger as he immediately got up and glared at the Colossal Pokémon standing only 5 feet away.

"Now this is the moment I was looking for! Mewtwo use Brutal Fist Combat!"

"Regigigas, use Elemental Fist Barrage!"

The Genetic Pokémon's right arm glowed white while his left arm was covered in a purple aura signalling the uses of Brick Break and Poison Jab. Both his feet were covered in a red aura, signalling the use of Low Sweep!

Meanwhile, Regigigas' right and left arms were covered with fire and electricity signalling the uses of Fire Punch and Thunder Punch respectively.

The two Pokémon then launched themselves at each other before they began attacking furiously. Mewtwo used his two arms and legs as well as his tail to constantly attack different points on the normal types large body while also defending against Regigigas' attacks. Meanwhile, the normal type was alternating his punches from the attacks, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch and Brick Break!

After, 5 minutes of continuous non-stop close combat, Mewtwo landed a power Low Sweep at Regigigas' legs more towards the bottom managing him to knock him off his feet. However, the normal type didn't want to take a hit without delivering his own so while falling, he twisted his body as a solid Fire Punch could land on Mewtwo's side sending him sideways.

While the Colossal Pokémon fell to the ground Mewtwo managed to stay on his two feet. While Regigigas was struggling to stand up, Mewtwo glowed yellow as all his bruises disappeared and his health was recovered thanks too...Recover which Ash told Mewtwo to use via aura.

Now a heavily panting Regigigas was glaring at a completely unharmed Mewtwo.

"Let's finish this! Full powered Psystrike Mewtwo!"

"Regigigas use Titan's Wrath!"

Mewtwo began gathering a lot of psychic power as a large pink aura surrounded his body. The Genetics Pokémon then launched a large amount of the psychic energy which was flailing around the field wildly as it made its way towards the now oncoming Regigigas.

Meanwhile, Regigigas was surrounded by a dark pink dome of energy with several orange spiralling streams of energy and white sparks of energy. Inside the dome, the Colossal Pokémon's body glowed silver before it took a metallic like appearance.

The titan then began stampeding forward with immense force as the entire field shook with each step he took.

The wild and barely controlled pink stream of energy eventually collided with Regigigas mid-field, releasing a massive shockwave that shook the entire battlefield for the umpteenth time! The two legendary Pokémon struggled against each other as the energy and Regigigas continued to push each other back and fourth.

After, a few seconds of this struggle, Mewtwo poured more power into his attack making it flare wildly and push Regigigas back now. The normal type was now skidding backwards as the psychic type attack was completely overpowering him and his skidding speed only seemed to be increasing. Eventually the force became too much and the large Pokémon was knocked off his feet and sent rocketing backwards until he collided with the field wall as dust kicked up.

Mewtwo stood their lightly panting due to the large amount of power he put into his attack. When the dust cleared, Regigigas was seen imbedded into the field wall as numerous web-like crack marks surrounded him. The normal type had lost consciousness.

"REGIGIGAS IS UNABLE TO BATTLE! MEWTWO WINS! Thanos yelled as he lifted his hand towards Ash and Mewtwo. Both trainers returned their Pokémon after muttering a few words of thanks and grabbing their second Pokémon as Pakura hugged Ash who gave a kiss in return.

Unknowingly for them, behind them stood a 17 year old honey blonde haired girl with pale skin and beautiful cerulean blue eyes, wearing a red hat on her head, a black tank top with a red skirt, black leggings and brown boots, she also had a blue handkerchief tied on her right wrist.

"It's been a while since I've seen such a battle, not even Diantha can put up such a good fight" It said, startling everyone, but when they saw the honey blonde haired girl, Ash and Pakura went and hugged her tightly.

"Hey Serena! It's been ages" Ash commented as the girl just nodded with a huge grin.

"It's true" Pakura added, now it was the girl's turn to smirk.

"I see you're with Ash" Serena said as it surprised Tobias and Thanos at the information about how she knew about Ash's girlfriend since it is a secret they keep in case if her mother ever finds her.

"How do you know exactly about Ash dating Pakura?" Tobias asked, while she still had that smirk, Ash frowned before he spoke.

"She's the reason we're dating in the first place. Both girls were childhood friends of mine, and we secretly met before I headed off to Sinnoh, and Serena had the idea to dare Pakura and me to do 7 minutes in heaven" He replied, knowing that Tobias would tease him forever about it, and it proved to be right, since Tobias gave a mischievous smirk, causing him to growl.

"So, how is your whole family thing?" Serena asked as Pakura growled while Ash held her hand in comfort, making her relax.

"Well..."

Flashback

Here, a 16 years old Pakura was watching the Lily of the Valley Conference Finals in her home in Pallet Town through TV and blushed at Ash hugging Latios , but then a woman in her mid 40's with raven hair and purple eyes turned off the TV, pissing her off in the process.

"MOM! I was watching the Sinnoh League Finals!" Pakura shouted in disbelief, while her mom gave that 'I don't care' look, pissing Pakura off even more.

"I think we need to talk Pakura. Not as mother but as daughter and mother" Erica said as Pakura looked up confused and Shiki stepped into the room and looked at their mom, glaring.

"Mom, what's wrong? Did something happen?" Pakura asked as Erica looked at her child with glee, and that did made Pakura get a little uneasy somehow.

"I found a situation where we can be finally free of rent and don't have to worry about me getting three jobs. Plus your brother doesn't have to send half his earning to us anymore" Erica said as Pakura looked nervous when she noticed Shiki's dark expression, showing that he isn't happy at all, and now she knew why once her mom spoke again.

"You are getting married!"

Pakura had a confused look at first, but then it turned into disbelief and Shiki's expression had turned darker.

"WHAT??!!!!!!!!!!"

"That's right my daughter, I just recently contacted a very rich man from the Unova Region and he's the owner of a very important enterprise. He said that his son is interested on you and that if we get married all of his funding will go to us as well. How great is that?" She said once more, but Pakura was growling like an Arcanine.

"NEVER!!!!! I WILL NEVER MARRY THAT PERVERTED IDIOT!!!!!!!!" Pakura shouted, now that pissed Erica off.

"Listen to me you rebel girl, you will marry to him whether you like it or not. My dear, just think about it, we will never have to worry about to regulate the food anymore, we can have anything we want" Erica spoke again, this time with greed in her eyes. Shiki had his Aura flaring a purplish color and threw an Aura Sphere at her. Pakura looked at her brother, who gave her a serious glare.

"Listen to me sis, you must find Ash, go after him and don't return, I'll find you soon enough" He said with a smile as he hugged her, and soon she left the house, running through the forest, and then she had an idea.

She knew well that Ash was going to Unova next, and that's where she's going. She then grabbed Geo's Pokéball and released him, now hopping on his back.

"We need to go Geo. To the Unova Region"

Flashback end

"So that's what happened" Pakura said as Serena frowned while Ash just growled

"I see... I just can't... How can a mother do that to her own child?" Serena questioned, shocked at Pakura's revelation, Ash nodding beside her.

"It's real though, and that's the saddest part" She sighed.

The ground suddenly started to shake, almost knocking them out of their feet, and the heat drastically increased, almost as if they were close to a volcano.

"Oh my Arceus, who turned the heat on?!" Thanos asked, now feeling like he was about to melt.

The ground then shook more fiercely, now creating a breach on it, and from the same breach, started to appear a seven stories high red lizard, the heat was being emanated from him, who now released a very intimidating roar, scaring everyone who was witnessing the scene, only Ash and his friends weren't scared at the lizard, after finally recognizing who he was.

"Groudon" Ash said, amazed that the Land Pokémon was right in front of him, and he already had a guess of which is the reason for the Hoenn Legendary to be standing in front of him, and he was right.

'Chosen One, I've been waiting a long time for this. I challenge you, and if you defeat me, it'll prove that you and your friends are worthy of my trust and power. After all, I do trust you, but I would like to see how you treated my comrades' He said with a grin, surprising Ash and the others, making Groudon chuckle and stand ready to battle.

"If that's your wish, I hope you two can get along this time. Kyogre! Get ready to battle!" Ash called out as his Kyogre appeared in a flash, surprising him when he saw Groudon in front of him.

"Groudon, it's rare to see you here, and seeing that I was summoned, I suppose you're challenging Ash with Arceus' rules" He spoke in Pokéspeech as Groudon nodded.

"Indeed my friend, and now, let's see how strong you are right now" He replied, and Ash noticed that Groudon gave the signal to start it now.

"Hydro Pump!!" Ash said as Kyogre smirked, now his desire to show off was going to become real, he then launched a torrent of water, hitting Groudon who just shook his head

Groudon then started to create a yellow sphere in front of him, which at each second it was getting bigger and bigger, until it was ready and then fired. Ash didn't had time to react as the Solar Beam hit Kyogre, making him slightly stumble, surprising the Land Pokémon at Kyogre's new endurance, and then smirked.

"Kyogre!!!" Ash shouted. The whale looking Pokémon then glared at Groudon and smirked.

"It looks like you've been training by your own before you went to face the Chosen One, that's great, since I wanted a challenge" Kyogre complimented, now his body glowing purple, and that gave Ash an idea.

"Use Giga Impact combined with Aqua Jet!" He commanded.

Kyogre then engulfed himself in a water torrent and zoomed against the Fire/Ground Type at such speed that he wasn't able to dodge it in time, hitting Groudon dead on in the chest. The Land Pokémon was sent flying a few blocks away, scaring the people nearby and soon crashed with a cliff, now leaving a crater on it.

He got then on his feet and smirked, making the heat rise drastically.

"And I'm glad you can finally give me a good fight Kyogre, and I'm ready to give it all" Groudon commented, somehow glowing a faint blue color and then he, Ash and his friends were gone.

Soon they appeared in a forest near Laverre City, and the Land Pokémon stomped hard on the ground, causing it to crack and knocked everyone but Kyogre off their feet. Said Pokémon couldn't understand why Groudon used Earthquake since he has the ability Levitate (A/N: Please correct me if I'm wrong), but then, lava came out of the breaches and it engulfed him in an eruption.

Groudon, seeing that he had the chance now, he charged himself with electricity and shot a bolt at him, causing Kyogre to yell in pain and make Ash grit his teeth in frustration.

'Crap, that was Thunderbolt and Fire Blast, but, what if...' Ash thought to himself, as another idea popped on his mind, causing him to smirk. The Land Pokémon noticed it and stopped attacking.

'Why are you smirking?' He asked, feeling slightly nervous about what was about to happen, and now he was going to regret for stopping the attack.

"Use Ice Beam combined with Water Pulse!"

Kyogre then opened his mouth as he then started to create a sphere made of water in front of his face, and as he launched it, he launched a beam that instantly froze the environment and the Water Pulse, causing it to become an ice sphere, which then hit Groudon dead on, and due to him being a Ground Type it caused more damage. He was now confused, and that gave Ash the chance to give the final blow.

"Finish it with Hydro Pump!" Ash ordered.

Surprisingly, Groudon smiled as the huge torrent of water hit him with strength, as he growled in pain and fell to the ground, swirls over his eyes.

"Pokéball Go!!!" Ash shouted as he tossed a Master ball, hitting Groudon as it sucked him in. Then it shook three times before it pinged, signaling it was successful as he took the Pokéball and turned around to notice that the girls were gone.

"Where are the girls?" He asked, as Tobias pointed at the Centre, not very happy we can say, but indeed worried. When they went inside, they saw that there were a few grunts tying both Serena and Pakura, obviously saying perverted stuff to them since they were almost throwing up, which sickened him.

"What is going on in here?!!" Ash shouted, and when the grunts saw him, they all went pale in fear.

"Take the girls!!! Let's get out of here!!" The leader shouted as two of them knocked the girls out and grabbed them, one held Pakura by the waist and placed her on his shoulder while the other grabbed Serena bridal style and they started to run.

"GET BACK HERE!!!" Ash shouted as he was sprinting behind them, but they noticed then a Charizard flying above them, but this one was black and blue, and bigger than the normal one, and in a zoom it caught the grunts and landed in front of them. From its back, appeared the black and purple haired guy from Unova that watched Ash fight against Ho-oh.

"Who are you, and what do you want?" One male asked as the black and purple haired boy from Unova stared at them, anger and mischief was noticeable in his voice.

"My name is Alex, and what I want is for you to release the ladies" The boy replied as he returned the black and blue Charizard to its Pokéball and glared even more, his eyes were slowly changing of color, but nobody could predict the color since it shone with each color of the rainbow.

The leader snorted as he nodded to his grunts, who dropped both Serena and Pakura to the ground with a loud thud, waking both up and making them growl in pain and anger. The two grunts then got them up, and they had their hands on their waists, lust in their eyes.

"I will give you one chance to move. Or both will get it" The leader said with a smirk, as Alex scoffed the warning as if he had done this before.

"Listen here asshole let the girls go. Or else..." He spoke, this time, his voice sounded a bit darker and his eyes now glowed blood red, but the leader didn't noticed it.

"Or else what?" He asked, a smirk could be seen on his face, and that pissed Alex off, making the purple on him change to red, surprising the grunts.

"This" Alex replied, now throwing a Pokéball, releasing a black and red dragon shaped Pokémon, its wings and tail resembled the Y letter, which surprised the girls and the grunts got scared, but the leader was brave (or stupid) enough to toss a Pokéball, only to reveal an Arcanine, who looked skinny and full of bruises, and that made Alex glow with red Aura.

"Arcanine! Use Flamethrower!!" The leader commanded, but the Fire Type didn't obliged, instead he just sprinted towards Alex and stood beside him. Now Alex smirked as the grunts released the girls and they ran towards him as Ash walked towards Alex, wanting to help, but only for Alex to hold his hand at him, signaling him to stop.

"Yvetal, use Oblivion Wing on them, and then use Iron Tail" He ordered.

The Destruction Pokémon had a smirk on its face as he flew to the sky and charged a red sphere in front of him, and then he launched a beam that hit the gang. At first Pakura, along with the boys thought that nothing happened, until they saw that the leader and the grunts were becoming stone, and once they were completely petrified, Yvetal's tail glowed a silver color and then broke the statues. Pakura was utterly shocked, along with Tobias and Thanos, but Ash and Serena looked completely unfazed at the fact that Alex just killed them.

Alex then went back to normal and fell to his knees, feeling slightly exhausted at showing his anger. Serena then went towards him with concern.

"Alex! Are you okay?" She asked, as Alex slowly nodded.

"Yeah, just a little tired, seeing you like that really enrages me" He replied as he was getting up. Yvetal helped him with a wing and both Ash and Pakura were amazed at the sight of a Kalos Legendary.

'Remember Alex, you have to keep your Aura under control, though, I won't lie, those crooks deserved it' Yvetal reminded him through telepathy, and Alex couldn't help but chuckle along with Serena, who then pecked his cheek.

"Either way, thanks for saving me again Alex, you're always there when I need you" She said, making him blush and give a goofy grin. Pakura was surprised that Serena and Alex knew each other.

"Wait, they know each other?" She asked through her Aura Bond with Ash, who nodded

"Yeah, I'll explain it later" He replied as she nodded in understanding.

When Alex's moment faded, he then saw Ash and smiled at the sight of his "Little Brother" and gave him a manly hug

"Hey Ashy-Boy, good to see that you're in Kalos" He told Ash, who growled at the nickname, apparently it was becoming famous now. He wanted to be mad at him, but he just simply couldn't be mad at him and chuckled.

"I could say the same thing Alex, and how are your Pokémon?" He replied, making Alex smile at the thought of his Pokémon.

"Well, as you know, I've got every single type, but my strongest type is Flying, besides that, they're all fine" He replied. Ash now had remembered that there were only three left, and seeing how strong Alex looked, he decided to test it.

"Hey Alex, wanna have a battle? 1 on 1, what do you say?" Ash asked him, who had a smirk the moment he heard the question.

"Do I need to answer?" Alex asked sarcastic

"The battle between Ash Ketchum and Alex Sawyers is about to begin! Trainers, send your Pokémon!" Serena shouted as both held their Pokéballs tightly on their grips.

"Latios lend me your Aura!" Ash shouted as he tossed the Pokéball, revealing the white and blue Eon Dragon, who looked around and noticed the battlefield. He didn't even needed to ask and he already was floating in his side, ready to battle.

"Let's get equal. Yvetal!" Alex said as Yvetal appeared from his Pokéball and stood in the field ready to battle.

"BATTLE BEGIN!!!" She yelled once more, this time signalizing for the battle to begin.

"Latios, let's start this! Use Thunderbolt!" Ash commanded.

Alex and Yvetal didn't even move, nor made a sound. As Latios was surrounding himself with electricity, Yvetal's eyes were now glowing purple, which was also weird. As the Thunderbolt was fully charged, Latios cooed and launched it towards the Dark/Flying Type (If I'm correct). At the last second, Alex jumped high to the sky as Yvetal flew off simultaneously, avoiding the Thunderbolt and surprising both Ash and Latios.

The two landed then, both holding a smirk and then Alex held his right arm high while Yvetal's right wing glowed a silver color and dashed at Latios with speed.

"Latios use Extreme Speed to dodge and then use Dragon Claw!"

Latios managed to dodge the Steel Wing in time, and then did a U-Turn with his claws glowing green, but his surprise returned as both Alex and Yvetal turned around simultaneously, and the Destruction Pokémon blocked the Dragon Claw and with its left wing now glowing, hit Latios, surprising Ash at how Alex and Yvetal were in sync.

Alex smirked even more as he now held his hands together while Yvetal started to form a green sphere on his hands and launched at Latios so fast that said Pokémon didn't had enough time to react.

"LATIOS!!!" Ash shouted in concern, but it soon faded.

The Eon Dragon soon got up and he seemed enraged, and Ash knew what he wanted to do now.

"Use Outrage!"

Yvetal was slightly scared at how enraged Latios looked. Soon Latios zoomed at Yvetal launching blasts and slashing nonstop. Alex then started to jump, get up, get down, he was like an acrobat doing those flips while Yvetal copied the same moves and dodged the Outrage, but one uppercut caught him off guard and was launched to the other side, as Alex screamed in pain and fell to his knees, shocking Ash and Pakura, as Serena was concerned.

Yvetal then crashed into a wall, causing dust to fly everywhere, making it impossible to see anything, but then, they saw something glowing, and as the glow faded, the dust started to clear, and what they saw, wasn't Yvetal anymore, but indeed, what looked like a black and red Charizard but with Yvetal's wings and tail, then, the DNA symbol appeared in front of it, now showing that Yvetal Mega-Evolved.

Alex smirked and then he held his arms while Yvetal copied his moves and started to form a rainbow glowing sphere, now making Ash get desperate.

"Quick! Use Protect!"

As Latios surrounded himself in a turquoise shield, Yvetal then ate the Dragon Pulse and charged towards Latios, breaking the shield and hitting him in the process, Ash never saw someone fight like that, mimicking the moves of the Pokémon. Latios was thrown back and hit the ground hard, and Ash now thought it was time to get even.

"Latios! Time to use it again!" Ash shouted, and Latios knew well what Ash meant.

Ash looked at his friends who had an awe looked on their face as Emelia smirked as she revealed a an old photo as well. (AN right after Sinnoh Journey before Pakura mother event since he was out of town for something)

"Awesome little bro you can sing." Tobias said once he came out of his shock as Emelia looked at Tobias shocked as she gave a surprised looked to Ash.

"What did you say." Emelia asked in surprised as both Ash and Tobias rubbed their back embarrassed as Ash tries to think to how to explain it to his cousin.

"Well...We are brother that were separated by mom years ago before I was born." Ash said as Emelia looked at her cousin with wide eyes at what he said as she never predicted Tobias to be Ash older brother.  

"Aha, now I understand since Uncle Red was a danger magnet sometimes. Plus your being the hero like Uncle Red was before his death" Emelia said as Ash chuckled as he knows what his father would be proud at what he has become

"So, are we now heading towards to Professor Sycamore lab?" Pakura asked as everybody nodded their heads and continue to walk as Emelia and Serena were curious to see Ash in Kalos

"So... what are you doing in the Kalos Region" Emelia asked at her cousin as Serena too look curious

"Are you planning on taking on the Kalos League?" Serena asked as well

"Yes, I'm just traveling to finish my journey and I'm also looking for two more potential Elite Four Candidates." Ash replied as Emelia eyes widen with hope and decided to ask Ash something later once they get to the lab while Serena looked confused

"Elite Four" She asked looking confused as Emelia nodded her head in undestanding at what he meant since she is from Kanto

"I don't know if you know this, but Kanto and Johto shared a Champion and Elite Four before" Ash told her as Serena eyes widen in shock

"They did? But they're two separate regions, why do they share it and beside aren't you a champion now so wouldn't they provide the elites?" Serena said surprised as Alex chuckled at her since he knew it been long time for her not seeing Kanto.

"Kanto and Johto are incredibly close together and even though Kanto was formed first Johto was formed not long after what I think was some kind of disagreement a long time involving whether or not Johto would even be formed or just have Kanto expand its territory. In the end Kanto and Johto share a champion and elite four until Red showed up." Ash said as everybody nodded as the group continue. It didn't take long until they got to Professor Sycamore's lab

"Well Serena aren't you ready to get your starter" Emelia asked as Serena nodded excited to finally to go on a journey with her friends and especially with Alex

"Yes, I hope their is a Fennekin since I always wanted to chose that." Serena said as she walked in with the group as a Sycamore walks towards them

"Hello welcome..." Sycamore stops when he sees Ash

"I didn't know that the Master of Legendaries was going to visit here." Sycamore said with an excited tone of meeting Ash Ketchum, as Ash sweat dropped at the professor excited tone.

"Hey professor can I get my starter." Serena asked as Sycamore nodded as he opened a door to his lab

"Follow me." Sycamore said as he took Serena to get her starter as Emelia decided to ask her cousin about the Elite Four

"So, Ash I was wondering if I can be in your elite four." Emelia asked as Ash looked surprised at the request but did gave a immediate response

"Sure, but you must prove to me in the Kalos League since you did beat two of Tobias legendary during the Sinnoh League." Ash said as Emelia nodded her head as Serena return with a Fennekin.

"So, is everybody ready to go." Ash asked as the group nodded until they heard a scream as they ran to see Garchomp out of control

"What happened?" Pakura asked as Ash tackled her as the Garchomp launched Dragon Pulse at her who was roaring in pain and his eyes glowing red.

"I don't know two men in yellow just came in and just threw a device on Garchomp and left." Sycamore said as Garchomp left the lab as Ash tossed Latios pokeball

" Latios catch up with that Garchomp. We need to stop him before he hurts innocent lives." Ash said as Latios cooed in response going after the crazy dragon as Pakura took out her Pokeball not wanting to let Ash deal with this situation alone

"Latias." Pakura called out as her shiny Latias appeared in a flash cooing as she looked around

"What going on." She asked noticing a huge hole and few Pokèmon injured

"I will explain it later, right now let go after Ash and Latios." Pakura said just as Tobias tossed his pokéball as his Latios came out, but before he can get on Pakura looked at him

"Stay here." She said as Tobias looked back with a shocked look as he wanted to help

"Why." Tobias question wanting to help his little brother

"We don't know if those people are going to return." Pakura said as she left without Tobias replying his answer

Pakura was looking around in the city, seeing if she can find Ash, Latios, or Garchomp as she noticed Ash jumping to save a blue frog like pokemon as Latios got ready to save his trainer.

"ASH!!!" Pakura shouted with worry as Latias increased her speed but was awe when Latios was engulfed in a light and went into Mega Latios to catch Ash as Latias see Latios new speed and form making her blush.

"That boy always get into trouble." Pakura said in relief as Latias snickered as they approached Ash and Latios who was smiling sheepishly at her

"Let get back to the others and get some rest." Ash said as Pakura agreed with him as they make their way back to the Lab

Next day

At the moment, Ash, Pakura, Tobias, Emelia, Alex, Thanos, Serena, Sycamore and Sophie were outside the lab. The wall of the reserve was still a wreck and mess, but it was slowly being cleaned up by some construction workers and a group of Machamp and Gurdurr.

"Well, are you ready to start your new adventures in Kalos, you seven?" Professor Sycamore asked.

"We sure are, Professor. I can't wait to see all the new places and meet all the new pokemon." Ash said as the gang smiled

"As am I." Pakura said holding Ash hand as she gave a smile to him

"Oh, before I forget, I have one other surprise for you two." Sophie said as she stepped aside, revealing Fennekin and Froakie.

"You see, they would like to join you on your journey. Ash, it looks like Froakie see's you as a worthy trainer. Pakura, this Fennekin watched you on the television when you saved Garchomp. She decided to go with you." Professor Sycamore said with a smile as both Fennekin and Froakie walked up to their trainers with their pokeballs while holding their pokeballs.

"Fro Froakie."

"Fen Fennekin."

"Is that true, you two? Would you like to come with us?" Pakura asked as the two pokemon eagerly nodded, showing that they did want to come, So Pakura took Fennekin's pokeball and Ash took Froakie's. They then recalled them into the pokeballs.

"Alright! I just got a Froakie!" Ash said smiling as he did the pose

"I got a Fennekin." Pakura said with a smile as well

"So you guys ready for an epic journey." Tobias asked the gang smiling or smirking

"Heck ya Big brother ." Ash said with a smirk as Pakura arms were around him as he smiled at her

"I hope you have a great journey." Sycamore said with a smile

Meanwhile, at Team Rocket's HQ

"Maybe Red was right.....No RED WAS RIGHT I WAS A FOOL. BUT Ash given me a chance to change and help him. Team Flare, it's time to meet your true intentions, but until then..." Giovanni said to himself as he gave his grunts the signal and soon Cyrus and Ghetsis' cells burst open as they ran out of prison and were met by Team Rocket's helicopters while Archie and Maxie were heading towards the HQ in their own helicopters.

"Let's start the test" He finished as he remembered Ash's instructions.

Flashback

"Right, so, how do we start?" Giovanni asked, now anxious to know what his nephew had planned.

"Firstly, we have to keep a low profile, and since nobody can know that the Kanto Champion is working with Team Rocket, we'll do the same confrontation routine, and we'll keep in touch. Each team had its role, so you will tell them your plan and once the Aura Will is revealed, we'll know their true intentions. Begin with Lysandre from Team Flare, since he's the one to act yet, while with Team Aqua, Magma, Galactic and Plasma, you tell them the truth about me, and check their Auras, that is the only thing that could confirm it" Ash stated, Giovanni nodded at that and couldn't help but agree.

"Very good plan my nephew, I'll do so, and I'll inform you on every update I get from the teams, once the Aura Will is released, Corruption and Zenith will arrive, and we must be prepared"

"And with the most known organizations allied to battle against them, then good will prevail" Ash finished. Giovanni merely nodded as they both shook hands, and when he noticed Pakura with her Latias, Ash smirked.

"On with the show" Pakura said with a smile seeing what had happened as Ash nods

"Promise to never tell. The only reason I brought you with me is that I love you and that your powers are like me. Just don't tell anyone." Ash said

End of Flashback

"Sir, Archie and Maxie have landed, Ghetsis and Cyrus are on their way" A Rocket grunt notified him, as Giovanni nodded and sit down on his chair, now spinning towards the screen.

"Let them pass" With a nod, the Rocket grunt left.

After a few moments, the door opened again, this time revealing the leaders of the rival teams from the Hoenn Region, known as Archie from Team Aqua, and Maxie from Team Magma. The leader of Team Rocket merely spun on his chair, slightly patting his Persian's head, his head also held a poker face expression.

"Archie, Maxie, welcome to Team Rocket's Headquarters, make yourselves comfortable" Giovanni greeted as he gestured towards two chairs in front of his desk. The Hoenn team leaders took a seat, but were wary of anything.

"So, what is the reason for this meeting Giovanni? Because I ain't going to be working with lava head" Archie gestured towards Maxie as he growled.

"Wanna fight sea brain? That I remember, Kyogre was caught by that boy... what was his name? Ash Ketchum!" Maxie taunted, while Giovanni just sighed, they just barely arrived and they're discussing already.

"So you know Maxie, my nephew just caught Groudon in the Kalos Region, so you're in no place to mock of Archie, and I didn't called you to fight for nonsense" Giovanni stated, as Maxie grew pale while Archie now had a smug look on his face, but then realization hit him, as he grew pale as well.

"Y-yoyo-your nephew is Ash Ketchum?!!" Both shouted in unison as Giovanni just nodded.

They immediately gulped a huge lump down their throats, if Ash Ketchum was Giovanni's nephew, then it was very clear that Team Rocket could bring Team Aqua and Team Magma down to a crisp.

"Well then, once Cyrus and Ghetsis arrive, we'll begin" Giovanni declared.

And as on cue, the door opened again, this time revealing Cyrus and Ghetsis the leaders of Team Galactic and Team Plasma, all dead serious.

"Ahh, Cyrus, Ghetsis, right on time, take a seat" Giovanni greeted, gesturing towards the two remaining chairs that were beside Archie.

The two leaders took a seat as they greeted the Team Rocket leader with a handshake and soon all eyes were on Giovanni.

"So, let's begin" Giovanni said with a serious look as everybody nodded
