After the skirmish at the Geonosian arena, K'Kruhk and Eri continued riding on the LAAT Gunship while the battle raged below on the deserts of Geonosis. The Gunship soon landed at a command post. K'Kruhk and Eri departed from the Gunship and were greeted by a Clone Trooper wearing Phase I Clone armor with yellow markings.

K'Kruhk: Are you the commander of this unit?

Clone Commander: Yes sir!

K'Kruhk: What's the situation, commander?

Clone Commander: The Droid Army is giving my boys a spot of trouble. They're digging their metal heels by that Core ship.

K'Kruhk calmly approached the troop lines firing upon the Battle Droids. He saw the Core ship preparing to take off.

K'Kruhk: The Separatists are trying to evacuate the planet.

Eri: We have to stop them! We can end this war before it begins!

Clone Commander: Don't worry, young one. These seps aren't going anywhere. Our Turboblasters are ready to bring down that ship.

K'Kruhk: Have your Turboblasters concentrate fire on the Core ship. Prepare your men, commander. We have a long fight ahead of us.

Clone Commander: We're ready when you are, General.

K'Kruhk: Eri. Stay close to me.

Eri: What about Dooku?

K'Kruhk: We must focus on the task at hand.

K'Kruhk and Eri soon ignited their Lightsabers and led the Clones in a daring charge against the Battle Droids.

Clone Trooper: Super Battle Droids! Take them down!

Eri then lunges at the Super Battle Droids and cuts them down. K'Kruhk soon joins his Padawan as they continued to cut down Battle Droids.

K'Kruhk: Captain! Have your men push against Checkpoint Alpha! My Padawan and I will push on the downed Techno Union ship! 

Clone Commander: Yes, sir! You heard the general, boys! Let's turn this place into a scrap pile! 

With that, the Clone Troopers pushed on Checkpoint Alpha. The Droid detachment was no match for the Clones. Meanwhile, K'Kruhk and Eri began cutting through the Droids at the downed Techno Union ship. 

Clone Trooper: SPIDER WALKER! DEAD AHEAD!

Upon hearing that call, K'Kruhk and Eri ran for the Spider Walker as it fired on the Clones. The two Jedi climbed up the Spider Walker's legs and reached the top. They then plunged their Lightsabers at the top of the Spider Walker's head repeatedly. Soon, the Spider Walker was brought down. 

K'Kruhk: The Separatists are holding up in the northern bunker! We must take control!

Clone Commander: Affirmative! Let's go boys! FOR THE REPUBLIC!

K'Kruhk and Eri led a daring charge on the Battle Droids. The Clones under their command were able to punch a hold in the enemy lines. 

Clone Trooper: BOMBER INCOMING!

Clone Commander: Everyone take cover!

As the Clones ducked for cover, a group of Hyena class bombers began a bombing raid on the area. As they began dropping bombs, K'Kruhk used the Force to stop the bombs from landing and throws them back at the bombers, destroying them. 

Clone Commander: Good work, General! That should put the hurt on them!

K'Kruhk: The battle is not yet over, Captain. We still have that Core ship to deal with. 

As K'Kruhk said that, the Core ship began taking off. The Turbolasers stationed there began firing on the Core ship. The Turbolasers were able to damage the Core ship enough to send it crashing to the ground.

K'Kruhk: EVERYONE TAKE COVER!

Everyone took shelter inside the bunker as the Core ship crashed. The shockwave of the crash created a large sand wave that engulfed the desert. The Clone Troopers proceeded to clear out the rest of the Battle Droids in the area. With that, the battle was won. The Clones let out a loud cheer that echoed through the deserts of Geonosis. In that moment, the Battle of Geonosis was over. The Republic was victorious. 

Eri: We...we did it, Master!

When Eri looked to her master, there was a somber look on K'Kruhk's face. Eri looked at the direction K'Kruhk was looking. She saw the bodies of the fallen Clone Troopers that lay scattered around the battlefield. At that point, the horrors of war was made clear to the Jedi Padawan.

Eri: All those lives....

K'Kruhk: No war is without it's sacrifices. This battle is only the beginning. Now it is our duty as Jedi to end this war and restore peace to the Republic.

Eri's mind fell to the great darkness that Mordred spoke of just before his death. It seemed as if the great darkness was upon them. This battle would spark a war that would spread all across the Galaxy. 

K'Kruhk: We must remain strong, Mordecai. This war will test is in many ways. We must remain strong in the face of this great darkness. We must trust in the Force.

With the aid of the Clone Troopers of the newly formed Grand Army of the Republic, the Battle of Geonosis ended in a pyrrhic victory for the Galactic Republic with the loss of countless Jedi and Clones alike. The Grand Army of the Republic were then deployed throughout the Galaxy as the Clone Wars began. K'Kruhk and Eri had become generals as did the rest of the Jedi. The Battle of Geonosis was but the first of many battles of the Clone Wars. The Clone Wars would soon erupt and plunge the Galaxy into war. But for K'Kruhk and Eri, this war represented the great darkness that the fallen Mordred Jahl had see in his vision. Only time would tell if this war would bring about the destruction of the Republic and the Jedi Order.
