The Clone Wars continues to rage across the Galaxy. As more planets fall to the Separatists, the Republic mounts daring campaigns across the Galaxy in an attempt to halt the CIS's advance and try to end the war. As the war drags on, more and more Jedi are killed in the conflict. One day, Master K'Kruhk along with his Padawan Eri and their Clone battalion escort a Jedi Youngling Clan known as the Kybuck Clan back to Coruscant after completing a peacekeeping mission. On the bridge of the Venator Republic Cruiser, K'Kruhk speaks to Yoda via holoprojection.

K'Kruhk: Our journey has so far been without incident, Master Yoda. The Kybuck Clan are eagerly awaiting to return to the Temple to complete their training.

Yoda(Holoprojection): Much potential, these Younglings have. Great Jedi they will become, Master K'Kruhk.

K'Kruhk: I have no doubt of that at all, Master Yoda. I shall see you on Coruscant. May the Force be with you, Master Yoda.

With that, the transmission ended. Meanwhile, Eri was watching over the Kybuck Clan in the training room. They began talking about the Kybuck Clan's adventures.

Eri: So you infiltrated a pirate stronghold dressed as Circus performers?

Petro: And managed to save Ahsoka in the process! Not to mention that we went face to face with Grievous too!

Katooni: We didn't exactly fight Grievous, Petro. Hondo aided us in pushing Grievous back. But what about you, Eri? Is it true that you were in the Battle of Geonosis?

Eri: I was. With Master K'Kruhk watching over me.

Ganodi: What was it like?

As Ganodi asked that, Eri reflected on her experiences at the battle. It left a profound impact on her. Up until then, the closest thing she had experienced was her conflict against the fallen Mordred Jahl. Mordred's dying warnings still haunted her.

Eri: It was intense. There were times where I didn't know if I was going to make it out.

As Eri recounted her experiences during the first Battle of Geonosis, K'Kruhk along with the Clone Commander entered the training room. The Younglings gathered around the Whiphid Jedi Master.

K'Kruhk: Kybuck Clan, I wanted to congratulate you on your progress. You all have promising future as Knights of the Jedi Order. Both the Republic and the Jedi Order are honored to have you.

Katooni: Thank you, Master K'Kruhk.

K'Kruhk: It won't be long until we reach Coruscant. Once we reach there, you will be dropped off at the Jedi Temple to continue your training.

Byph: <What about you and Eri?>

K'Kruhk: Eri and I have our duties. The Clone Wars still rages across the Galaxy, wreaking untold chaos and destruction on countless worlds. As Jedi, it is our duty to bring order to the chaos.

The Kybuck Clan found themselves inspired by K'Kruhk's words.

Katooni: We won't fail the order, Master K'Kruhk.

K'Kruhk smiled upon the Kybuck Clan. She could sense their potential and was confident in their future as Jedi. Suddenly, the Republic Cruiser was hit by something, causing the ship to rock. Alarms soon began blaring throughout the cruiser.

Petro: What was that?!

K'Kruhk: Younglings, remain here! Eri! Captain! To the bridge!

With that, Eri and the Clone Commander followed K'Kruhk to the bridge while the Kybuck Clan remained in the training room. Once they reached the bridge, K'Kruhk spoke with the Officer.

K'Kruhk: Officer! What's going on?!

Republic Officer: Five CIS Battle Cruisers jumped out of Hyperspace and began firing on us! Shall I return fire?

K'Kruhk: Yes. Open fire!

With that, the Republic Cruiser was engaged in battle against the five Separatists battle cruisers. Despite their best efforts, they were heavily outnumbered as the Republic Cruiser was heavily damaged.

K'Kruhk: Status report!

Republic Officer: All shields are down! Several vital systems are failing!

Clone Commander: Looks like those Clankers came prepared! They're sure giving us one hell of a beating!

Eri: What are we going to do, Master?!

K'Kruhk: This vessel is lost. We cannot risk the lives of the Younglings or the men on this ship. We must order a full evacuation!

Republic Officer: Yes sir!

K'Kruhk: Eri! Gather the Younglings and meet me at the hanger!

Eri: Yes, Master!

With that, the evacuation of the Republic Cruiser had begun. Eri rushed over to the training room where the Kybuck Clan were.

Katooni: Eri! What's going on?!

Eri: We're under attack! The ship is falling! Master K'Kruhk has ordered a full evacuation! Follow me!

K'Kruhk then led the Kybuck Clan all the way to the hanger. There, Clone Troopers and personal were being loaded onto frigates to escape. Eri and the Kybuck Clan soon boarded a frigate. Inside the frigate was K'Kruhk, the Clone Commander and a squadron of Clone Rangers.

Eri: We're all here, Master K'Kruhk!

K'Kruhk: Good. Now we must leave!

The frigate took off and exited the Republic Cruiser's hanger. As the pilot navigated through the blaster fire, the Republic Cruiser exploded. The force of the explosion causes the pilot to inadvertently activate the Hyperdrive.

Clone Pilot: General K'Kruhk! The Hyperdrive has been activated! It's locked on to the Nelvaan System!

Clone Commander: Belay that order! Belay that order!

K'Kruhk: We can't! If we stop our course of action, we'll die! We must maintain our current course!

The frigate soon jumped into Hyperspace away from the Separatist battle cruisers and set them on a course for the Nelvaan System. They had narrowly escape certain death at the hands of the Separatists, but were now heading to the Outer Rim where the fighting was at it's most chaotic. Despite the uncertainty, Vres would trust in the Force.
