Masquerade placed the young girl on the spare bed and debated if he should change her into some more comfortable clothing but ended up deciding against it.
He didn't want her waking up when he half way unbuttoning her shirt, that would be awkward.

"So Leonidis, what is your partners name?" he asked the red bakugan.
"Her name is Cora(no it's not a reference to my name I just ran out of ideas lol) Cora Smith" he replied.

"Did you happen to see a strange figure pass you when you were in the rain?" Masquerade asked Leonidis.

The question made Leonidis stiffen ever so slightly "n-no!" he said a bit loud.
"Very well, you two should get some rest, I'll check up on you tomorrow" masquerade said as he exited the room.

The next day

Masquerade walked into the spare bedroom and saw that Cora was awake.
"Good sleep?"he asked her.
"Yes" she replied smiling.
"Where did you come from?" he asked her.

She stared at him creepily before replyingin a dark voice.
"The doom dimension"

Masquerade stared at the girls face to find any expression to tell him she was joking...but he found nothing "both me and Leonidis"

After a few moments regained his cool and started to roll in his plan.

"I have a proposal for you" he said.
She raised an eyebrow at him and said "go on"
"How about you become my apprentice?" He said.

Cora brought Leonidis closer to her and whispered.
After a few moment they both turned to masquerade and Cora just said "yes please...master"

He smiled at her "how about a brawl"
"Sure why not" she replied "you up for it Leo?"
"Anytime, anyplace partner" Leonidis replied proudly.

Out side
(The g power and cards might not be real sorry)

They both pulled out there field card.
"FIELD CARD, OPEN" they both shouted and time started to slowdown.
"Gate card, set!" They both shouted as they placed their gate cards.
"Lady's first" masquerade said smirking.
Cora just smiled sweetly and said "aww thank ya dear"
"Bakugan brawl!" she yelled as she threw her bakugan on the card.

It landed on the card perfectly. "bakugan stand!" she yelled.

"Not bad" masquerade said as he threw his bakugan.
"Bakugan brawl" he yelled.
The ball hit the same card that Cora had thrown hers on.
"Bakugan stand" he said as the battle started.

He checked Leonidis and he saw something impossible.
He was pyrus/darkus.
He then checked the G power.

Leonidis: 760-Gs

Serpanoid: 340-Gs

"Looks like I win" Cora said.
"Not so fast kiddo" masquerade said as pulled out a card.
"Ability activate!"he shouted "G-swap!"

Leonidis: 340-Gs

Serpanoid: 760-Gs

"Better look next time kid" he said smirking.

She looked at him with a dark smile and pulled out a card.
"Ability activate" she said "doom ray"

Leonidis; 1340-Gs

Serpanoid: 564-Gs

"What!?" masquerade yelled surprised.
"I win" she said as Leonidis won the battle.

(A few battles later)

Masquerade was exhausted but Cora hadn't broken a sweat.
she has beat him every time.

"That was fun master" she said as he smiled.

He smirked at her before walking back into his mansion "indeed it was"
