I was so grumpy after smacking my face into my brothers back when he told me that he wanted me to meet someone and after hitting my nose I kept cursing and I could see Jose shaking with unheard laughter and I tiptoed grabbing his ear saying

"Don't you dare Jose or I won't be afraid to kick you where the sun don't shine and damage your manhood "

He chuckled saying if that happens then Freya would be upset as she enjoyed his manhood I gagged and told him to buzz off as I didn't want to know what him and my bestie got upto behind closed doors the bastard chuckled again saying that since it bothered me he would happily narrate it I gagged again on the verge of throwing up but thankfully Freya turned up and stepped on his foot and made him come to her level then she smacked his head.

I laughed and hugged Freya once we stopped hugging she began scolding him to stop picking on me and before she was his fiance she was my bestie Jose looked sheepish and apologised and I took the opportunity to stick my tongue at him he growled  in frustration and that's
when I heard more laughing.

I turned my head to the noise only to see five people all men I mean I had only seen the outlines of the men but now I could see all there features first I looked at a tanned man who looked like Jose but older then I saw two men who looked like twins and they were very handsome and my guess was that in there youth they were fuck boys and then I saw two more twins and they were older then me and Jose and looked similar to the older twins It made me wonder if these young men were the brothers that mom told me about that she had with twins.

I smiled and said

"Hello my name is lillith but my freinds call me lilly and I prefer lilly as i don't want to be known by the name of the devils wife and Queen of hell and succubi anyway who are you all and are you here to help Jose with repairs and extention work"

"Oh wow your just like her your just like your mother she was kind and loved to help people my name is Carlos mija(daughter) I am Jose's dad and yours these men are Vincent and Keiren they are your dads too and the young ones are Kyron and Kaiden your brothers"

"Oh my god mother told me of you all and told me of how she met you and had my brother first before she had me and Jose I am honored to meet my fathers and I would love it if we could spend time together since I have no idea of my family history"

"Of course sweet fairy biscuit me and keiren would love that and so would your brothers and may I say your so beautiful inside and out I might need to go full papa bear if any boys try it with you"

"Oh really dad your not a bear but a cub and say if the boys own a trantular you might end up running away screaming like a girl isn't that right uncle keiren and Kaiden"

I laughed as vincent ran after kyron yelling and cursing him calling him a fairy and how once he grabs him he will shove his overly grown manhood into a tree I could see Freya laughing too but then she screamed as I heard a splash then Freya confirmed my worse fears that was that her waters had broken i cursed and told Jose to close the examination room and to grab my surgical equipment I knew I had to do this mums spirit appeared and she told me to have Carlos and Vincent help me since Freya's baby was in dustress.

I looked at Jose who had heard mums request and he left to get Vincent two seconds later Vincent was also prepped and me Carlos and Vincent began the surgery Vincent was on washing duty while me and Carlos began the surgery I then saw keiren and my brothers going green I then told Jose to take them to the living room and give them puke bags he did as I asked and came in minutes later and took his place by Freya who refused taking sedation medicines so she was awake while we did surgery.

I made the cut as I had seen in the tutorials and Carlos told me how to cut all seven layers of skin I listened and when I got to the womb I put my hand in and took out baby number one I handed her to Carlos who handed her to Vincent he cleared the airways of baby one and I tried to feel for baby two and when I felt her I realised why the baby was distressed.

It was because she was breech that meant that her feet were in the birth canal I took her out only to see another problem it was the umbilical cord around her neck i removed the umbilical cord and I saw that baby two was blue I feared that it was to late.

Carlos consoled me and told me to not give up I did as he asked and once the baby was out I began CPR as Carlos began sewing the skin together I used a suction cup to unclog the mouth of any gunk and then blew in the mouth all while rubbing the newborns back I kept at it until I heard a gurgle and then a very strong cry I handed the baby to Vincent who wrapped her up and then I sobbed because all the fear and anxiety came rushing back and it overwhelmed me.

Carlos hugged me and I broke down as I mumbled nonsense and of how i thought the baby was dead I cried and cried Carlos and Vincent consoled me and said how brave I had been and how in the time of emergency I kept a clear head and that how I saved the baby I cried in relief until I passed out and all I could hear was frantic yelling.
