"Let me kiss you."

My face legit exploded (BOOM!) into redness, and my heart decided to run a marathon or something because I WAS NOT OKAY IN THAT MOMENT.

I opened my mouth to say something, but nothing came out.

"Haha you look so shocked!"

"Y-yeah, I WONDER WHY." I managed to say. "Wait, please let me breathe for a second."

"Not on the lips, if that's what you're thinking." Jinyoung said.

I let out a breath. "I thought that's what you meant--but wait, cheek kissing or forehead kissing won't make my situation any better."

"Neck kissing?" He asked.

My face got even redder. "No."

"Just kidding." He chuckled. "Only on the cheek. Oneeee."

I pulled up my hood and pulled the strings so my face was covered fully. "...."

Jinyoung scooted closer to me and pulled my hood down. "You can't hide from me."

"................"

He grabbed my head and swiftly and softly landed his lips on my cheek without a single word. It happened so fast I didn't even have time to register what had happened in my brain.

"J-jinyoung!" I yelled and covered my face. I didn't know my face could get this red, and I didn't know my heart could beat this fast, it's a new record for me.

Jinyoung burst out laughing. "Why are you so embarrassed~"

"What do you mean why??" I muttered under my breath.

"I just kissed you."

"Stop saying that."

"I just kissssseeed you."

"Stopppp..." I groaned and crossed my arms.

"Are you mad at me?" He asked.

"........"

"Welcome to Jinyoung's Therapy Center, what seems to be the problem?" Jinyoung asked teasingly.

"This guy named Woo Jinyoung won't leave me alone." I muttered.

"But the question is, do you really want him to leave you alone?" Jinyoung asked.

"No..." I said.

"Then you can't complain. Haha, sessions over!" Jinyoung laughed and put his arms around me.

One more move and I will pass out. I thought, looking at his happy face as he hugged me.

I sighed and started to chuckle. "You're so weird."

"No I'm not." He said.

"...I guess it's nice though." I admitted.

"What? That I kissed you or that I'm hugging you?"

"Both."

"Naeun, why can't you catch up like the others?! Why why why??" The dance coach scolded at me.

I sighed heavily. "I'm sorry."

"Pay attention, I don't know where your mind is but FIND IT."

"It's in my head last time I checked, miss." I said. FUCK WHY DID I SAY THAT--

Dance coach narrowed her eyes at me. "Did I ask you to talk back?"

I looked at the ground. "No, I'm sorry. It came out."

"I will be watching you from now on. You should know your place."

I nodded quickly. SM doesn't feel like a trainee company, IT FEELS LIKE A FREAKING MILITARY--

Dance class finished up, and I thought to myself, I think I got on her good side compared to yesterday!1!1!1!1!

Now it was time for my least favorite coach. I forgot his name already, but dude I am so scared of him.

"Naeun isn't late today? What a surprise." He scoffed.

THAT WAS SO UNNECESSARY. I thought to myself. "Yeah..."

"I hope your throat is in good condition as well?"

I nodded, and we went off with practice.

By the end of the day, I counted how many times I got complimented--BUT WAIT, I DIDN'T GET ANY HAHA. But I got dissed over a hundred times so that's nice.

I went home after that long day after I finished my schedule. Jinyoung wasn't home yet, and Granny was sleeping peacefully on the couch.

Then I realized nobody was working at the cafe downstairs, even though around this time Grandma would be doing so.

So I went downstairs and ran it by myself. Jinyoung taught me how to make coffee, and I was surprisingly good at it. It was the least I could help out with since they've treated me so well.

Customers came in and out, and the sun went down. I yawned around 50 times during this time.

I spotted Jinyoung entering the cafe, his face lighting up when we met eyes.

"Naeunieeeee~" He sang as he made his way up to the counter.

"Hi Jinyoung." I said.

"Are you running the cafe by yourself? Where's grandma?" He asked.

"She's sleeping." I said.

"I'll help you then, there's not much time left until it closes." He said.

"Thanks." I said. "I think I'm a coffee master now."

"Naeun........." Jinyoung grabbed my hand that was holding the sugar.

I raised my eyebrow at him.

"This is salt." He said, raising the bottle up to me.

My jaw dropped. "Wait a second, I was using the sugar a second ago."

"Did you put salt in all of the customers drinks?!"

I violently shook my head. "I didn't...DID I?!"

Jinyoung let out a sigh and pinched his nose bridge. "I cannot leave you alone for a day..."

"Wait wait wait--" I went out from behind to counter and started asking the customers if the coffee tasted fine.

"Yes, its very good thank you." The woman replied, along with others.

I sighed in relief. "It was only that one I was making, Jinyoung."

"Thank god--"

"AHH!!" I heard someone yell in the corner of the cafe.

I winced and looked up at the angry customer. "Fuuuuck." I muttered, making my way to them.

"Why is this so salty?!" He asked.

"I realized I accidentally used salt instead of sugar...I'm very sorry, I'm kind of new--I will make you a new one right away, or you can have a refund--" I rambled, worried that they would be infuriated.

The man's eyes softened slightly. "It's fine, I was only a bit surprised. Don't worry."

"I am. So. Sososososososo. Sorry." I bowed 90 degrees. "I will make something new right away."

He nodded. "Use sugar this time!" He laughed.

I chuckled nervously and nodded running back.

Jinyoung sighed and patted my back. "You're lucky that guy is nice."

I sighed. "I thought he was going to kill me on the spot for a second."

"You're such a noob~" Jinyoung teased, watching me scrambling to make the coffee.

"Shut up..." I puffed my cheeks out.

"Cutie."

"Stop that."

"Neverrrr."
