Me and Jiyong's meet up ended successfully, without Jinyoung pouring boiling water on Jiyong's head, that is. After all those years, that dude was still kind. It made me think about my other 'friends' I had, and school.
When we closed down the cafe for the night, Jinyoung and I were upstairs.
"You are so embarrassing, Jinyoung." I said and poked him in the forehead. "You little--"
He shrugged and raised his hands up. "I was only making sure he got the message~"
"Yeah huh, I'm very sure he did, Jinyoung." I deadpanned.
"The dude is actually okay, I don't hate him, seems like a nice guy to me." Jinyoung said. "As long as he didn't flirt with you."
I rolled my eyes. "He probably thinks otherwise of you, since you gave him about 50 life threatening glares."
"Are you maddd?" Jinyoung asked. "Because you should get used to it."
"No I'm not mad, but you're so embarrassing." I groaned, walking to the kitchen and opening the fridge. "Why are you like that~?"
I felt two arms snake around my torso, resting there and Jinyoung's chin placed in the crook of my neck. He looked straight at me.
"Because you're mine." He muttered in my ear, his voice traveling deep inside my ear and sending shivers down my spine.
Heat crawled up my face. "O-okay, but..."
"But what?" He asked, smirking.
"Nothing, I don't know what else to say." I snickered.
Jinyoung laughed, leaning in to give me a quick peck on the cheek, and then running off.
"Jinyoung!!" I let out a sigh. "Why is he like that..." I muttered to myself, touching the spot.

"Aigoo..." Granny Woo groaned, massaging her temples.
I looked at Jinyoung, who was next to me, worriedly.
"Grandma, I think you should go to the hospital." I said.
Granny Woo shook her head. "It's just a small cold."
"Having constant aches and tiredness isn't a small cold, grandma." Jinyoung said. "Please go to the hospital."
I frowned, looking at Jinyoung's heartbroken expression. He cared for his grandma so much, it hurt me a lot seeing him hurt.
Grandma sighed. "Give it three more days. If I don't get better, I'll go to the hospital. Don't worry for me kids, I'm strong as superman."
Jinyoung's head dropped low. "But sometimes superman loses too."
"Jinyoung, I don't want you to be sad. Naeun doesn't want you to be sad either." Grandma said. "I will have to go soon."
"Not yet, please grandma." Jinyoung said quietly.
"Fine, not yet Jinyoung. Now go away you two, I need my beauty sleep." She shooed us away, and I trailed Jinyoung as he made his way back, to my room.
He let out a sigh, falling head-first and face-planting onto my mattress.
I looked at him weirdly when he just stayed there, without moving. "Is he dead?" I muttered.
Jinyoung let out a small groan and flipped around.
I examined his face as he stared at the ceiling, his face completely blank. "Jinyoung..."
There was no reply.
After a few more minutes of me staring at Jinyoung and Jinyoung staring at the ceiling, he looked at me.
His hand shot out, grabbing mine and pulling me closer to him. My body was pulled right to his, my head pushed into Jinyoung's chest.
My eyes widened--as wide as they could get. I was bathing in his scent, but it was really...relaxing.
"Jinyoung..." I managed to say in the midst of my head spinning.
"Don't push me away." He said his grip around me getting tighter and more secure.
"I wasn't going to..." I said.
Being like this, I didn't realize how cold I was until I met the warmth of Woo Jinyoung. He was so warm and comfortable, I wanted to stay like this forever.
How much pain he must be in.
He deserves better.

Ever since granny Woo has been feeling sick, Jinyoung's been clinging onto me constantly for love and attention. I could feel how sad he was, and I knew that he would be completely in pieces, the day that grandma would have to go.
"...I really like you, Naeun." He said, his voice muffled because it was in my hair.
Whenever he says those things in the middle of nowhere, my heart literally goes into overdrive and I stop breathing.
"I think I'm in love with you." He added.
At this point, either my heart stopped beating, or is beating so fast that you can't even hear it.
"Me-me too...Jinyoung." I replied, rather awkwardly, because how tight he was hugging me.
"I like you."
"You said that already."
"But I do."
"Okayyy."
Jinyoung chuckled and grabbed both sides of my face, looking into my eyes with the most loving look ever.
I didn't even want to blink, because I was afraid I'd miss a single detail in this moment.
Jinyoung leaned in, capturing his lips in mine softly.
My eyes grew into big saucers--because this was our second intentional kiss. And it wasn't a small little peck, it was an actual kiss.
With a last kiss, he parted and I breathed softly, because of the lack of oxygen I didn't have.
Jinyoung smiled softly and hugged me to his chest. "You only like me, right?"
"It's pretty obvious that I do." I muttered back.
"Good. Because I'll never let you go."
