How are we going to define stupidity?

Are they the one's who loves the person who doesn't love them back

The one who gives everything they have but doesn't received anything in return or these stupid cops who believed the lies of Off's faher?

" No officer, I can't do that to my wife? How dare you accuse me with such a stupid thing? We both stand in front of a church exchanged each others vows and promised to take care of one another? We stayed together for almost 30 years now, Do you think I can do those stupid thing on her, Do you think I'll hurt her like that? do you think I'll cut the red strings that bonds us, by hurting her? how insencitive" Off's Father shouted

All police remained silent and we just stared at this lying demon in front of us

" I can smell lies all the way here" I shouted as I covered my nose

" We are not accusing you Mr. Jumpol, We are just asking you" The police said

" That's accusing, let me call my attorney first and let's discuss this stupidity infront of him" Mr. Jumpol said

After he said those words he immediately Pull out his phone on his pocket and dialed his Attorney's number

" Hey are you alright?" I slowly pressed my Boyfriends hands

He smiled at me and nodded in response

" I can't take this lies" He whispered on my ear

I can see how sad he is and how hurt he is right now

I don't know how to comfort him, I only have one idea, but we should do that at home inside our room

" Baby, I don't know how to comfort you, Do you want to have 2 rounds later" I said and winked at him

He stared and glared at me " This is not he right time for that" He said and bowed down

" I was just.." He cut me off

" 4 rounds would be better" He said and smiled

" HAHA silly, Okay then" I said and patted his hands

" My Attorney is on his way now" We both returned back to reality when we heard his father shouted

" Okay sir, for the meantime you need to stay with us here" The Police said

My phone suddenly rung, I immediately took the call

" Yes, Krist?"

" Come over here, please" He shouted on the line

I felt goosebumps all over my body

God no, Please not what i'm thinking right now

" Why!" Off shouted

" We need to rush to the hospital now, right now " I shouted

" Officer, can we go now?" Off shouted

" No sir, We need to investigate you first"

" Please, I'm begging you, I'll come back later, I need to see my mother, I need to check on her " Off said while crying

That tears, tears of pain and hatred

" I need to see my mother" He said and kneeled down

" Okay sir, We will let you go, since you are the son and you are the one who see her earlier" The police said

" And for you sir, you need to stay here, we will wait for your attorney" He added

" Let's go baby" I said and pulled Off

We run out from the precinct, and took a cab immediately

" Sir go straight to the Bumrungrad  International Hospital " Off instructed the driver

(Note : Bumrungrad Internationa Hospital is a Private hospital on Thailand )

I can feel his nervousness on his voice and his trembling body

" Calm down baby" I said as I held his hands and pressed it gently

" Thank you " He said and smiled

Gun keeps on telling me to calm down, that everythings going to be okay, but how am I going to calm myself down, my mother is in danger.

I want to cry, shout, let it all out, but I don't want to do it right infront of my wife, I don't want him to see me crying, I don't want him to think that I am weak

" Hey are you okay?"

I returend back to my senses when he suddenly pressed my hand

" Ye..ah..yeah" I said in stuttered voice

As we are getting closer to the hospital my heart beats fast and my sweat is continuously flowing down to my face

" We are here" Gun said

We slowly walked out from the cab and started walking inside the hospital, every step I take my breathing becomes heavier

" Hey, calm down I'm here " Gun said

" There you are" Krist said and they run next to our side

" What happened?"I immediately asked them

" I think you need to go talk to the doctor" Singto answered

" Doc? How was my mom?" I said when the doctor came out from the room where my mom is resting

" Are you her son?" he said

" Yes"

He slowly tapped my back and shook his head

" I'm sorry, but she didn't survive the operation, We found out that she was overdosed, she took a lot of sleeping pills that lead her immune system to drop" He said

" No! Doc, this can't be" I shouted  " where is she?" I added

He pointed the bed where my mom is lying covered with white cloth

I slowly walked near her, my heart skips a beat and my eyes are starting to water

As I stand next to her bed, I slowly pull down the cloth that covers her face

" Mom?" I said as I gently shook her body

" Mom wake up, You are just sleeping right?"

" Mom wake up, Please, We still have a lot of things to do, We need to watch movie together, I haven't had a good time with you, we haven't spend a day with each other" I said as I sat infront of her bed

" Off, Baby" Gun said as he walked and sit next to me

" Baby, My mother is..she.."

" Shhh, be strong" I stopped talking when Gun suddenly hugged me and rubbed my back

" But this is unfair, We haven't had a nice talk, I never showed how I love her, I never told her how lucky I am to be his son, I haven't..."

" Buy she already felt it, she knows it in the first place, She loves you, We both know it" Gun said as he wipe the tears on my eyes using his thumb

" Baby, be strong I will stay on your side, we will fight these onstacles and we are going to to pass through it" He added and hugged me tightly

I know that I've done so many stupid things to my mom, but that doesn't mean that I don't love her, God knows how much I love her and how much I wanted him to walk Gun on the aisle when we get married.

I stand and hugged the cold body of my mother " Mom, I promise you that I will do everything, He will pay for what he did" I said and kissed her forehead

I will do everything to fight him, I don't care if he's my father or what, right now this moment on, He will never be my father he is one of my enemy.
