Luna Loud

Title: The Noise Cane

Appearance

a young woman with dark brown hair in a slicked-back style, sides shaved in an undercut, fair skin with freckles in some parts of her face and body, and purple eyeshadows. She had a fairly bottom-heavy figure, a DD-cup size, and thick thighs. She sports a typical Orca's dorm outfit: an olive-colored robe, a white shirt, and a violet tie. Added to it were two studded white belts and purple boots.

Personality

Luna is a very happy, wild, caring, and easily the loudest sibling of the entire family. She likes singing, playing musical instruments, and being with her family. Most of the time, she can be found practicing with her guitar or listening to rock music. She sometimes gets angry and threatening with her fists. However, she mostly uses the vibration sounds of her magic as a weapon to harm someone when upset.

While doing Divine Visionary work, Luna is more laid back and calm than most Divine Visionaries. She tends to play a neutral role when on the job. Evident when Lincoln is called out to be executed by the police officer, while Lori and Leni stare each other down, Lori wanting just to let it happen, and Leni wanting to stop the officer. Luna just kept the others away from the fighting.

Background

Luna grew up much like her sisters did, however, where things became different. Luna became friends with a group of Single Line musicians calling themselves, Moon Goats. Luna joined up with them instead of going to Easton Academy immediately. But after the Moon Goats were accused of treason by Nobles trying to "Uphold the Loud family's standards". Luna went to Easton and made every corrupt and high-horsed noble wizard in school deaf with her magic.

After earning, 10 Gold Coins before becoming a Divine Visionary. Luna made herself the Common people's hero, as she used her political and magical power to stop any wrong or underhanded schemes in the city.

Equipment

Master Cane - Luna's Wand is a Master Cane, The Resonating Wand, this allows her spells to use sounds that aren't made by her.

Recording Orb - A magical tool, it is an orb with which Luna can record and listen to music. It works by tapping the top with a wand.

Magic

Noise Magic - Luna's Firsts Spell, Nozaio, allows her to amplify, manipulate, and control any form of noise she creates. Luna can also use her magic to hear things from great distances and silence others from speaking or casting Spells.

Compelling Nozaio - Luna sings a song, depending on the song's tone, it can change the hearer's current emotion and disposition. A laid-back song will make the hearer laid back and lazy. Angry songs will make the target furious at random things.. So on and so forth.

Silenced Nozaio - Luna removes all sound from the target, making speaking or casting spells, which require a vocal announcement, impossible.

Shiver Nozaio - Luna emits a ringing sound that temporarily stuns a target.

Howling Nozaio - An offensive spell that conjures musical notes that explode in response to a target's casting.

Nozaio Shield - A defensive spell. Luna creates a beamed note and uses it to shield against an incoming attack.

Mega Nozaio - Luna amplifies sound into a devastating sonic boom.

Secondth Spell: Death Siren - Luna summons a massive beautiful woman who sings a beautifully alluring song. The song is capable of incapacitating anyone who succumbs to the song's beauty, placing them in a comatose state. Covering an area 2km wide. The Death Siren The only way of stopping the song is to take its caster's wand. However, if the target doesn't find the song that compelling or interesting, the spell has no effect.

Thirds Spell: Apollo - As a Divine Visionary, Luna transforms her wand into a fiery bow shaped like a golden-yellow phoenix, which can be knocked with arrows of the user's choice. The released arrow from the bow can bypass any barriers and penetrate through every obstacle, which cannot be stopped nor blocked by any form of magical protection until it reaches its target. However, physical walls can slow it down and if the target can, it can be caught.
