How do I reach Sora or her mother? Dammit. I wish I had asked her about her address. I don't even know which street she lives in or even if she lives in this neighborhood..
I went to the police station the other day again. The officer called several times but no one picked up..
There's only one week left till this month ends..
Also one week till Sora leaves me..
Right now, I was sitting down on the same bench Sora cleaned my face and also the same bench Sora and I hung out.
It was early hours in the morning; 8 o'clock. No one really arrived at this time so it was just me and my thoughts at the moment.
From my bench, I could see the view outside. And that's what I was doing, watching people live their everyday lives with ease and a smile on their faces.
My eyes widened at the sight of something. Something I never thought I'd see.
It was Sora and her mother..
They both weren't headed here. Rather, they both were going the other way with bunch of bags in their hands.
I immediately sprang from my bench and ran to the gate; running was super hard especially in this costume. I threw the head off on the floor and started running. More like, waddling.
They both were slowly getting out of sight and I had people looking at me weirdly on the street.
I don't hecking care.
"Sora!!!" I called out while running and trying to push past people.
Sure there wasn't anyone inside the amusement park during this time, but the roads were sure busy.
She didn't seem to hear me so I decided shouting. "SORA!!" I shouted with all my voice. Making me cough after.
That seemed to do the job, Sora and her mom both looked this way. Sora's face immediately turned into a smile and she ran towards me, pushing all the people who came close to her.
I was pushing past people too, just so I feel her in my arms.
"Jungkook!!" She called out, smiling widely.
Oh how I missed that voice of yours.
Soon she came into my arms and I embraced her. "Sora.. I missed you so much." I whispered, my voice muffled, by her hair.
"I missed you a lot too, Jungkook!" She exclaimed, hugging me even more tightly.
People were still passing by us and some even stayed to witness the soft moment.
"Sora!" I turned my head towards the familiar voice; it was her mom. I stood up but Sora still hadn't let go of me. She was clinging onto my leg tightly.
"Sora, what did I tell you about running off? You could get l–" She lectured her but soon stopped upon seeing me.
"Oh, Jungkook! It's very nice to meet you." She pulled me into a hug. I shifted uncomfortably in the hug but hugged her back anyways. She broke the hug after a while and smiled at me.
"Ma'am, I heard that you're leaving Korea?" I asked. Sora instantly pinched my leg, indicating me to shut up.
"Oh, where did you hear that from? Did Sora tell you?" Her mom asked, squinting her eyes at Sora while she hid behind my leg and tightened her grip on my leg.
"No, not at all. I went to the station the other day since I didn't hear any news from Sora and the officer told me about it." I explained, patting Sora's head. She instantly calmed down upon my words.
"I see. Yeah, we'll be leaving at the end of this month. I'm sorry but if you ask Sora to spend time with you, I can't let that happen. We're already very busy and Sora hasn't done any packing." She explained and Sora immediately let go off me.
"Mom, no! I already packed most of my stuff! Why don't you ever let me do what I want!!?" She screamed, creating a scene. Some people stopped to see what was happening.
I could see Sora's mom getting irritated so I stepped in.
"It's alright ma'am. I won't ask for Sora to spend time with me." I said with a smile on my face.
Sora looked at me with disbelief and got teary eyed.
Sora, you don't know how much strength it took in me just to muster up that small smile.
