You smiled as you picked up a wrapped gift

You screamed when you saw something out of the corner of your eye 

It seemed like a wolf-like creature 

The same one you saw in your nightmare 

You ran to your house as fast as you could, the wolf-like creature was keeping up with you 

You screamed and fell when the creature suddenly appeared in front of you 

You tried to run but it seemed like every muscle had stopped working 

The creature dropped something in front of you and backed away 

It was a doll?

It looked exactly like you 

The creature nudged it closer to you with its nose 

You took the hint and carefully picked up the doll 

"Thank you" You hoped it didn't notice your shaky voice 

The creature came closer to you and laid its head on your lap 

Its dark red eyes looked up at you with something you couldn't describe 

It didn't seem like it had any bad intentions so you decided to take a risk and pet it 

The creature closed its eyes and leaned into your touch 

This whole thing felt surreal

You had become accustomed to seeing the creature lurking outside your house 

Even dropping off a few 'gifts'

You didn't know what you were going to do with some random guy's arm but you were thankful it wasn't yours 

You knew it was the girl, she was the only one who went near you and her behavior toward you changed 

She had become more friendly 

Actually talking to you instead of following you around 

If you ignored the murder you found her quite attractive 

Maybe you can play her games a little longer
